Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with - he is very talented, professional, and such a nice person. At our first meeting, he provided us with samples of cakes and various fillings. It was all so delicious, we knew immediately that he was the baker we wanted for our wedding cake! His attention to detail on his designs is impeccable. We also had a rather large Lenox cake topper, and Dan made sure that the top of the cake could accommodate it with no problems. We chose yellow cake with cookies and cream filling. Our cake was amazing and looked absolutely stunning! We received nothing but compliments on it the day of the wedding, with many guests asking who our baker was. Dan was also able to bake a small vegan cake to accommodate those few guests who had dietary restrictions.
