Apparently I only gave her $30 but she starts immediately SCREAMING in my face about "why do you need change" and barely gets it out so I can understand. The manager doubles down and demands my receipt. I walk out to the pump in the heat with a cane. He snatches the receipt from me and slams it on the counter and says "you only paid $30 you have your money" again I can barely understand. I told them both I'm never going back there and I haven't in months and never plan to again. I don't care if I run out of gas. I've never been treated like that before and I'm pretty laid back. I don't understand how you can be in customer service and just start screaming at a customer rather than simply explaining what the mix up was. I would have been fine had they simply explained it. I never once said ANYTHING besides "I just need change please". And chaos ensued. Think twice about going here until new management comes in. Absolutely reprehensible no business is customer service at all.
