Food was excellent. It was also hot. Delicious. We picked up our order and did not go outside to pick it up. They were very happy to deliver to the car. Prices are a little higher than other Mexican restaurants but they're only a couple miles from our house. We were very pleased with the hospitality and the food, just wish it was not priced quite as high. read more

If I could give this 10 stars, I would. Start sniffing as soon as you get out of the car because even outside it smells delicious. We were served by Daniel on our first visit and it was nothing less than excellent. We got the casa dip as an appetizer and it was beyond delicious, but definitely filling. I got the street tacos with carnitas, (yum!) and my Fiancé got pollo fundido, which was so yummy. We weren't able to finish our meals because of how filling the dip was but Daniel gave us plenty of chips and even bagged our food up for us. We live right around the corner and I know we'll be in here at least once a week! Couldn't recommend anymore read more

HORRIBLE gave me food poisoning.. visited this location while down from NC to visit a friend and tried to order a draft beer and a taco salad simple right? Well the draft beer was out of service so only got bottled and the taco salad's meat was WAY over cooked along with the shell to the point of feeling old. Didn't want to be mean so pushed through and ate everything then went on my way and now I've been suffering for 2 days from food poisoning. NEVER will visit this location again it's a joke and even the customer service wasn't the best. I'll stick to my NC Mexican restaurants that I know won't make me pay to get sick. read more

Best Mexican food I have ever had period including anything from Mexico, Texas or California. It's like the took the best dishes from every Mexican restaurant and brought them here but made them even better. Everything is cooked fresh to order, nothing is precooked! The portions are large so be prepared to be stuffed. We are already trying to decide how many times a week we can eat here without getting fat or tired of all of the yummy goodness. They have totally remodeled the place and did a damn good job. Love it!!!! read more

Have eaten here twice now and both times, the food was delicious. You get bean dip and chips when you are seated. They also have a salsa bar in the back. Prices are very affordable and service is excellent. So glad to finally have a great restaurant move into this location. Awesome street tacos and burritos. Absolutely the best Mexican I've ever had. The customer service was above and beyond excellent and the restaurant was extremely clean. Our server was Nellie and she was so friendly and welcoming. Daniel also came and talked to us and you could tell he was so passionate about the business. We had the spicy margarita , table side guacamole and both had shrimp and steak street tacos. I would highly recommend it all! It was just a totally great dining out experience close to home and will definitely be back! read more

I am amazed at the 5 star reviews. It's almost as they were written by the owners or employees. I was very disappointed with Casa Carrion. The corn tortillas for the Street Tacos were almost mealy in consistency, as though they had been sitting on a steam table all day, and the meat was dry and tasteless. For me, that "speciality" was a bust. The Poblano cheese stuffed chilis were drowned in a mystery red sauce and again, almost tasteless. Having spent Over 35 years in the Southwestern states, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico, perhaps I have been spoiled, but this definitely wasn't Mexican food at it's finest. The service was good, and the "medium" size Margaritas were huge and very tasty. We may try it again to see if we were there on a bad night, or just chose the wrong dishes, but we will definitely go earlier in the evening. read more

Well now I know why the parking lot is always packed. Everything about this place is wonderful! Friendly staff, super clean and the food?? OMG! Fresh, hot, delicious!
