The vibe is this surprisingly great mix of Italian restaurant and sports bar - TVs with sports playing, full bar, but still serving legit, "worth-the-carbs" Italian food. Service was dialed in all night, too. Attentive without hovering, and our drinks never even thought about getting empty. We ordered the Fettuccini La Bella, Lasagna Campania, and garlic cheesy bread. Everything was delicious and served faster than expected - A PLUS. Great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe that makes it way too easy to stay longer than planned. Just pace yourself on the carbs (or don't, I didn't).

Everyone ordered a side salad, which was served with crisp lettuce mix, red onion, craisins, tomato, and the deadly cucumbers. The ranch dressing I had was creamy and smooth and very good. For dinner we had the Siciliana pizza, lasagna, the chicken wrap, and a create your own pizza with tomatoes, bell pepper, chicken, and a red sauce. Everyone in our party was quite pleased with what they ordered. I especially enjoyed my sausage, grilled onion, and cheese of my thin crust pizza. It was gooey and melted and just the way a pizza should be. The serving sizes were ample, and several take-home boxes were needed. Our server was fabulous. She came around just when needed and did not linger or interfere with our conversations. When the restaurant gets full, it can get quite noisy, but we were still able to hold our conversations and enjoy our evening. All in all, we had a lovely evening with satisfying and tasty meal selections alongside good company.

All of the staff were so nice and truly went above and beyond. They had no problem giving us lunch so early and made sure that more than every need of ours was met. Also, pie!!! I ordered a ribeye and eggs with sourdough toast, instead I was served a NY instead with 1 slice of bread...not sourdough. Cook came out to correct me that the steak was indeed a ribeye. now, I have worked in a meat dept. for several years at my last employment, I was also a manager for a steakhouse...I definitely know the difference. I had the server remove the steak and she adjusted the bill. (if only I could post a picture of the receipt) the bill: $5 (2 eggs), hash browns $5.50, toast $3.50 (1 slice). So I was charged for side orders. okay, but $3.50 for 1 slice of bread and not even what I had ordered. Pathetic. Now, if it was one issue, no biggie, not a deal breaker, but there was multiple issues, especially when the cook (hahaha) came to my table to tell me I was wrong. I am a firm believer that the customer is not always right, but this time, I was. I really do hope the owner reads and replies to this post, because no manager/supervisor came to my table to address the issues.

Always seems a tad darker than necessary, rather dated and overdue for a renovation. The Richland locations have a warmer vibe. The music playing didn't earn any kudos for a couple reasons. First, it was just at the edge of loud enough to be distracting. Second, the playlist seemed more appropriate for a much younger audience than the overwhelming majority of the clientele in the house at the time. Ambience, all in? - 3 stars. The food? She had the one-trip salad bar and said it was pretty good but nothing especially noteworthy. She said - 4 stars. Mine, meh, predictable, ok, but unremarkable bordering on forgettable. Some things were a tad salt heavy, others were seemingly unseasoned altogether. Mine - 3 stars. I opted for a baked potato. It came out seemingly over-baked because the flesh had to be carved away from the inside of the skin. It wasn't that carb-lovers baked spud, which was disappointing. When I told the manager of the great service we had received, he said he was glad to hear that. Then, I mentioned the potato and how it had come out, but instead of any acceptance, he got defensive about how "that's the way we make them here" or something to that effect, and basically dismissed my comment. Attitude? Yeah, not so much. - 2.5 stars. All in, we both felt like we should have driven the extra 15 minutes and gone to either Richland location. My bad. That's on me. - ZERO stars for my poor decision. Lesson learned. - All in - a 3 star average.
