Went back a second time to try different things, and though many other options were just as delicious as before I was not a fan of the deep fried lasagna. I was iffy about it before I ordered it, but after getting it it's kind of what I feared which was a bit too much breading that distracted from the actual deliciousness of a lasagna. The spaghetti that came on the side that was good.

Every time I order from here I seem to decrease my rating by a star, but this time it's all the way to 1. I've given them a lot of patience in the past because the food is great and I wanted them to succeed after their remodel, but I've lost my patience. Every single time we order, it's never ready in time despite the fact that it never appears busy. Every single time we've ordered there has only been 1 table seated but for some reason we still end up waiting at least 15 minutes past the estimated pick up time (which is already 30-40 minutes typically). This time was no different. 1 table seated and still had to wait 50 total minutes for our food to be done. This is the third time we've shown up where our food clearly wasn't even started and they had to start it when we got there. There have a serious staffing and time management problem. However, these aren't even the reasons my rating is now 1 star. The reason for that, is that I found not ONE but TWO DIFFERENT hairs in my food!!! I was absolutely disgusted and couldn't even eat my food after opening the container and finding them right on top but caked into the sauce!! I will certainly not be returning here. Even took some pictures as proof. This place will not be open long of they continue operating like this. Looks like the Food Network remodel won't save them if they can't manage their time or even manage to wear hair nets!

As seen on Food Network's Restaurant Impossible, this place blew me away. The restaurant looks great on the inside. The service and food were phenomenal. The chicken parm is one of the best ones I've ever had. Food presentation was perfect, and everything was delicious. I can't wait to go back. Currently there is no alcohol, but would be nice if they implemented a BYOB policy.

Super bummed about my order. I ordered chicken parm and lobster gnocchi through door dash. They forgot my lobster gnocchi and the chicken Parmesan was burnt. My favorite part of the meal was the vinaigrette for my side salad. That was at least good!

Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Such a cute place, waited on by Francesca herself (so friendly ), wonderful food with great presentation. Everyone go buy the Groupon right now and try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. You're welcome!!!! Definitely a hidden gem. Go show this local restaurant some love and support!

This restaurant: PHENOMENAL!! This is my first review on Yelp and it's well-earned. The appetizer was alright (Ricotta Fritters), but I had the Spaghetti and Meatball and it was, wow. Heavenly. The sauce was a creamy, rich, and sweet but not overly sweet with just the right amount of cheese on it. The meatball wasn't fantastic but hey, meat is meat haha. So it was good. My mom got the Fettucini Tenderloin and ordered it Medium Rare. Wow, the quality of the meat was perfect, juicy, and a wonderful pink. I loved it. Note: she got Spaghetti instead of Fettucini but it was still amazing. My dad got the Chicken Sausage Pasta, it comes with bow tie pasta and sausage that was covered in a wonderfully creamy and tasty white sauce. Splendid. And finally, my sister got the Chicken Parmesan. Holy. Cow. The chicken was divine, the cheese on top fantastic, and the spaghetti on the bottom wonderful. I cannot say enough good about the food here. Fantastic fantastic fantastic. Keep up the great work guys, I'm definitely gonna be back for more with my girlfriend. UPDATE: DESSERT! WOW! Tiramisu: I've had a LOT of Tiramisu in my short 20 years of life, but holy. Crap. That's the best. Lemon Mascarpone: Whoa. I love lemon cake. And THIS! Wwwwwoooooowwww. So. Delicious. Light. Delicate. Amazing. Again, canNOT say enough good. Please please please give this place a chance if you're on the fence. I'm not a bot, I promise

Nice welcoming atmosphere and pleasant service. Came here for the first time and enjoyed the food. Note: the garlic bread is wonderful!

Everything was fabulous! The portions were enormous, and service was amazing. The homemade dressings for the salads were also delicious. All the entrees my family and I had were top tier, and when I say top tier I mean the best I have ever had. and there were absolutely no complaints. They even had sorbet palette cleansers in between courses, which may I add were delectable. This place is family owned operated and a must try if you are in the Buffalo area!!

