This dealership is a scam. I came in to test drive their "certified" preowned Mazda vehicle with "no accidents". I'm pulled into an office and told by the sales floor manager that the car is not certified and has been in an accident, even though it is advertised on both their website and other third-party websites as being certified (it's still listed on their website as certified pre owned right now) . Highly recommend this dealership! I went to 3-4 other Mazda dealerships in Orange County before I stumbled upon Caruso Mazda in Long Beach. The guys here were all so nice, accommodating and helpful compared to the other dealerships. My experience with the OTHER dealerships was I got gas lit by one sales guy bc another person was looking at the exact car I had just test drove and pressured me into signing right away and while we talked numbers he told me because I didn't "want it" the car it got sold (even tho I never said that). Another dealership sales manager low key insulted my boyfriend and I when we kept asking about the breakdown of numbers (because it didn't make sense) and was passive aggressive and I overall felt bullied into making a deal. Not here!!! The guys were straight forward and willing to work with me and the numbers. They were extremely accommodating and you can tell they care about their customers. I purchase a pre owned Toyota 2019 Rav 4 le, it showed that it was at this dealership. After I purchase the vehicle I needed to pump gas, my latch wouldn't open I have to ask my wife to help. So I took it back to them I spoke to a service manger they name Hugo, Hugo was very informative and understanding he realized that it was something to do with the spring so he was able to order me the part and it came the next day. I also noticed swirls were showing on the my hood for no reason so I brought it back to Mazda. And let me tell you, Miguel, the service manager, and the young man that was helping to work on my hood were diligent and they did not stop till it was back to its brand new perfect self! Don't come here. The sale person and sale manager is rude AF. They were cutting me off when i try to talk. They would rise their voice to get their message across. They told me to get off their property just because I try negotiating the price of the car.
