It was definitely frustrating, but Abraham took my concerns seriously from the beginning. He personally reached out, apologized, offered to restring my racquet free of charge, and even provided a gift card for the inconvenience. What impressed me the most was that he didn't just fix my racquet--he worked to improve the process. When I picked it up today, I noticed they now attach a label showing the string type, tension, date, and stringer. That tells me they're focused on preventing mistakes in the future, not just fixing one complaint. Every business can make mistakes, but not every manager takes ownership the way Abraham did. His professionalism, communication, and commitment to improving the customer experience earned my trust back. Thank you, Abraham, and the Sports Basement team. I'll definitely be back for future stringing and would recommend them to other tennis players.

As well as better quality since it's like a private owned business and not a public one. The service overall was good at this place as the employees were helpful with guiding us to find stuff we were looking for. As well as helping my brother find a new bike for him to ride after his old one fell apart. When it comes to value that is where the problems set in as to why I am giving this place a 4/5. Lot of the stuff in this store is expensive and I do mean EXPENSIVE. It could be close to like 120 dollars for a pair of shoes which seems to be way more than most other retailers. And most of the other equipment could range up to 200-300 dollars as well which can make it frustrating to figure out what to spend your money on depending on the need. At least the store has plenty of equipment to choose from, as well as a range for you test stuff out and other useful features for equipment you want to rent. But I would only go here as a last resort if you can't go to a Dick's or find good pricing.

As a high school coach in the area, I have always advised my players to purchase their equipment at Sling It because I have always has such great service when buying my personal equipment. I have also always purchased all of our needed equipment for the high school team for goal, nets, balls, goalie gear etc... The entire staff has been very accommodating over the years with all of our orders. I recently purchased 2 complete sets of goalie gear for my high school team, the manager, Jordan, was extremely helpful explaining each item and what my options were based on price and necessity. It is clear the entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable of their inventory and I will only do business with them. The customer service here is outstanding. read more

After repeated attempts to rectify it, I decided that I would never go back there again. When my service on my bike was due again, I was really in a tough place. I decided to go to the next nearest Trek location to my work, only to find out that it was being managed by the same person. I reluctantly went anyway, only to find out that they were closed on Mondays. I looked for the next closest location and that was Alamo and everything changed for the better. I went in, told them the problem that I previously had. They suggested I reach out to Trek Warranty and that the two of them, the Trek corporate along with the Alamo store, would make things right. I was hopeful but not convinced. 48 hours later, full resolution of my issue, and my bike came back to me after the level two service, better than when I originally bought it. This is a fantastic store. I know that their clients are difficult to say the least but these guys meet the challenge and exceed expectations. I cannot recommend this store enough.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!…read more This was my experience with 360Fitness. My family and I purchased a commercial CA Fitness Treadmill for over $8K. An expensive machine but Tony and Geisha said it was a great machine. Also, I figured it would be worth the cost if the entertainment features (use of various apps) worked on the machine and would last several years. The first attempt of delivery the guys set up the machine and when we tested it simple things didn't work, Bluetooth couldn't be connected, the apps didn't work, also it was banged up. I expect an $8K machine to work effortlessly and to work flawlessly. We end up calling the sales rep telling Tony the issues. We found out from Tony, they tried to deliver a FLOOR MODEL not a brand new treadmill. They take the treadmill back and say they're ordering more but would let us use the broken treadmill as a loaner. (The treadmill itself worked but none of the entertainment features worked!) While waiting for the machine Tony leaves and we're stuck dealing with Geisha. Any time we called about the machine, she would over talk us or try to minimize our concerns about paying for a $8K machine. We had several months of little to no communication and were told the treadmill was on its way. Those delivery dates continued to pass. I ended up filing a claim because I was making payments on a product that I never received. Almost 4 months later the new machines come in and we're asked to test the treadmill at the store with the tech. The tech shows us how the machine works and as he's going over the apps like Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, etc the machine freezers. The machine and its issues was above the techs skill level. I found out through research that CA Fitness just has a UPS address. I believe someone close to this company owns the CA Fitness brand and the product comes from China. I believe they purposely tried to sell us the most expensive subpar machine possible. They thought we'd never check the features and they could get over on us. We never heard from upper management about our experience. What they're doing is truely criminal and unprofessional. It took awhile but I believe I only got a refund because I filed a claim with the financing company. If I didn't file the claim, I believe I'd be stuck with a piece of junk. I will NEVER shop here again and I advise you to do the same. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Matt at Cart-Worx offered us the best price and interest free financing threw a manufacturer approved lender with no down also gave us a very good trade-in value on our old 1990s Ez-Go golf cart Our new carts were delivered exactly when they had promised. all our staff and customer's love the new carts. After a few days of use we had some follow up questions which they responded to immediately. They treat customers with the same attention post sale as they did prior to purchase.
