I ordered the dry-aged bourbon ribeye, and it was one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was so tender it practically melted in my mouth, like cutting through butter. The flavor was incredible, with the perfect balance of smoky richness and a subtle sweetness that made every bite unforgettable. What really made the evening special was our server, Mark. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions about the menu. His positive attitude and genuine hospitality made the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you get Mark as your server, you're lucky and guaranteed to have an excellent dining experience. To top it all off, we ordered the Chiro Bowl for dessert, and because it was my birthday, they surprised me by putting it on the house. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect ending to an amazing meal.
