Buono Note room. Good size, comfy bed and a nice semi-private balcony to enjoy coffee and wine.

We stayed at the Casa Bella Inn with Marga (the owner) for a weekend wedding. We had a lovely wine and cheese plate waiting upon our arrival. Every morning was a lovely hot meal ranging from bacon, pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, hot coffee, etc... Marga pays attention to the details whether it's the great food, knowledge of the area and local events, quality linens, etc... One key feature we love is the property recognizes the value of adults only in the main house. After a long day of wine tasting one doesn't want to be woken up early by little ones. There is a second stand-alone house where families with kids can stay. (I think) We will definitely stay her again. Thank you Marga!

A return visit is a must!

I was pleasantly surprised at this gem of a place. Tucked away in Kenwood, I couldn't have asked for more...the innkeeper was delightful, her breakfast was super delicious and she made our stay extra special. The accommodations were lovely, beautiful views everywhere on the estate, and impeccably clean. Can't wait to go back!! Wine tasting and relaxation await!

We stayed in The Cottage, which we found to be cozy yet comfortable. We were provided everything that we needed for our 2 night stay and didn't feel like anything was lacking. It's located in a private and secluded property so for us it was super quiet and peaceful. The weather was perfect as well, so we didn't need to use the AC at all (though we did turn on the heater in the mornings as it can get chilly - the heater warms up quickly!). As another reviewer stated, Joan really is the shining star of this guest house. She's got 2 sweet rescues and they got along well with our dog. Joan even bought us organic produce to stock the refrigerator, which I really appreciated. She's really friendly and can give you advice on anything in the area should you need to. Joan really made us feel welcomed, and I'd be very happy to stay here again. There are some great restaurants and markets nearby, not to mention the Jack London state park which we took full advantage of. It was great spending a day out hiking and coming back to a very comfortable shower and bed. Thank you Joan!

Yogurt and granola. All before the menu comes out with a custom made hot breakfast. My wife got avocado toast and I got an omelette. We looked at a lot of venues all over California and when we visited Beltane we knew it had to be there. We were looking for a venue that had nearby guest accommodations (200+ person wedding) but would allow for us to stay on site with our families and really slow down and enjoy that time with them. Beltane has a magic about it that can't be quantified and it's from the care that Lauren & the entire team put into every detail. We stayed with both of our families Thursday - Monday and hosted our rehearsal dinner there on Thursday night. The food was incredible thanks to Chef Neil, every detail was so thoughtful, and the whole thing just flowed. Our families felt completely at home. The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are stunning, and we couldn't have been more relaxed. Lauren, Alexandria, Elise, Angie, Brian and the entire team are the best at what they do. They were flexible, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our weekend special. In an industry full of venues that feel impersonal and transactional, Beltane is the epitome of warmth and personality. We can't recommend Beltane enough.

They overdelivered on every aspect of our entire weekend and made us feel like family in the process. In a sea of wedding venues that feel like "wedding factories"- impersonal and transactional, Beltane is a absolute gem. We felt instant trust with Lauren and her team. They were incredibly flexible and accommodated our requests seamlessly. The biggest feeling that comes to mind when reflecting on our experience is "taken care of". The property is stunning and they really make you feel like it's yours for the weekend. Our guests, especially those staying on property, could not stop talking about how special it was. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed, the breakfast they serve is amazing, and their staff are some of the most hospitable people I've ever met. The day of our wedding, the views were incredible. We were initially worried about road noise, but we didn't hear anything day of. The sunset was gorgeous. They really are in a special spot! Beltane also as fantastic relationships in Sonoma County. Every vendor I spoke with was eager to work at Beltane and knew the venue inside and out. We can't wait to come back, stay, and attend their events for years to come.

