This is a rating for marketing team. I contacted Casa through their web form online. There was no response from Casa at all but an immediate response from Friendship Village of Tempe. Not sure why did it happen. Does marketing team at Casa work for another non-profit CCRC at Phoenix, AZ? Hard to say, but clearly something wrong is going on at Casa. Update: I've been contacted by Casa, short time after posting this review. Added two stars for that. But another CCRC remains a mistery here. read more

My mom is currently residing in the Casa De Las Campanas Skilled Nursing Facility. I can't say enough wonderful things about her care. Everyone has been so kind and compassionate. I live independently and usually drive wherever I go but Casa provides extensive shopping and medical travel loops in the event I just want to relax and leave the driving to them. The extensive refurbishment is a first class, sophisticated and calming scheme. Although I still watch cooking shows I do find myself cooking less and less because Casa provides appealing meals in its three dining rooms. read more

I am happy I am at Casa! I have been here 15 years, 87 years old, and I am happy! I have a 3 bedroom (1 I use as office) and I love the employees, and residents like a big wonderful family. Food is especially GREAT!!! Activities are fun!!! Transportation is safe and I don't have to have a car. There are apartments available, you can move in right away!!! Come on over!!!! My family had an amazing experience with Brooke Patterson (Director of Sales & Marketing) at Casa de las Campanas. Brooke was extremely patient & knowledgeable in explaining the logistics to us (and we had PLENTY of questions). It bears noting that Brooke spent nearly 3 hours with us touring the facility, and never made us feel rushed at any point. Clearly, the pursuit of Assisted Living can be stressful for the Seniors involved (as well as their families), which is why I felt compelled to share my positive experiences with Brooke. I spent 2 weeks in Rehab for seniors ranging from the good to the unacceptable. An inconsistency in service is pervasive across the spectrum of services from a number of exceptional compassionate caregivers to some who are inattentive and render unprofessional care. The rooms are small and cramped, difficult to navigate and lack privacy when two patients must share the space. Suggest having a patient advocate to assist you. read more

My husband was under the care of the Skilled Nursing Facility after he was discharged from the hospital. He fell and had difficulty walking and did not function well. The SNF staff did an outstanding job taking care of him during his stay for 6 weeks. Everyone in their staff (Admission, Social Worker, PTs and OTs, nurses, LVNs, CNAs, RNAs, Scheduler, Billing employee, Dietician, Food Service group, Activity employees and Cleaning crew) were all professional, caring, compassionate, friendly, and patient and did their assigned duties superbly. The physical and occupational therapists did an exceptional job helping my husband walk and function well again. We are very grateful for the services provided by them and we highly recommend them! My husband Hans just spent 17 days in the Casa De Las Campanas skilled Nursing Facility for recovery after his major facility. This facility is the best facility in San Diego, clean, staff are both amazing, and friendly. Also, rare to find this gem; many of them have been working there for years due to the high quality of work environment they are in. Also, the grounds are beautiful and the courtyard with palms and windows for the patients to view from their rooms. Me and my husband truly appreciate all of the staff, and the food was simply amazing; according to my husband. Better than any upscale Hospital. If we needed anything the staff was quick to assist us and make us feel at home. We were blessed to have been able to have my husband transferred there after his surgery at Jacobs Medical Center in La Jolla. I highly recommend if you need assistance after surgery for rehabilitation this is the place to go. There was a couple that (residents) were in their 90's that lived at Casa De Las Campanas non-assisted care that have lived in the Apartments for over 14 years and they told me and my husband they would never go to another facility. The wife was recovering from a broken leg; this was truly the best facility in giving them a peace of mind and being close to their home. We could not agree with them more. Meaning, this is the place to recover from if you need assistance. In addition, Casa De Las Campanas has the best Physical Therapists (PT) and Occupational Therapists (OT) as well. We want to personally thank Ken, Jared, and Michael for their true years of expertise in physical therapy for the patients, teaching me things about how to assist my husband at home after he would be discharged. They truly went above and beyond with their strenuous and outstanding PT that they gave to Hans daily; while he was there. Truly amazing. Also, can't remember all of the names; but Chrissy for OT. Thank you for getting my husband additional care needed with him learning how to shower again on his own. There was also an outstanding speech therapist. Finally, we want to recognize the social workers and staff that were truly amazing, kind, compassionate, taking care of Hans and making this a comfortable and peaceful experience. There are so many things to do that I have to work hard to keep my calendar up to date. A Bocce Court has recently been added leading to some fun and friendly competition for everyone. So my experience with this healthcare center is so horrendously bad I don't even know where to begin. There is a definite reason why they have declined in their ratings on yelp at the health center. I would absolutely not recommend them on any level, no matter how desperate you are find a place that will actually care about you and take care of you. There is no professionalism. I was made fun of among the caregiving staff because they said I was too young to be there. They definitely have a bully mentality. Reading through the reviews I can honestly say they are accurate. This place needs a full investigation from the state. The Board of Directors need to step up their "feel good" volunteer work and start doing their job. I highly suggest that the Board look into some new management. The staff is not being trained well, and they themselves have no respect for their own management The Board of Directors needs to think seriously and pay attention to what's going on because it's not pretty . Your "wanna be care staff" is clearly the lowest grade of service providers I have ever met. The foul mouths and comments from those women are not ok. I need some time to get over the shock at how terrifyingly horrible this place really was. Not only is it extremely noisy.but there is no work done to figure out your food requirements or it is just not delivered at all. Common courtesy rules between patients are not followed by the care staff, and the patients seem to run the show with no restrictions. I will file complaints every single place I am able to do so. Please save yourself the pain and agony and choose somewhere else. This is not where you want to be when you're sick and you need to be taken care of by gracious professionals. You are with low level, untrained. unprofessional bottom feeders working in a high end community with a well heeled clientele. Epic fail! read more

