I was looking for a new car not too long ago. I went to Wolfchase Toyota to test drive a Camry XLE,…read moreand I had an appointment with Demarius. He let me to take the car around the block to have a feel of the McPherson suspension present in the XLE trim. He showed me other features that I had not been previously aware of in the car and walked me through them to see if I liked them. One feature the car had that I was not aware of was a Driver Monitor Camera. This comes standard with the Premium Plus package and it was a feature I did not want in the car, enough so that I would not buy a vehicle with it at all. Wolfchase did not have any cars matching what I was interested in on the lot, and I told Demarius that I would need time to think about my next vehicle purchase because of the unremovable DMC in the Premium Plus package. Although all talk ceased and there was no further action or recommendation of allocation, my decision was respected and he did not try to sell me a car I did not want. My intelligence wasn't insulted on the things I did not like, which I experienced at another dealer on this search, and that was worth leaving a positive review.

I came into this place prepared to drop my car off and ended up sitting there 2 hours when they had…read moretold me on the phone that they would give me a shuttle ride home. I was then angrily and rudely told that shuttle rides are just a courtesy and they don't have to operate on a schedule for me. I think when you spend 47,000 on a car you don't need any lectures about courtesy. Not to mention the only reason I'm in the shop today is because the tire was leaking on the back side when they sold it to me along with an SRS airbag warning light that came on 2 days after I drove it off the lot Toyota's are good cars but ever since they started making them in the United States the quality has gone far down. I would give this place zero Stars if I could.

Kudos to Martavion at Wolfchase Honda…read more He and Abdul, the Service Manager, have shown nothing but patience and professionalism with me. The service manager (Abdul) came out personally to greet customers, and when I shared my concerns, he made sure I was fully taken care of. I've been calling because I was still having issues with my brakes, and not once did they become impatient with me. They always returned my calls when I left voicemails and made sure my concerns were addressed. Hopefully everything is finally resolved and I won't have to bother them anymore about this issue If you're looking for great service, go see Martavion at Wolfchase Honda and tell him Celia sent you! Thanks again, Tay and Abdul!

This is a dishonest dealership with Bait-and-Switch Pricing…read more I recently attempted to purchase my mom a vehicle from this dealership and was completely disappointed by their dishonest sales tactics. They advertised a 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid online with an Internet Price of $35,410--including a listed dealer discount--but when I got to the dealership, they claimed the price was $36,925, conveniently ignoring their own advertised discount. This is a classic bait-and-switch move to lure in customers with lower prices only to push a higher price once you're there. Even when I showed them proof of the online price, they were unwilling to honor it, offering no reasonable explanation. If you value transparency and honesty, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that won't waste your time with misleading advertising. Listed below are the salesmen that I spoke with: *Salesman: Jerry Hughes *Manager: Tim McCray UPDATE: As an update, we purchased the exact same car from SOUTHAVEN HONDA and had a much better experience. We were in and out in just over an hour. The team was professional, fair and more than willing to negotiate. The car was listed at $36K and we purchased it for 33K. Take your business to Southaven Honda and ask for Clayton. You will get a GREAT deal!

Whoever that person that small, she looks Hispanic female when you first walk in inside the Nissan…read moreshop she's towards the left. She's your first person that you see. I'm gonna be honest with you guys you guys are wasting your money on this person and I mean that in the most respectful way she did not greet me. She did not lead me to where I wanted to go or needed to go I stared at her for a second to think she's gonna say something to me and didn't say anything a Nissan salesman I forgot his name. He was really nice. He opened the door for me and asked me what I needed and he was really asking me questions. I went to the service department to drop off my vehicle the whole time I'm sitting there and waiting for Mr. Coby the manager in the service department to get my car. She's literally sitting there not greeting that one person and playing in her phone. If this was My Business she would not be sitting there. That is the first attraction that you see, especially they're paying you to sit there. You should be the most memorable person because you were the first person they saw. ( I wish I took a picture.) the three stars is for the other employees that took care of me and cared. I wish I can give this person individually no stars she knows who she is.