Pearlessence Bed & Breakfast is more than anything you'd expect from your regular run of the mill inns. It is absolutely divine...the perfect place to experience wine country and relaxation.... Finding the place after the sun had set proved to be a bit tricky..it is out there people..way out there...where streetlights don't go. We were a little nervous about being so far out in the country at first...but as soon as we pulled up the long drive to the wide open space in back, we were instantly relieved by the beauty and the peacefulness of it all. We parked...right next to a vineyard. The air was crisp and clean and fresh, and I could not take my eyes off of the blanket of stars above. It had been too long since I had seen a sky like that... Linda and Greg met us outside with big, warm, welcoming smiles. They showed us around the room...all of the hidden treasures. OK...let me tell you about the room. It's pretty brand new. There is only one room with a king size bed and a pull out sofa. The bed is heated. That's right. It has a little dial on both sides to heat the bed. The beautiful slate floors...are heated. Not a typo. They are heated!! There is a beautiful gas fireplace controlled by a remote...a rainfall shower for two...I mean. I could go on and on. This place is where it's at you guys. seriously. Really romantic. Out the window...you can view a Field of grapevines in the morning while you pick up a basket filled with local apple juice, pastries, salmon, french press coffee..you name it...it's in there. For further amenities and pictures, please check out their website: http://www.pearlessenceinn.com/amenities.html Another great thing about staying here isn't just about the amenities...it's about the people. I cannot tell you how much we adored Greg and Linda. They are incredibly welcoming, full of great information concerning wine, the area, etc. And...they totally respect your privacy. You don't have to worry about constantly running in to them, or feeling uncomfortable around them...they know how long to stay..and they know when to leave. In fact, we enjoyed their company so much, we wished we would have spent more time with them. I really liked the location of the place. You could, in three days, see a lot of Napa, Sonoma, and my personal favorite Russian River/Dry Creek Valley. Honestly, for the money, the location, and the beautiful views, I can't imagine anyone would go anywhere else. We will be back...often.

I chose Pearlessance River Inn as our B&B while planning my tour de pour through Sonoma County…read more We've done wine country every other year so we wanted to flavor Sonoma's beer offerings as supposed to Napa's wines. Lagunitas, Russian River and Bear Republic were all the must hit breweries on our trip. I called Linda a few weeks in advance and got us a two nighter. I mapped everything out in advance and Sebastopol was a great location in between the breweries. Linda was professional and very accommodating as she suggested other local microbreweries that we can try. When we drove through Sebastopol, we noticed tons of vintage shops. My wife was in heaven! I'm there for the booze and apparently she's there for the old knick knacks! Whatever makes her happy right? Anyhoo, we arrived at Pearlessance around 6:00 p.m. and was immediately captivated by the colors of the leaves from the vines. Who knew that a B&B was tucked in the middle of an actual vineyard right? Greg greeted us and gave us a tour of the property. Before he left us alone, he asked what time we would like breakfast. We told him around 10 the next morning. At exactly 10 the next morning, we woke up to a light knock on our door with breakfast piping hot on our porch. We had a blast touring all of the breweries and buying vintage crap! We bought so much that we couldn't fit all of it in our lil Prius on our way home. Growlers of craft beer is definitely a priority to bring back to the Bay Area. We asked Greg if could leave this big wooden mirror that we bought until a later weekend and he was so gracious enough to keep it there for us. We came back as promised and Greg even helped us strapped the big wooden mirror onto the roof of our SUV. We had a wonderful experience at Pearlessance River Inn from the beginning to the end! We've stayed at a lot of B&Bs in the past and this is our favorite by a long mile. The single room makes it so intimate. I don't necessary enjoy waking up and eating breakfast with 10 other couples like it's a dining hall. Breakfast is brought to your room and hell, you could even eat breakfast naked if you wanted too! Don't hesitate! If you're reading this, don't waste your time looking at other places.

The location is excellent, with the plaza, downtown restaurants, shopping, and a lovely park all within easy walking distance. Parking was also convenient and free. Throughout our stay, the staff members we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. The inn also offered complimentary wine-and-cheese each afternoon, which was a nice touch. Our first-floor King room (number 7) overlooked the parking lot and was located right off the lobby. The room was dark, dated, and much smaller than expected. It felt sparse and lacked adequate horizontal surfaces. With only one luggage rack and limited space to set luggage, our second suitcase had to sit on a small corner table. We requested an additional rack, but none were available. The décor was underwhelming--blank walls with no artwork, covered hanging light bulbs instead of bedside lamps, and two chairs that looked in need of reupholstering. While there was a fireplace, using it comfortably required moving furniture, which then made circulation around the bed tight. The bathroom also needed updating; it was small with a tub/shower/plastic curtain, poorly lit, and had minimal counter space. A permanent sign instructing guests to run the sink slowly--due to known drainage issues--was an unfortunate detail that stood out. And the downside of a first-floor room with limited sound insulation was significant noise from the room above as well as in the hallway, which was at times disruptive.  Breakfast was included and changed daily. Chef Sal deserves particular praise--his breakfasts, homemade breads, and cookies were excellent and easily a highlight of the stay. The only disappointment at breakfast was the coffee, which was extremely weak and never hot enough. Fortunately, there's a Peet's Coffee directly across the street, and judging by the number of fellow inn guests we saw there each morning, we weren't alone in that assessment. Overall, while the location and breakfasts were strong positives, the room quality made this stay a disappointment given the price point. There are likely better options in the area. On a positive note, we continued on to Milliken Creek Inn in Napa (another Four Sisters property) which we found to be outstanding in every respect-a gorgeous, impeccably managed property.
