My father who is super picky loved it. The butterscotch pudding had butterscotch chips in it which I loved. I definitely want to try one of the boozy flavors too. The COOKIES at Chip city seem like there's no business so they're just using the old COOKIES , letting them sit there if you buy so many cookies they're supposed to reward you with points. He said he's been coming to this bakery for quite some time and his brother always buys a bunch of things when he visits. Everything was stocked pretty full, especially the cookies and individual pastries. I believe everything goes by weight when you're purchasing the cookies and pastries but if you have any questions, the staff were super sweet, patient and helpful! Hubby purchased an assortment of items like eclairs, cookies, rainbow cookies, cannolis and some sort of Napoleon looking pastry. Although some were a bit on the sweeter side (I have a sweet tooth too), everything was very delicious! I was very surprised that the butter cookies were really good because those are usually my least favorite anywhere I go. The rainbow cookies were also very good! There were no tables and chairs for customers so if you were planning on sitting down to enjoy something, sorry! I did see a small round table with two stools next to it but the table contained their cake binder so I'm assuming it's used for cake related orders.

Customers are not allowed to discuss orders in person or over the phone, which ultimately led to a mistake with my cake design. I genuinely wanted to give her business another chance because the cakes are excellent, but the way emails are handled and responded to has made that difficult. Customer service is a big part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, the communication alone makes me hesitant to spend my money there again. A more accessible and customer-friendly process would go a long way in preventing misunderstandings and improving the overall experience.
