He recommended a Sony head unit based on excellent online reviews. Jeff was pleasant and helpful throughout. I also wanted a backup camera installed, and he took care of that as well, ordering all the necessary parts for my car. About a week later, I scheduled an appointment for 10:30 on a Saturday morning. I arrived at 10:10, expecting the doors to be open so I could wait inside, but they didn't open until exactly 10:30--my only minor concern. Once inside, they promptly took my car and completed the installation of the backup camera and head unit in about 2.5 hours. When I picked up my car, everything was clean, and both the backup camera and head unit worked perfectly. However, I started hearing a buzzing noise, which I initially thought was due to the new head unit. I called Jeff, and he quickly assisted me. I brought the car back in, and the technician identified that the noise was coming from my State Farm tracker, not the head unit. Once I removed the tracker, the noise disappeared. I highly recommend Audio One for any car audio needs--they provided excellent service and support.

The headliner was free of wrinkles, bubbles, loose edges and was smooth along all the areas where the fabric was rounded. They even vacuumed my girl out to get rid of all the residual adhesive that has fallen on the way to their facility. All the folks at Wills were kind, knowledgeable and down right awesome!
