The first trip was so smooth, clean new bus, excellent and polite driver. The second time, coming from the airport, is where the staff really shined. I volunteered to go on a later bus because of luggage space issues, but had some team members joining later anyway so I didn't mind. The staff were gracious enough to let me pick up their tickets as well, which saved us time and gave peace of mind. When my colleague was delayed on the tarmac, Demetri was kind enough to call the driver to ask him to hold five minutes. Rose Hwy, one way..... a three hour minimum for a 30 minute trip per Google Maps. After the wedding, an SUV to take the bride and groom from the Mt. Rose location to S. Reno, again, 20-30 minute trip with a two hour minimum for the SUV. Okay, I can deal with this as I understand minimum, so I add one stop in Incline village for both the sprinter and SUV. Total trip time per Google Maps, 58 minutes. I just received a new quote that now for my TOTAL 58 minute trip, they have to increase the sprinter minimum time to 5 HOURS and the SUV for 3 HOURS!!!!! For a 58 minute job!!! If that is not a complete rip off, tell me what is.