My sister has lived at Casa for the past several years. She moved in with her husband, who died after receiving sensitive and responsive care from Casa. I live nearby and wish that I had access to the many services and responsive managers that Casa has. The only matter to take note of is that the Entry Fees do not provide ownership or even voting membership in the nonprofit corporation that owns Casa. This is consistent with common practice in the industry, and Casa is notably better than most such homes for the elderly in its transparency and in the inclusion of residents in the decision process. Nevertheless, final authority rests with a board of directors consisting primarily of leaders active in the surrounding community. There is one resident voting director. This is why I only give Casa four stars. Contrary to the industry conventionality of non-ownership entry fees is Beaumont at Bryn Mawr, but one has to go across the country to find such a resident-inspired eldercare living arrangement. It's unfortunate that the Beaumont structure is not the norm. The Casa community is ably managed by LCS™. An example of that active management was the recent decision to replace the dining purveyor after what residents perceived as a decline in dining quality. Another example is the decision to invest heavily in a new state-of-the-art healthcare facility. This investment elevates Casa above other alternatives as a secure haven in which to age. Significantly, Casa employs actuarial services to allow it to offer a Type A, care inclusive contract. Many other similar ventures in the area do not offer this benefit. Since it is hard for prospective residents to evaluate what such an inclusive contract is worth, it can seem like other providers may be more competitive. Other providers, though, charge close to full cost for care, while Casa includes all needed care in the price. Elsewhere, those care charges can come as a shock for people when they reach the most vulnerable stage of their lives. Casa is exemplary in its care inclusive contracts and in taking that care commitment seriously as part of its raison d'être. Moreover, based on what I have seen with my sister, the quality and responsiveness of the care is top quality. Anyone considering making a lifetime commitment to a safe haven for aging should give serious consideration to Casa de las Campanas. It has the benefit of the San Diego climate and offers excellent value for the money. Moreover, unlike many comparable communities across the nation, Casa has a strong balance sheet, which provides financial peace of mind in an industry in which stories of financial failures appear regularly. read more

My wife and I bought in to "Casa" four years ago. It looked like just what we needed. My wife has a degenerative neurological condition that was headed toward the need for skilled nursing care. We're in our upper 80s, and needed a plan for continuing care. New residents are in the independent status. The monthly fee for a one-bedroom apartment is high, but it was sold to us as an alternative to long term care insurance; the monthly fee would not change when we needed a higher level of care. What we didn't anticipate was that my wife was permanently placed in the skilled nursing part of the complex, known as the Health Center, while I remained in the independent apartment. I was declared no longer able to care for my wife. Now our monthly fee is billed separately. The "room and board" part of the fee adds up to the same as when we were living together. But what was not expected is the added fees for patients in the Health Center. The most egregious increase is $29 per day for food that is not much different from that included for independents. The excuse is a state requirement for three meals per day and snacks and special diets, whether you need them or not. So, before you commit a half million dollars or more to this place, think about being separated and paying an extra $900 per month for the privilege. read more

