As I waited in their lobby, the oil and the belt were replaced in just over two hours. The money I paid was well worth it, as I felt satisfied and secure in my vehicle after it left the shop. While waiting in the reception area, I overheard the owners speaking with another customer. They offered to assist the other customer when they didn't have to.
