The main one I went for had bald tires, batteries were evtremely cortoded to melting cables, 20,000 miles more than stated online, damage to grill, rear bumper, and alignment was a 5 inch to the right hold on a flat surdace. Tired in a nice parking lot to see if it was bad roads its the truck. Then Was going to buy a dually. Nearly twice KBB value in mint condition it was fair at best. Skip it save your time and hassle.

Sunward's "FRAUD DEPARTMENT" is a fraud! 80k was stolen from…read moreour accounts and no one at Sunward seems to care. There is no excuse but the staff at this branch came up with the best one. The supervisor and several others told us they are "understaffed". It has been three weeks since our fraud claim was allegedly escalated. Sunward continues with the delay and deny tactics used by others. I spoke to a representative of the AG's office. They will be investigating the theft. Off the record we were advised to take legal action. We opened our accounts here for the convenience. The loss we suffered was totally unnecessary so we closed them!

Once they received my paperwork (DC & court papers) that I gave in person to this location, Loretta told me over the phone that they would send me an estate application, that I would need an EIN, and it would take 7-10 business days after processing the application to open and fund the account. She also said they need my signature on file which they have through the application. I waited for them to send the application, and I waited, and waited. I called and left a few voicemails with Loretta over the course of a few weeks, and didn't get a call back. I finally requested to speak to another staff member, and immediately she discovered that the application was sent to the incorrect email address. She got the correct address and sent the application immediately. I filled that out and waited for them to tell me it was funded. I waited 7 days, and then I called them. It was funded earlier in the week. I had a few checks to deposit to this account, so I took them into this location. The teller was friendly, and he told me it wasn't necessary to sign these checks. Later, I paid them another visit. I had title paperwork that needed several pages to be notarized. I checked in with the person up front, and they led me straight into the room to take care of our business. I've had very good experiences in person at this location, but the handling of the business via the phone wasn't nearly as much fun.
