I called and got the manager, who was extremely rude and claimed none of this was said (my husband had me on speaker phone so I heard them say verbatim that they remember making it but must have given it away and will have to remake it). And that their policy is they CANNOT remake things and my only option is to call my credit card company. Horrible customer service. They have lost a loyal customer. There's plenty of other açaí bowl companies in Babylon now who treat their customers better. That's not how you treat customers.