Steak is good , The Alfredo needs some Parmesan cheese it's kinda blend ! Fish Fry is pretty good ! The portion size definitely matches the title!

Ordered take out. Lasagna was ok, nothing to impressive. It was just everywhere in the takeout container. Still tasted decent and I did eat it. The side salad included was just lettuce mix. No dressing or anything. The chicken Caesar salad I ordered was just romaine lettuce with a little Parmesan cheese on it. No dressing or croutons! I wanted to like this place and have a go to Italian restaurant around the corner but it really disappointed me.

It was very good! Can't wait come back and try lunch and dinner. But this review on brunch. Of course started with a Guava Bellini, yum! The table had, blueberry poppyseed pancakes, French toast, bacon, The OG which was eggs, sausage/bacon with breakfast potatoes, and Creole biscuits and gravy. This is what I ordered it was jalapeno cheddar cornbread biscuit, chorizo gravy over eggs, which I don't eat so I held this off, BUT I added fried chicken breast. This plate of food was so delicious! I could of used some more heat, BUT the flavor was amazing. The fried chicken was juicy and crispy with great flavor. They cook the bacon crispy! The French toast was very good as well. Everyone at the table was pleased. We were celebrating a birthday so they gave us a choice of a dessert. We went with the lemon almond cake, and OMG it was delicious. Came out very warm and topped with poached pears, it was delicious!

Warm onion bread with salted butter brought to the table immediately. My companion's pork Milanese was a generous cut topped with arugula and dandelion greens, vinaigrette and grated cheese, all served in a delicately flavored vodka sauce. My brown buttered scallops were served in a butternut squash purée with hazelnuts, a touch of Sherry and topped with pickled apple. Lovely. We chose for a side, the crispy brussels sprouts which were sprinkled with grated hazelnuts, served with smoky bacon chunks and drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Perfection. Their selection of wine, beer, and other drinks is small, but well thought out. My companion had a creation called "Common Exponential" which was decidedly orange flavored with cinnamon and cloves. She loved it. For dessert we shared a generous slice of a magnificent lemon - almond cake with poached pears and good coffee, mine with real cream. I was impressed by the quality of the table setting. The La Tavola flatware is beautifully weighted and unmistakably upscale, while the Robert Gordon stoneware has a handsome, handcrafted look that feels both modern and sophisticated. These are small details, perhaps, but they contribute enormously to the sense that Grezi has put real thought into the entire dining experience. The candlelight and single red flower in a bud vase added to the intimacy of the evening. And the service was spectacular. Cynthia and her colleagues made sure that everything was perfect. They came by often enough to make certain we didn't need anything, but not so often as to become annoying. Cynthia was warm and friendly and I can say that all of the staff who came to our table truly seemed to enjoy what they were doing, and that matters to diners who seek a complete culinary experience. We intend to return as often as it takes to sample everything that this exciting Restaurant has to offer.

The Margherita focaccia was by far the worst of the night, soggy and flavorless, the focaccia was nothing like a normal one. The tuna had a nice presentation though it was quite mediocre, the rice was hard in some parts and seemed quite old, the tuna itself was fine but the dish as a whole was maybe on par with sushi you'd get at a wegmans. As my entrée I got the carrot papardella, everything seemed overcooked, hardly any lobster and what little was happened to be tough and rather flavorless, of course it was the same with the shrimp and crab. The pasta was overcooked and stuck to itself and the sauce was quite sweet and far too hot, twenty minutes into the meal and it was still steaming, continuing to turn the dish into mush. The meal was for three people and came out to be $240 after tax and tip, the service was nice but considering the praise this restaurant got I'm sure it's went downhill. The highlight of the meal was the complementary bread at the start.

