Leasing my BMW on October 10, 2024 was an easy process. The post sale service with this dealer was awful. It took me over 2.5 months and 20 hours of my time to get the car registered in my home state of Florida due to horrendous customer service by this dealership. I called multiple times, visited the dealership personally post-sale, and emailed them. A simple call back would have been appreciated. This is my 3rd BMW but the last time I will buy from this dealership. I have never met a less responsive car dealership in all my years. Buyer beware of post sale customer service as the service stops the second you drive the car off their lot. read more

My friend recently purchased a BMW X3 from this showroom, and our experience was very disappointing. When we politely asked if there was any opening celebration , the salesperson (Tommy) responded in a very rude and unprofessional manner, saying "Do you need fireworks?" This kind of sarcastic and insulting reply is unacceptable, especially when dealing with customers who are making such an important purchase. Buying a BMW should feel like a premium experience, but instead, I felt disrespected. Service dept is awfull i leased a 24 840i, top of the line BMW. my sunroof exploded while driving and glass swept back tearing up the trunk and spoiler, went straight to the dealership. both Huston and the service manager came out to look at it. they insisted it had to be a rock, with no evidence to support it, and said it is not under warranty, car is 6 months old. will never buy a car from them again, and would reccomend going to another city read more

I locked my fob in the trunk outside Walmart near Roadshow. A locksmith opened the interior of the car, but couldn't get in the trunk, as the security feature deadlocked the car. I went to Roadshow. I thought I'd have to wait days for a new fob from BMW, but the service manager went to Walmart and removed the backseat! He used the emergency release to get into the trunk and brought the car back to me. For all this the charge was...nothing. Unbelievably good service. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I bought a used 320i there, but got new-car service. Fantastic! They definitely take car of their customers. Kudos to Jody and Houston. read more

All in all a good experience. The closing was smooth and no high pressure for add-ons. The one issue that caught me by surprise was they would not release the car without payments in hand (as this was considered a cash deal with a down payment and private financing). We had to wait an extra day for the check from a Credit Union to be received by the dealership. Been a while since I've financed a car outside the dealership so I guess this is the norm. Having ordered the car from the factory only took about a month which was a pleasant surprise. I was able to use a BMW Military discount which was a great thing! Nightmare!! I've never had any issues with BMW when I lived in Texas. This dealership is horrible. I took my car in for service at 8 am, they kept it for two days, when I asked to have it back (oil changes don't take two days) they rushed to get it done. I drove it around alllllll day and then went home. When I went back into the garage there was oil everywhere!!! I called my service provider and he said have it towed! This was 8 pm and their tow service showed up at 1 am. I had to push my non working car out of my garage so they could tow it!!! All because of a bad oil job! I was not offered a refund. I was not offered anything. They just said "people make mistakes" . I requested money back for my service multiple times and no one called me back. I'm still being ignored. I do not recommend this dealership. If you live in Memphis I recommend buying a different luxury vehicle. Also, this car is only two years old and I bought it brand new. Worst business exchange in my life. Slow service. Shoddy work. Every time I would go in for an oil change or tune-up, the service folks would tell me I need thousands of dollars in repair. The last time I went....with just 46k miles on my car, service told me I needed another $3,000 job. I drive no more than 10 miles per day on smooth roads. I trusted them - so I signed off to get the work done. But then, I spoke with a few car buffs and they told me to get my car outta there - that Roadshow Mini is known for this. So I called back and said I wanted a second opinion, cancel the job. They told me that my car was already disassembled (1 hour after I dropped it off) and that it would cost the same amount to reassemble the car. I just went ahead with the work. Even though they said they had an early start on my car, they still took five days to fix it. So I get my car back and get home. Decided to have my bud look under the hood. Realized the original work I wanted done was not completed. No oil change. None of my fluids were topped off. Who knows if they actually gave me a tune-up. Never going back! read more