Nurses were a 4.5 out of 5. But, administrative staff were a 0 out of 5. I was continually having to ask for medical reports. Administrative staff told me that Medicare had denied my husband for more service. I talked to Medicare and they told me that he was denied because of what staff report said. My husband asked a few people and they all told him that they felt he should still be there. One of the key things was they said he was capable of walking 65 steps. At the time, he could only walk about 10 feet. He had fallen off a ladder 3 weeks before and severely fractured his left hip. Casa had in his chart that he had a hip replacement. Very large facility with activities available for all areas of interest. They are constantly improving the facility and have a new fitness center - which rivals 24 hr fitness. The dining rooms have been revamped and are spectacular! Residents choose from the elegant restaurant and order off the menu (excellent food), the buffet - which has a salad bar, grill and so much variety, you could eat all day! Did I mention the dessert bar (limit one per person). There is a bistro which is similar to Panera open from breakfast through 7:00 pm. Brittany is in charge of activities- they should clone her, as she takes into account everyone and designs programs that are delightful, fun, insightful and entertaining! Couldn't find anyone better The memory care center is by far the best I have ever seen due to the staff. Rocio is absolutely enchanting and always happy and fun! They are building a new health center - which looks huge. Still not impressed with the lack of staff at the current facility. They follow the state rules, but have money to add more staff - above what is required. Would think if they paid more, they would be able to offer the same experience from "entrance to exit"! It's a shame that people entering the facility do not understand that when they are sick and in the health center - without family or someone to advocate - they may be found in a gown and diapers sitting in a wheelchair across from the nurses station. Instead - they should be given dignity, be dressed and have staff checking on them every 30 min. Or less. State rules are the minimum! You'd think Casa would at least exceed by 50%, considering all the money they spend to entice new residents. If you are thinking about buying into Casa - be sure to get it in writing about a better health facility. read more

We have enjoyed the lifestyle at Casa de las Campanas since 2010. When the COVID pandemic arrived in 2020, Casa immediately took steps to provide a safe and secure environment for their residents. While obeying the stay-at-home order has been a challenge, we have continued to receive healthy and delicious meals, can participate in exercise programs and enjoy virtual entertainment on Casa TV. During this trying period of time, Casa has given us a peace of mind because of their concern for our health, safety and security. We are so grateful to call Casa de las Campanas our home! I have nothing but good things to say about Casa DLC! My mother suffered a catastrophic stroke and once discharged from Scripps La Jolla, it was up to this SNF To provide her the intense speech and physical therapy she was going to need to recover. From the moment she was admitted, throughout her three month stay my mother received outstanding care. Though my mother has been in other skilled nursing facilities, never have I seen the whole staff remember all of the family members names before. The staff also went the extra mile to inform us of any cases during the pandemic. I highly recommend this facility for our loved ones in their golden years! Kudos to the DON, Aileen Who personally checked in on my mother 5 times a week. I'm really glad that a few years ago my parents moved into the Independent Living area of Casa de las Campanas. If they were still in their own home, with all the state and county self-quarantine restrictions, I bet they would be feeling lonely and isolated. They would have had a difficult time getting groceries or obtaining other essentials from the store by themselves. That is not the case for them at Casa. While they do have a few social distancing restrictions in place for their safety, they are still able to socialize and leave their apartment. For the most part Casa is providing all the basic necessities they need; they even get their meals delivered to their apartment! Another cool thing: at Casa, each apartment has it's own in-apartment separate heating and air-conditioning system. It's quite comforting to know that their apartment is not connected to a big centralized air-conditioning system. My parents have not needed any special assistance, but if they did, I know they have friends right down the hall, as well as Casa staff support just a quick phone call away. This gives them a warm feeling of security and also our family great comfort to know they are safe and happy. Casa has done a phenomenal job in handling this pandemic and ensuring their residents' safety. I know I can rest easy and trust that my parents are in a safe place. read more

