The red enchilada sauce was fantastic, definitely homemade, and the seasoning they used to roast the vegetables is very good. The red and green salsas were very good, one spicier than the other for anyone's taste. Service is always amazing, friendly and polite staff. I always recommend Nana's to anyone new to the Valley. Something for everyone, and no matter what you order, you're going to be satisfied.

When we brought this up to the server, no apologizes were made and it was brushed over. We were told they replaced it with a new one, but the glass we received after was the exact same level it had been previously, which we were told was due to restaurant policy. Important to note, the "full" glass we were given not even a full glass. We returned the drink due to not feeling confident in the change. Would not recommend this place, and would recommend driving out to some of the other further restaurants in the area!

BTW, we did pay for all our food even the two plates that weren't to my expectation. We do genuinely like eating here and will go back again in the future.

This is a small town Authentic Mexican Restaurant that you'll want to frequent. You'll always feel welcome and there's always plenty of tables. They have a good wait staff so you'll never have to wait ages for your drinks and food. This charming place has come a long way from how it started. They've remodeled and added space so that your wait for a table is nonexistent. They haven't changed their menu so your favorites will always be available. The portions are plenty. You'll always walk away with left overs. They don't charge for petty things like to go plates and salsas. You can't go wrong with a visit to this place. This place is pricey but it is so good!!! I came here as just family lunch after church (Sunday's is super busy though) and my graduation dinner. They really work with how many party of people you bring. We only get the botana from there but it's so good! And it's a lot of food too! And when I'm sick with the fever or something I always buy my chicken soup from there! Not only is it delicious but it helps when my stomach can't handle other foods. read more

Once the botana came by on first glance, it looked good, but as I started to eat, I noticed that the fajitas were super small and chopped up to bits. The chicken was only a couple of small chunks that didn't even look like a small chicken breast. Once everything was said and done, I paid about 36 bucks, including the tip. Botana 2 outa 10 taste was good, but no meat it was an optical illusion in the picture. Location 6 outa 10 it was clean. Waitress 6 outa 10 she was very attentive All in all, it could have been better since no one was really in the restaurant when I went. Very disappointing.

To make it even more ridiculous, I asked for chips because apparently an $8.99 order of guacamole does not come with tortilla chips and was told it'd be $4.50 if I wanted some. You've got to be joking... Between the dirty environment, the attitude, and the absurd upcharges, this restaurant is a hard never again. Save your money and your appetite bc there are way better places that actually care about their customers and their cleanliness. I'd go across the street to La Playa. Great customer service and food over there.

I noticed that it seemed like the Styrofoam carton was raised under the food didn't pay any mind to it until I got to the bottom and noticed that they laid the food on bare Styrofoam mind you HOT food. What in the absolute fuk for a restaurant to be in business for this long and do some dumb shit like that is mind boggling. Anyway I noticed I was scraping Styrofoam with cheese and looked under the box and saw that the cheese and beans had melted the box underneath! You have got to be kidding me what moron decided it would be a good idea to put Hot food on bare Styrofoam at least line it with some foil like every other restaurant does so your customers aren't eating pieces of Styrofoam melted into cheese.