We started the meal with the wagyu meatballs, crab and lobster fondue and pork belly. All three were delicious! The pork belly was my personal favorite It paired so well with the Brussels sprouts slaw and carrot ginger puree. For my meal I got the 10.0z filet with hash browns. Now, yes I am a don't like pink in my steak, so I did order medium well. Unfortunately my steak came well well well over done. However, I cannot say the same for the customer behind me, who exploded upon impact, leaving a complete bloody mess, ruining my shirt. Overall an awful first impression. And my food wasn't any better. My steak was completely raw, practically still mooing and trying to leap off of my plate; the green beans were all moist and wet and tasted like ass; and the fries were literally frozen and absolutely inedible. Not to mention I could hear the chefs arguing with each other the whole entire night, and I'm pretty sure I even heard multiple fights break out in the kitchen, with someone even leaving on a stretcher at one point in the night. Shit was crazy. Overall my experience here was, again, horrific, and I would normally give Texas Roadhouse one star. If it weren't for my server, Taylor, who was the absolute saving grace of this horrible night. She is without a doubt one of the greatest servers to ever grace the industry. She was incredibly attentive and kind and made a horrible night into an absolute dream. She even at one point in the night fought a dragon that was attacking the restaurant with her bare hands. Avoiding its fire breath all while riding her skateboard and hitting 360 kickflips and chewing bubblegum. She eventually picked up a rocket launcher, stuck it in the dragon's mouth, and said, "You're fired," before blowing it to smithereens. Everyone in the restaurant clapped, and then she immediately came back to my table and asked if there was anything I needed. Unbelievable service. She deserves to not only be the highest-paid member of the company but also to be given the reins to the company entirely. I left her a $1000 tip, which I believe should be the bare minimum from anyone who is blessed with Taylor as their server. God bless her.

The rolls were fresh, the butter good, not overly sweet. Our server, Michael arrived & took our orders for drinks. After perusing the menu, I was hankering for ribs, .decided on the half rack, you can choose from an ample list of sides/ 2 per dinner. And there's a special menu offer/ $13.99 dinners, served before 6pm- very budget friendly. My ribs did not disappoint , very tender, falling off the bone, well seasoned.. I ordered a baked potato & fresh veggies/ carrots & broccoli. My friends enjoyed steaks & chicken critters( breaded chicken fingers) the house salad was very generous & looked delicious! I was very happy with my rib dinner/ definitely agreed with all the positive comments I'd read & heard. My only complaint was the loud music/made it somewhat difficult to have a conversation, & the table/ booth for the 4 of us seemed a bit crowded. I'd also suggest giving diners who order ribs, a packet or two of hand wipes.. those sticky yummy ribs were "finger lickin'good!!" **Catered Event: Board of Directors' Dinner**…read more Numerous locals recommended Bacchus Wine Bar & Restaurant as an excellent choice for formal occasions, and it proved to be a wonderful venue for our Board of Directors' dinner. I hosted a dinner for twenty (board members and their guests) and was especially impressed by the catering manager, who patiently guided me through the many decisions involved in planning the event and personally welcomed me on the evening of the dinner. The waitstaff were attentive and seemed to anticipate our needs, and the private dining room was both relaxing and quiet. We chose the "King's Table," which allowed all twenty guests to sit together around one large table. The room and table settings were beautiful, creating an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The event menu allowed me to select three salads, three entrées, and two desserts for our guests. Printed menus were placed at every setting, offering a gracious welcome and making the ordering process easy and efficient. I heard from many guests that their meals were excellent. I especially enjoyed the beet salad with goat cheese and the crème brûlée cheesecake. My filet mignon, unfortunately, was tougher than I had expected. The pecan-crusted salmon looked marvelous, and I found myself wishing I had chosen it instead. The pricing was also extremely reasonable for the quality of the setting, service, and overall experience. Each dinner was $85 and included a salad, entrée, and dessert. Bacchus provided a beautiful and memorable evening for our board, and I would gladly recommend it for a private dinner or formal gathering.