This facility has many redeeming features. It offers Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living Apartments and a Memory Unit. Unfortunately customer service of guests visiting loved ones isn't the same quality. The room has carpeting that was so poorly installed it looks like it has waves and is a trip hazard. The refrigerator is constantly running loudly making it challenging to sleep. Be prepared to pay with cash or a check, no credit cards. One former perk of staying here was a free breakfast. Now it is a shadow of what was. It is very limited and you have to pay for it. The rooms are $110 a night which is comparable to motels in the area that offer a free breakfast. When I went to get a cup of coffee at The Bistro" they couldn't give me milk for it, insisting I had to use the "creamer." Although they had a gallon of milk on the counter. My parents have lived here for over 8 years. The changes keep coming that benefit the organization and seem to drastically change the experience for residents. read more

My dad moved into Casa a few years back, and absolutely loves it. Pre-pandemic, my husband and I would go and visit him for dinner, which was always a great experience. I have owned a caregiving agency for 13 years and worked with many facilities. Casa is by far the worst to deal with. My mother lived there for 11 years and I just pulled her out due to their inability to keep her safe and the nasty management. When mom first moved in, Casa did not disclose that the apartment she paid over $300k for had a known history of sewerage backing up into the kitchen sink. After this happened 8 times I met with the ED who claimed to know nothing of the problem--even though the security guard told us that it was an ongoing issue for many years. I've also had to bring my mother's attorney in twice to protect her rights. The management is, in my experience, very uncaring. I have caught several of the managers in lies over the years and they have made things very difficult for both me and mom's caregivers. I initially wrote a 3 page review with all of the problems we experienced in the years that mom lived there. Even though she paid $330,000 to move in, this is a non-refundable buy-in and it was a terrible investment. Do yourself a favor and find a nice facility that doesn't require this huge initial cost. If you do move in, make sure you have an attorney who will help you--you will need that at some point! I had one client leave and give up the money she invested due to how she was treated by management. Another one of my clients was mad a permanent resident of the health center after one of their caregivers did not do a proper transfer from scooter to bed. The client slid off the bed and her feet were trapped beneath the scooter--she broke both ankles. At one point in the health center she told the nursing staff she needed to go to the hospital. The staff claimed that they spoke with the doctor and he said she didn't need to be transported. She demanded the transport anyway. The family asked me to go to the hospital with her. When we arrived the ER doc told me the family should come out as she was close to death. She miraculously survived but only due to her own self-advocating. Another one of my clients there broke a hip when staff in memory care didn't respond to a bed alarm. She had surgery and then went back to the health center. At first she was in too much pain to do any rehab. After about 6 weeks she was able to start to participate in PT but the management said she would never be able to walk again and she would have to stay in a wheelchair. After another 2 months of trying to get them to give her PT and getting multiple PT orders from her doctors, I finally went over with a gait belt and walked her. I did this 2 more times, each time filming her walking. After this they were forced to give her rehab. Another resident asked me about their assisted living because the facility was trying to transfer her and her husband out of their independent apartment. The resident services manager told them that their long term care insurance would not pay for caregiving. This was an absolute lie. They had been using a private caregiver in their home and the LTC paid for it. I told them to call their caregiver and bring her back in. Do not trust this facility! read more

My 80-year-old widower father stayed at Casa for one-week post knee replacement and I could not be happier. The staff was attentive and kind, the Dr's and nurses, empathetic and efficient. It was a huge trust issue leaving him there and I am pleased to report that any fears I had were unfounded! A big shout out to Frank Solis for his follow-through/follow up and more. The health care facility here is a total hellhole. My husband, who has terminal cancer, was transferred here from Palomar Hospital in order to do a physical therapy evaluation in order to see if he would be able to function at home. It is an old, crummy, smelly, noisy place and the care was abysmal.The following all happened in less than 24 hours: 1. My husband called me at around 9:00 p.m. to say that he was in terrible pain and no one would give him his meds. After much phone calling it was determined that they give meds based on their own computer system. Despite a complete written list from the hospital, nobody had bothered to enter it into their system, so they didn't show any meds due. After about an hour on the phone he finally got his pain meds. 2. Next morning another call from my husband. He was in terrible pain again and nobody was interested in giving his meds. 3. He has a urostomy pouch and night collection bag. They hooked it up wrong and he woke up with his bed and himself soaked in urine. 4. The charge nurse spilled hot coffee on him while delivering his breakfast. 5. There was another patient who yelled all night long, making it impossible for him to sleep. Nobody did anything about it. 6. The physical therapist was scheduled to see him between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. but never showed up and there was no explanation or apology. Mid-afternoon I angrily yanked him out of there and took him home and signed up for home hospice. Do not put your worst enemy in this rathole. read more

