Takes two weeks for a house call. Charged us $75 for a back bike tire change that I already bought tires for even if it is fit an eBike. The bike is very wobbly after he "fixed " it. It is funny, I put a quote request for three mobile bike shops, and Nick was the only one who responded. Although I was out of his service area, he still, very quickly responded. Fast forward to the next day (today). I placed a quote request for mobile bike repair through Yelp, to two different bike repair businesses (I thought), and guess what, Nick was the only one to respond again (even though I hit him up by accident). You have to equate responsiveness with service, and the fact that he responded so quickly, 2 x, and doesn't even service my area, tells me what kind of business he runs. Nick was absolutely wonderful with a variety of family "bike woes" we've had over last few weeks. I don't know much about bikes but do know Nick was reasonable and upfront with pricing, explained everything he was doing, was super responsive and friendly. He went above and beyond for us to make sure everyone's wheels were working correctly and checked up after to make sure we were all happy. He built not one but two different bikes in boxes for us, helped get us several new parts on an old, broken bike saving us tons of $ and fixed a couple tires AND minor fix-it's on the kids bikes.
