Terrible experience overall. 1. I was forced to put a mailing address other than my actual desired home address due to the system being used not recognizing my home address that is actually on my drivers license. 2. I was then lied to about someone being able to help me change my registration address. 3. Upon inspection of the car at my pick up appointment, the car had way more imperfections than noted. I'm talking about noticeable chips and scrapes that had paint removed. 4. I was then lied to again by the useless person delivering the car to me, by telling me to call Carvana and they would be able to help me make it right. Instead, I was told that it was "normal wear and tear" 5. Most representatives barely understand English or speak it and trying to convey your message in a simple way for them to understand stand is a headache. Most HORRIBLE car purchase experience ever after having purchased more than 15 cars before. I will NEVER buy from this service again and will NEVER recommend or encourage anyone to purchase from here either. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely horrible post purchase experience. Let me explain to you something - there is major benefit to buying a USED car from ONE person at ONE dealership versus having to continually repeat yourself to so-called "advocates" via 1-800 number every day as I try to navigate the process of having over $8,000 of repairs approved on a car I bought 8 days ago - so called "Carvana Certified" and 150 point inspected. AS IF The 2016 Mercedes-Benz E350 I purchased is a quart low on oil, has dirty filters, worn tires, a broken center console, a back window I can barely see out of it the tint is so distorted, shakes when braking, is leaking oil from the timing covers, and the drive shaft flex disc is cracked. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere - I believe this car was made to look pretty and shipped out with the hopes nobody would put it in the air and really see what's going on. The inspection I was given says this car "passed" in all areas and shows no detail as to what was actually done if anything before I purchased this car. I've spent HOURS on the phone trying to get clear communication and speak to someone above an advocate. Everyone is friendly and simply encourages I return the car. I am not interested in returning the car. I just want the car I bought and like to function as it was promised to me it would. I'd like to note this is the second car I've purchased with Carvana and I'm absolutely floored at how difficult it is to get anything done or get a clear answer. I'm on my 3rd day of my car sitting on a lift waiting for some type of answer from Silver Rock, Carvana's warranty administrator, to hopefully get my car back and start enjoying it again. Great concept but unreasonable expectations. I understand I have less than better credit and its due to the pandemic and medical reasons and with that my credit tanked. I'm reasonable and in the past I could walk into any dealership do a sign and drive, in n out 15 minutes with whatever new car I wanted. Times have changed and I'm happy with a used seven year old $12,500 car with 100,000 miles. Carvana terms for my pre-qualification is 18% ARP which I'm ok with. A 72 month term, which I'm ok with as well. But my down payment $10,900. Now I understand that they are securing their asset and I'm a potential risk, but if I had that amount of money, don't you think I would pay cash for a car? I bought a used car from Carvana.........The first issue was that the photos of the car did not show the bubbling of the solar film. I should have eaten the rental car costs that I was paying and refused delivery of this car as within the first 5 months I have spent $4,200 replacing the alternator, battery, water pump, power train belt, sway bars and tie rods. The car also needed all of it's fluids flushed. To add insult to injury when I had a nail in my tire, I found out that the flat was flat. Carvana told me "they were sorry". Buyers beware. Always see a car and take it to your mechanic before you purchase so you don't end up with a lemon. read more

Carvana has been difficult to deal with, you can't reach anyone directly. They won't take responsibility for a few mistakes. In all the pictures listed, the truck we purchased showed a snap in bed liner and rubber floor mats. They didn't disclose some close up images of damages to the front headlight to point out as they did for minor scratches to show imperfections. Ideally, it would have been pointed out that the front end had damage, I wouldn't have been so upset. Additionally, the day of delivery, our driver called to let us know that the gas cap cover (like the one that matches the truck) had been torn off. Every time I reached out to Carvana to let them know of these issues they pushed us off to SilverRock, the warranty repair company. I won't be recommending Carvana. Once the purchase is complete, they wash their hands and push you off. read more

I purchased a 2013 Kia Sportage from Carvana in December 2019. I checked the carfax info and did all my due diligence, but found nothing to indicate I should not purchase this vehicle. However, the car had been totaled in a rear-end accident and Carvana has refused to make good on this issue. I've heard that the frame is bent directly from the Kia dealership in town and several mechanics. We've never been able to get the car wheels aligned and rain comes in the passenger doors. Everything that is online is a lie with them. I've bought one car from them that was recently stolen. The delivery of that car was delayed multiple times. This time they wanted to me to pay insurance on a car I have not received for a month before they could deliver it. First it was logistical issues. Then it didn't pass the 150 point inspection but it said it did already online? Then a mirror was damaged in transport... then another logistics excuse. The level of inconvenience they caused made me change my mind and I canceled the second car. Called my bank and got a better rate for a newer car with a lower monthly payment. I got my vehicle and the A/C blower motor was not working and the heater was blowing cold air. My vehicle had no cabin air filer and the oil wasn't fresh. I took it to a shop that they are affiliated with and they didn't even do a proper diagnostic test. Don't believe the pictures, please do you best and test the car thoroughly before keeping it. I would have tried to get my old vehicle that I traded in back but once its gone you cannot get it back. read more