Friday October 26th I dropped my car off to figure out why the battery was draining. "H" the service representative said they probably won't be able to get to the full problem until Monday but they will start on the 5 hour update from the recall. I mistakenly said well that's ok because I'll be on a business trip. Monday I use the text service and phone to leave a message about the car updates. "H" never responds. Tuesday I send more messages he says that the aftermarket charging cord was draining the battery and they was get started on the 5 hour update from the recall. As you see the recall update was supposed to be Friday but it's obvious no one started on my car if they really even did the work. Also, he said he will have the care ready Thursday with the recall and just take out the charging cord. I use the text service again "H" still has not responded. My car has been at BMW for a week. I had my fiancé ready to pick it up yesterday no response. I'm ready for it today I still got no response. Update: I have my car back. The updates wear done but they left the service papers and my owners manual out. The general manager was updated too. I told her he handled things gracefully at the end. But I'm still not going back. I had a fairly specific list of things I wanted in my next car. Last week, I sent this list to the folks at Roadshow and set up a time to come in and take a look. Upon arrival, Marcus Cooper had several spec sheets pulled for me, and one of the cars parked out front for me to test drive. Our drive went very smoothly, both literally and figuratively. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. When we got back to the dealership, he took the time to highlight the differences on paper, not only between the several he'd pulled for me, but also between those and my current model. Having this on paper was so helpful, especially because my husband couldn't make this meeting and this enabled him to get a feel for what our options were. I scheduled a follow up appointment for yesterday, was shown a couple of cars Marcus and I hadn't looked at, and actually ended up going with one of those! This time my salesman was Barron Harwood. He seriously knew his stuff and made the whole car buying experience (which is one I generally loathe) as seamless as possible, especially given my husband was only able to drop in for a short while. The BMW Genius I dealt with (and with whom I'm sure to be in contact soon) was Sarah Foster. She sincerely loves what she does and is eager to help. I also spent a little time with Chris Ewell and Jermaine Cook, both of whom were very helpful and informative. I've left reviews on here before for the service team, they sound about like this one. I'm in from out of town visiting family and had an issue I needed help with. Instead I felt like I was at a used car dealership with shady practices and advisors looking to get every $$ they could take me for. This is the 2nd time this has happened and I'm super leery. I honestly feel like I can trust them. I called my dealership and they quoted me less than half of what roadshow wanted. It's just sad! Very disappointed in Roadshow. Air conditioner went out on my wife on the way to visit a friend in Atlanta. 5 hours in hot, humid August temperatures with no air! It started working on the way back (obviously an intermittent problem) but we took it to Roadshow for repair. They stated there were known problems with a sensor in that model but they drove it for 30 minutes and couldn't fix find anything wrong. But that isn't the issue. Car is under warranty (only 16,000 miles) and they said that even though the problem happened under warranty we are out of luck if we can't make it happen before it runs out AND get it in their hands while it is happening. So all I have to do is make sure that I make the air conditioner fail while I am not traveling and have time to drive it to their repair shop and get it to them before I turn the engine off. Really? I would have been happy if they simply said "we have it documented as an issue under warranty and will take care of it should it happen later". But alas their approach is that all of this is just my problem. read more

Part 1: I'm very disappointed with the service at this BMW. I have gone to a couple BMW for service. I had previously lived in San Diego, the service and courteous staff there makes this BMW look like it's cheap, like they cut corners and don't care about customer satisfaction. I made an appointment to have my car serviced, so that there wouldn't be any major delays. I asked the service technician how long it would be, he said roughly an hour. I walked next-door to the target to kill some time before they called me to tell me my car was ready. I walked around target for over two hours and decided to come back to the dealership. they had just finished my car. It still took a while to get my car and then I looked at the paperwork and they had stated they washed it. This was not true. I had to walk to get my car. Overall, I wish there was another BMW in Memphis so I could take my car to a different dealership 11March2019 Part2: Here we are again. My car needed it's regular maintenance and so I decided to give roadshow BMW another shot. BMW provides a service where they pick up your car, take it to get maintenance and then brings it back within an hour or two depending on maintenance. I had BMW pick up my car at 12:45 on NSA mid-south. Here I am 4:45 PM sitting outside of the front gate alone in the cold waiting to get picked up by a LYFT because my car is still not done. My car which is again only going in for an oil change is still not done, nor do i have an estimated time of completion. I have to admit, I was prepared to not like Roadshow BMW because of a few negative reviews. I thought I would look around, test drive a few vehicles, then go to Nashville or Little Rock to purchase. Boy, was I surprised! They make you feel comfortable, don't pressure you and are very patient. My salesman, Galani was very accommodating and helpful, without being pushy. The sales manager Karen, was very nice and was willing to negotiate without making me feel the need to "fight" for a fair price. She was reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend Roadshow. Yes, their MSRPS are exhorbitant, but you must be an informed buyer, in order to get a fair price. Know what your vehicle should cost before you get there.I purchased a X3 SUV. So far, so good. If you want good customer service and to be treated with kindness and respect, Roadshow is the place to go. read more

Circus ran by clowns. Service department is incompetent. My vehicle has over $5000 worth of damage that they didn't diagnose correctly. Took it to Alpine and they saw the issues right off and stated no way could Roadshow have missed it if they had even taken the time to investigate my issues. This has been going on for months. If I'm going to spend a couple hours waiting to get my car serviced it would be nice, I expect to have a table to change my baby on in the bathroom rather than leave the lot to find a bathroom at the strip mall next door to change baby.
