Love having breakfast here!! Everyone is friendly, kind and respectful. Prices are understandable for people that are not rich attached to great tasting food. Their coffee is great and served hot. Son had an omelette, hash and pancakes. Every bit was inhaled! I had smoked sausage and not many restaurants serve that and I like regular sausage but smoked are absolutely delicious!! Delicious Home Cooking and Super Friendly Staff! I'm so glad we visited for Breakfast on a Wednesday morning in February. The place was crowded, so we knew the food would be good, and it certainly was. The coffee was fresh and hot and our Waitress, Dawn, made us feel right at home. She was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated with whimsical signs. I love Corned Beef Hash and I always enjoy a good omelette. In all my years, I'd never seen a "Corned Beef Hash Omelette." When I saw it on the menu, I knew I had to try it! I ordered the 3-egg omelette for only $1 more than the 2-egg. I ordered hash browns with onions and a biscuit as my sides. I also added a side of sausage gravy. The omelette and the hash browns were delicious! I would definitely order that again. The biscuit was good, and it paired perfectly with the rich sausage gravy. The gravy also paired well with the omelette. My wife enjoyed her French Toast. The serving was large and the food was tasty. She mentioned that the French Toast was a bit thin and she would have liked it better if the bread had been a bit thicker. My friend ordered chocolate chip pancakes and he raved about them. His bacon was a cooked perfectly. Mickey's is the restaurant you think of when you want a home cooked breakfast. The fresh food is homemade, tasty, and filling. We hope to visit again soon. The decor is unpretentious, and so are the prices. This is good, basic diner-type food, served up by a friendly staff who seem to know and enjoy their regulars. Great for simple breakfasts and sandwiches. I've had the eggs and corned beef hash and the omelettes, and both have been good. Only con is that the coffee is pretty weak, but otherwise this is a great little hole-in-the-wall for a quick, freshly-cooked meal. read more

We had a wonderful breakfast after church last Sunday. We arrived at about 10:30 am to a nice hello. This is a breakfast place you'd go to as a kid, clean and smelled great. Although pretty packed, we were seated pretty quickly. Pricilla was out great, friendly waitress. We had specials with eggs, sausage, and one had pancakes while the other had French toast. 1st time here..its like stepping back in time. Local and casual! Really nice peep, our lady Priscilla was terrific! We both went with breakfast; husb had a bkfst sandwich, plenty of scrambies, nicely cooked bacon and of course hash browns. I had 2 over medium, hash browns and cinnamon raisin toast, I know, right? Everything came out hot and fresh, nice size cups for ice tea. Very reasonable. They have lotsa choices for bkfst and lunch, plus specials. Pretty awesome. Was decent but not great. Came in a Saturday, ordered the chicken and waffles as I'm a big fan of this dish overall. It wasn't a breast or thigh but rather two large chicken nuggets/tenders. On a waffle that seemed out of a box. Got sausage instead of bacon. $2 sharing charge. Total $25 for this and one cup of coffee, including tip. read more

Mickey's is only open for breakfast and lunch. The staff will know you after your first trip. They recently changed ownership but they are better than ever. Too much food. I take half of the order with me for lunch. I enjoy omelettes but my partner enjoys the corned beef hash. Even the bathroom is beautiful. What a find! Stopped here for a very early breakfast (open at 5:30am) like real breakfast places should (not 8 am or later for 'breakfast'! Crew greeted everyone as they came in. Friendly and helpful Ate off the early bird menu each morning, the same combo; two eggs, two bacon, two sausage links, home fries and two slices of toast for less than $8. What at deal and tasty too! Had such an awesome meal here! We went on Sunday after church and only had to wait 15 min for a table. Our server kept our coffees full and food came out hot. Food is usually good but I stood at the front counter for like 20 minutes stated I needed to place a to go order 3 or 4 times to every employee that walked by no service. They just kept worrying about writing people names down for tables I get it you're busy but to go order would have been an easy 100 dollar order and they are revenue like your dine in people. Sadly every person that came up to pay they took care of them as well even a couple that came to pay while I was standing there pointed it out that I've been waiting the guy proceeded to take their money and ignore me. In that time, no one checked in on us, or offered us any refills on our coffee or water or juice, or said anything at all about the wait. Stopped in for brunch today on recommendation of friends after listening to their constant rave reviews. And I wish I could say I had their same experience, I was greeted by my server Phyllis or Penelope or something like that and the smell of her cigarettes reached my table before she did! After holding my breath while ordering and spending the better part of my time waiting for my food trying to discretely inspect the patch on top of her head and whatever she is growing up there, any chance I had of not losing my appetite ended when she kept playing with her hair at other tables and didn't wash her hands before delivering my food. read more

Excellent menu plus they have a daily white board with more goodies to choose from. Lots of seating, but like I said it's always packed. Tipping the waitress has to be in CASH, they do accept credit cards but, you can't put tip on the card. It has to be cash. read more
