Started off with some chips and salsa.

The food was good and the horchata is made in house. I ordered the steak and grilled shrimp. Prices are reasonable, service was amazing. My waitress Janelie provided great customer service.

How a food served in a sauce and with added salsa can be both dry and flavorless is beyond me. If not for being in Lodi this place would be out of business. Locals like low taste and low spice foods. Very bland. Very sad.

My goodness, I experienced the best of the best meals today. I ordered the chili verde burrito supreme lunch special. It was just perfect. It's been along time since I've been able to say that about a meal I ordered. The meat had a great flavor and was tender, like it had been slow cooked all day in a crockpot type of tender. The green sauce was flavorful and to my surprise it wasn't too spicy. I have such a sensitive mouth I always order a side of sour cream to have ready to eat by the spoonful if I accidentally eat something spicy. Today I actually was able to enjoy sour cream on my food the way it's meant to be. The way they prepare their rice and beans has always been a favorite for me. I have to admit, I actually come here for the homemade tortillas. They're huge and taste the best ever!!

The people seemed to ok but something was off Salsa was bland. Not a hint of Mexican but Chips were Ok but the salsa The Big Open Spacious Restaurant with No Ambiance was COLD. I believe we used to come here but something changed NEVER AGAIN

Spacious seating, and a bar and dinning area in the back for larger events.

The Chile Relleno at this restaurant is to die for, you won't leave one little piece on your plate. The fresh peppers and onions mix so well with their home made sauce. The homemade tortillas are giant and so fresh. The Chile verde is also very fresh and delicious. Highly recommend for authentic Mexican food.

Gave this a try after having some bad Mexican food at Don Luis. I had the camarones ala diabla with homemade tortillas. Very good. My wife had a chile rellano. That was also good. I had Modelo served very cold with a lime and my wife had a blended Margarita . Chips and salsa just so so. Glad we tried this place.

I found out about it around 2017 and have eaten here so many times since. The momias (shrimp and cheese wrapped in bacon and fried), all of the ceviches, camarones ala diabla, everything is delicious. And the micheladas are huge with shrimp and sliced cucumbers on the rim. Service has always been very warm and friendly. Today we walked over from Safelite because we had to fix a crack in our windshield. Ordered two regular miches and devoured the fish ceviche. Food: they have a vast variety of seafood plates and options. The mariscos/seafood tastes fresh and they are open to work with you for special request on your plate of choice. Location: there is plenty of parking space. The place is kind of small in my opinion, it get crowded over the weekend. My recommendation is for you to get there early. Ambiance: the music was loud, therefor be aware of possible complications to have a nice conversation without feeling that you gotta turn up your voice volume. The place could benefit from a little extra cleanliness, I understand it's a seafood place although it does give a sense of needing extra cleanliness. Team/staff: they are were attentive and ready to assist when needed. We had a little complication since two of our family members did not get their place fast, three of us had our plate ready and the other 2 waited a good 10 extra minutes. Maybe more organization over how to distribute table tables as a group. Nice experience and they also have alcoholic drinks which seem tasty and fresh. Their aguas frescas were delicious and super refreshing. Highly recommend visiting them ASAP! :)

We also ordered the mussels and calamari. The mussels in the tomato sauce they came in were absolutely delicious! I was worried I wouldn't like the calamari because I'm not a fan of steak-cut calamari, but it was soooo good! You could really tell it was freshly breaded and fried. We also ordered the M&M pizza and the Super [something--I forgot the name ]. Both pizzas were crispy, with a moist and soft crust. 5/5 pizza! For dessert, we got the tiramisu and chocolate gelato, and both were really good. The chocolate gelato is HUGE and definitely shareable. The restaurant is super cute! I recommend sitting outside for a different atmosphere. We didn't realize the outdoor patio was still enclosed, so we ended up sitting inside. I wish we had sat outside! The service was okay. Our server was nice, but between the assistant server and our server, there were a few times when we felt left unattended. Maybe they thought they each checked on us ‍ I definitely recommend this place, and we will be coming back!

It's contemporary and the furnishings are quite comfortable. It's the type of place you can settle in and have a casual meal without feeling rushed. Prices are high yet the quality is excellent. For the first evening at the bar we settled into a high top table. You can sit at the bar, lounge type seating or outdoors on a pleasantly shaded patio. They had an expanded bar bites menu as the main restaurant is closed on Wednesdays... most of it quite enticing. We opted for cocktails to start and I chose a specialty Date Maple Old Fashioned. It was really good with a large ice ball to chill it. For bar bites we shared the pork belly sandwiches (small, delicious but messy to eat), the sausage skewers (amazing!) and crab cups (refreshingly light and easy to eat). After cocktails we had glasses of a light white wine, made with Santorini Greek grapes. For the next meal in the dining room the place was a buzz with activity but conversation was easy without a lot of excessive noise. It's intimate and the room is quite pleasant for a gourmet meal. We started with cocktails (same Old Fashioned) and shared the grilled Brussels Sprouts which were plentiful and ever so delicious. They were slightly over grilled for my taste yet it didn't distract from me enjoying them. We got bread which was a baguette with butter and the consistency perfect for a French style loaf. For my entree I debated between the scallops and the pork chop and went with the chop. I was quite pleased as the chop came in thick slices and drizzled with a tarragon mustard reduction sauce. It was amazing, tender, juicy and at 22oz I couldn't finish it all. It came with a tasty apple sauce and grilled seared cabbage. Absolutely delicious. Ed, celebrating a birthday, had steak which came with a huge bowl of mashed potatoes which I tasted. Oh my gosh, the creamiest potatoes ever! For dessert we shared the cheese plate, a really great way to end the meal, with glasses of a twany port. All of the cheeses from a brie to a hard cheese were top quality. Service both times was very attentive, professional yet personable. We were well cared for and everything went smoothly. It's expensive yet the experience and value is worth visiting. Make a reservation.

Americana House is located right near the check in lobby at the resort. The food was really good when we came here. They've got a unique selection of a few items, including a crab omelette which we tried, it was very good. We also tried the shakshuka too, really tasty stuff. You put that on the soft fresh bread and it tastes like so good together. Service was good when we came, as well as the ambiance there in the morning for breakfast, eating outdoors when the weather is nice is always a mood setter for the day on the weekend or vacation. Would eat here again when staying at Appellation again for sure.