Casa de las Campanas has been a godsend for our family. We have found staff in all stages of care to be exceptionally responsive, respectful, courteous always keeping the best interest of the resident at the fore. We genuinely felt that most all of the staff treated our parents as if they were their own! Casa has cared for our three parent from 2006- to April 2020 from independent living, to assisted living, memory care and finally the heath center/skilled nursing. The physical therapist are motivating, challenging and brought recovery many times. Nursing Staff and all support staff down to the sweet little gal that cleans the rooms and mops the floors every day! They deserve 10 stars*********! read more

I am so thankful that I moved into Casa before the pandemic arrived. Independent Living here is not much different from living in my own condo except for the care and services provided by the lovely friendly staff in housekeeping, food services, security and other specialized departments. I cook fewer meals than I expected I would because the menus here are varied and satisfying, even during this covid-19 shutdown of our dining rooms. The common areas are well-maintained and inviting. There is a wonderful park across the street and it is a great place to walk or just sit in the sun and read. Of course my very large west-facing balcony gets lots of use as it is perfect for reading and sunset watching. There are groups and clubs and activities enough to challenge anyone's interests. Especially during the pandemic restrictions, I feel totally safe and secure and not locked down. read more

Pros: nice facility, easy parking, clean rooms, plenty of food for patients Cons: Very poor care by the care givers, lack of knowledge, lack of skills, lack of accountability I'm not sure about the rest of the facility but my dad was in here recently after being in emergency care at the hospital. He was in the rehab area for temporary patients - skilled nursing. He was unable to go home because he couldn't breathe on his own and needed constant care. All I can say is thank God we have a lot of family around. We all have jobs and children so we couldn't provide him care 24/7. We brought him in after checking out the location and rooms and talking to the nurses. The place was nice and the nurses seemed to be nice enough. It was very close to 3 of our homes which made it so that we could visit everyday in between all our responsibilities. We were very grateful to be able to get him admitted to this facility. Once he was in - OMG! The ladies, nurse assistants or whatever they were couldn't even figure out how to manage his oxygen tank. Everyone was supposed to wear masks coming into his room but while my sisters and I were there visiting, multiple people came in and out and didn't even know how to wear a mask. Either their mouth was exposed or their nose was exposed. What the heck! Then on top of that, they wouldn't bring his medication in on time. My dad complained about their lack of care every time we went to see him. One time while I was there, I pushed the nurse call button to get them to come for his medicine. It took exactly 20 minutes before someone came in! The lady that showed up didn't know anything. I asked about his medicine and she said she was just a part time assistant and came in when she saw the light. She didn't know about the medicine, only his nurse would know and she's on break. Then I asked what their policy was for responding to the button. She said she didn't know. Finally a nurse assistant came in and I asked her the same thing. She said "oh we usually come in right away". I told her I pushed the button and timed how long it took and it was 20 minutes. I did it because my dad kept telling me it takes them a very long time. She shrugged her shoulders and repeated they normally come in right away. To this I said the only reason why he was in there is because he couldn't care for himself and needed their help. Given he couldn't breathe and if he had an emergency, 20 minutes to respond would have left him potentially dead or brain dead. To this she shrugged again. I really felt like these folks did not care at all. Which is fine, I don't expect them to really care, But given this is their chosen profession, they should at least have the courtesy to respond in a manner that doesn't make me think that my dad can potentially die in their care. Anyway I did tell him that since they didn't obviously have a policy that they adhere to, if he had an emergency, he should just dial 911. I feel very bad for the patients there who don't have family to check in on them. All the people seemed nice enough, but nice is not the only thing people need in a facility that is supposed to give medical care. People who go to this type of rehab facility can not take care of themselves! I would consider this place dangerous based on the care they gave my dad. I have 2 sisters in the healthcare industry. They were very defensive of these folks saying that regardless of how bad they were, they still cared for our dad. To this I say, they get paid for taking care of our dad. If they didn't get paid, I promise you these people would have walked right by him as he is grasping for breath. Geez thank heavens they are not brain surgeons. Can you imagine? "It doesn't matter how bad they are, they still operated on your brain for you." Now I do believe in being polite and I did thank them when I left. I don't envy them their job. I personally couldn't do it - which is why I'm a damn engineer and not a nurse! read more

