The store was clean and had a pretty good selection of shirts, backpacks and of course shoes. We found what we were looking for quickly, but unfortunately they were out of the size we needed. They did offer or look in a different color if we were interested. We found the perfect pair of shoes and some accessories with the sale they had going. I left with a happy kid. Service was amazing and very friendly. I applaud anyone who can get my teenagers to smile and talk back. While they are quite social they freeze a bit with strangers. I pulled up to unload a few donations, which took less than a minute, and the employee immediately complained about my truck's exhaust and told me I needed to shut it off. I understand being mindful of air quality, but the interaction felt unnecessary and came across as rude, especially considering how quickly I was unloading. A little kindness and appreciation toward people donating their time and items would go a long way. I understand the concern about exhaust, but the way it was addressed felt unnecessarily abrupt. I was unloading for less than a minute and would have appreciated a polite request rather than being told what I "need" to do next time

I mean, I fit between medium and large, but it just seems like the other store goes out of stock much faster than this one. The employees at this location are pretty friendly, and I love the dressing rooms here more than the ones at the other store. I feel like they're just set up more conveniently. When they have coupons available or sales, I do feel there are great deals to be had, but I honestly would not recommend shopping here without a coupon or sale... their "regular" prices are insanely high!
