We payed over over have a thousand and she has even attempted to charge us extra charges we already payed. Want to know how she does this? She delayed the processing of or payments after giving her the money saying a branch closed and that she was on vacation. Then another week goes buy and she says she working on it "come back next week and it done for sure". After contacting her that next week she give another date for an extra week and has done this 3 times and delayed us a month. Then now that it's been months, she attempts to get us to pay for charges that have already been payed for again hoping that it was forgotten. Just recently, last Thursday she said check in Monday today because our things will be processed for sure and well....you guessed it, we checked in and have to wait again. On top of that when you she rushes you and tries to come up with excuses to end the phone as fast as she can. Saying the process hasn't went through. Something that I should've got in one day (My car sticker) took over a month along with attempts to charge again, false promises and horrible costumer service with not a single ounce of understanding and ask you questions or hear you out. Everything on the phone is rushed saying "Ok?" After everything she says as if we can't understand and need to stop asking. Wish them the best and for better improvement as for there is improvement in everybody however for now, don't come to this scam and save yourselves sometime please. This has been a major headache.

I have been coming to this Auto Chek location for years to get my cars smog tested. On this visit,…read moreI brought my girlfriends car to get tested. I like the set up of the location as you pull right in right in front of a drive-through test bay. Pull up to the yellow cones, and a tech will greet you and get all of your information and DMV notice. I never got his name, but it's often the same friendly tech that has done my testing. It is nice to see a familiar face even though you only go to a place once every few years. When it is time to test your car, the tech will have you wait inside and he will pull your car forward in to the test bay and do the test. The waiting area inside is air conditioned, very clean, and has several benches to sit on while you wait. When the test is complete, the tech will come in and give you the results which took less than ten minutes on this visit since there was no wait. I was afraid the car might not pass because it has been burning a lot of oil, but luckily it did pass. After paying, they send your pass result to the DMV electronically. If for some reason your car fails the smog test, they will give you one free retest within 30 days. If you go to their website and look in the coupon section, there is a coupon for $10 off your smog test. You are supposed to mention it to the tech when you first arrive, but the friendly cashier was happy to apply it afterwards. This Auto Chek location is a great place to get your car smog tested.

This place charges $138 for a smog check if your car is older than the year 2000 and refuses a free smog check. I called to confirm pricing on Friday and they stated $48 for the smog check and a free retest. I even confirmed online. I come in, and he quotes me for $138 and did not explain anything to me prior. He told me to take a seat and started to work on my car without telling me the breakdown. I paid $138, with no free re-test and they failed my smog. My car does pass smog but because they couldn't find the label on my Cadillac converter confirming its model, they failed it. No other smog place would ever fail that car. The emissions were perfect but because THEY couldn't find the label, they didn't want to pass it. I feel, they intentionally failed my car to get my money and for me to come back to spend another lump sum. Never go here. You'll be better off going down the street. Truly.