They do not care about patients. They treated my mom like she was a piece of trash. Pam lied and manipulated us. Just awful!! Casa took my mom in for Rehab on a Monday. On mid day that Friday, let me repeat that on mid day that Friday admissions (Pam) called and said my mother must leave the facility today or Saturday at the latest. She said while my mom has Medicare they just found out she also has Medicaid. Pam lied and said they were NOT getting paid and my mom had to leave ASAP. We were thrown for a loop and scrambling to find a place that would take my mom in. We only heard back from 1 place, a place with terrible reviews. Admissions was off for the weekend. We weren't sure if they would charge us for the weekend or worse if we waited and the terrible place had no beds where would we go with such short notice. The pressure was intense. Out of stress and fear we accepted the bed at the low rated facility. We then come to find out Casa (Pam) LIED to us. They were getting paid for my moms time there and would have for the next 15 days!!! There was no reason to kick my mom out so hastily. They could have worked with us for 15 days to find the right place to go next. My moms in a very fragile mental state and this was extremely hard on her. If only we would have had time we would have fought this and kept her there. But Pam did this mid day on a Friday so we wouldn't have a chance to talk to anyone else. She freaked us out on purpose and unfortunately she got the response she wanted. So sad to see anyone treated with such disrespect. Then a few days later Pam calls and asks us to fill out paperwork so they can get paid!! What??? You told us you weren't going to get paid. We said we'd fill out the paperwork once we spoke to her supervisor. She refused to let us. We are trying to figure out who to talk too. We are filing a report with the department of public health. There is a proper way to discharge someone and lying and being deceitful is not part of it. Their actions were immoral and unethical. Kicking an 85 yr fragile senior out with 24 hr notice. Shame on them. No reason at all to act in such a way! Pam is cold as ice! read more

I am exceptionally fortunate to live in Casa De Las Campanas. My daughter and I visited a large number of places from San Diego County to La County before choosing Casa. We both agreed that Casa met my needs best. I love my beautiful apartment and the staff is very supportive. The only complaint I have is the food is excellent! I'm gaining weight! read more

Do not send your loved one here. My mother has been in four health care facilities and this is the worst by far. Lack of caring by the caregivers. They don't care when they make mistakes. They will just smile and tell you it's not a problem. Almost imposible to communicate effectively with them. Impossible to speak with a doctor after repeated requests. The hallways are wide, the curtains are nice and the facade is pretty, but the care and adminsitration sucks. read more

This is a wonderful place to live. People are extremely friendly and the staff is great keeping all of us safe during the pandemic. Food is very good, lots of activities and many, many more. read more

This place is very nice. The staff is nice to. I've visited a half dozen places like this and this one tops them all.

My parents live here and they love it. I would absolutely recommend this community for elderly parents or loved ones. The staff is handpicked to care for people at this stage of life. Having all levels of care in one place is one of the many benefits at Casa. The food is delicious & top quality. I am writing this review on behalf of the care my father was given. My family was very disappointed in the care received by the skilled nursing staff. The physical therapy did not provide the appropriate level of treatments according to my father and his doctor. The food was lousy and pretty much the same daily. Mashed potatoes, ground up meat and horrible gravy. My father never was given a shower (only sponge-baths) and was in there for several weeks. He would call for a nurse to assist with going to the bathroom and he waited three hours because the nurse said she was busy. Appropriate care was not taken for wound care which was resulted in his wounds being far worse when leaving the facility. My father was continuously received very little sleep while in the facility because the nursing staff would come in and poke him or take his vitals every two hours which is somewhat understand able however, they would weigh him at 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. That is absolutely absurd! For a man who is post-surgery, he needed some much needed rest. We were assured that Casa de Las Campanas was the best in all of San Diego County, but I can assure you they are NOT. I don't know how much of this was due to Covid, but the level of care he was provided was very, very disappointing. There was not much compassion shown towards my father who really is a very kind man. When helping him move or turn the staff was very rough on him and several times had to tell them they were hurting him. It breaks my heart to hear and see what my father had to go through. He left this facility very depressed and full of anxiety. My review is not even listing all of the problems, because it would be too long. read more
