You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and their enthusiasm is contagious. The ice cream itself? Absolutely delicious. Whether you go for a classic combination or something totally out of the box, every bite is packed with flavor and nostalgia. If you haven't been to Milky Ways yet, you're seriously missing out. There's a small merchandise area where they sell hoodies, T-shirts, and even a toy ice cream truck. I noticed they had a large selection of ice cream and really appreciated the assortment of cones available. The prices were a little higher than I expected, but the customer service was good. They also offer a BOGO sundae special on Tuesdays, which I definitely plan to take advantage of in the future. For such a nostalgic company, though, I do wish they had some seating so people could sit, talk, and enjoy their ice cream with family and friends. Overall, it's a fun stop for a sweet treat, but adding a small seating area would really make the experience feel more complete.

I went with the ice cream burger which comes with 4 kinds of ice cream so I did Cookie Monster, biscoff cheesecake, chunky monkey and I forget the last flavor but it's sandwiched between two waffle cone 'pattys' dipped in chocolate with sprinkles-it was huge and very tasty! My mom went with the ice cream nachos which was waffle cone 'chips' ice cream and she chose peanut butter sauce. This was just ok-the pb sauce tasted like skippy pb-it does not compare to Ralph's peanut butter sauce at all. There's no seating so we took it to go but the prices seemed ok for what we got.

Came to try out the new ice cream place and it was pretty good. There is a LARGE selection of ice…read morecream to choose from and the menu is large and very easy to read. In addition to just regular ice cream, they offer crepes with or without ice cream and waffle boats and waffle yachts. A waffle boat is essentially 2 fresh made waffles with a scoop of ice cream and your choice of topping and a waffle yacht is 4 fresh made waffles with 2 scoops of ice cream. My husband and daughter got the waffle boat while I got the waffle yacht (because I am a Queen and demand the fanciest of items). I had vanilla ice cream with cookie butter sauce and crushed biscoff cookies on top and whipped cream. They use actual real whipped cream from the can not like cool whip or dairy topping and the waffles are made pretty much on demand. This combination was absolutely dynamite and I recommend it to anyone and everyone. The ice cream was rich and delicious and did not melt instantly even though it was next to freshly made waffles. The scoops were a great size and the toppings were premium. The waffles are very dense (almost like the density of a zeppole) and are like a log shape. Different that what I am used to but very, very delicious. My petty grievances: the waffles are so thick you really need to be able to cut them with a knife but there were only forks available. The packaging is a large plastic container regardless of if you are eating there or taking it to go and overall as a vessel it is too large for the product. Also, if you close the lid with fresh baked waffles, condensation is going to form and melt the ice cream quicker. I had the employee leave mine open for this reason but we also dined in. Last but not least, the waffle to ice cream ratio is off. For 4 waffles, you need more ice cream. It should be more like 2 waffles 2 scoops of ice cream in a boat and 4 waffles and 3-4 scoops of ice cream in a yacht for optimal ice cream to waffle ratio. Petty grievances aside, I will absolutely be back all summer long because the ice cream was great. They also have a coffee shop inside the same location so you can get caffeinated as well before or after your ice cream adventures.

The store is located in a large strip mall next to an interesting thrift store. We went in and of course it was busy on a July evening but the girl working the counter did not make us feel rushed as we asked for a few samples. I tried the rice krispie ice cream and was pretty impressed to find it had actual rice krispies in there! I had a waffle cone with rice krispies and cannoli ice cream. The add ins to the ice cream are top notch and really make the ice cream stand out. Well done. My husband got the min waffle sundae and the owner actually makes the waffle when you order the sundae. And, I saw some complaints about the owner's demeanor in some reviews. He was like a typical Long Islander. Totally cool but no bs. My husband did not want whipped cream on his sundae so he offered some hot fudge to "loosen it up" and not only did we know exactly what he meant, it was the right move. Some uber drivers were coming in and he was double checking to make sure they were not scammers which might be a momentary inconvience for the driver but it's his business so go for it. And, let's acknowledge this dude is making his OWN ICE CREAM. The flavors run the gamut from tradtional to experimental (ube ice cream okkk let's go) and I think it's terrific. Just wish it was closer to where I live but don't mind making a trip again.

The combination of ube and matcha is unbelievably creamy, smooth, and rich without being overly sweet. The ube has that perfect nutty vanilla-like flavor with a deep, authentic taste, while the matcha is earthy, bold, and balanced beautifully. Swirling the two together makes every bite even better. What really stands out is the texture it was light, fluffy, and silky soft serve that melts perfectly. The flavors taste fresh and premium, not artificial at all. The presentation is also gorgeous, making it almost too pretty to eat. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staffs make the experience even better. Not really sure why it took that long, but it was definitely frustrating just standing there. We eventually ordered four cones (ube and matcha)...and giving credit where it's due, the ice cream itself is still very good. It's creamy, flavorful, and consistent with what we had on a previous visit. That said, the portions felt off this time. The cones didn't seem as full, and what really stood out was that each one had a noticeable hollow center -- almost like the middle was missing. Sign. For $9 a cone, that just shouldn't happen. Last time I was here, it felt like a 5-star spot. This visit? Not there at all. Still good ice cream, but between the wait and the portion issues, it didn't live up to the price.
