I said it was no big deal and that I would take the pork chop. A gentleman noticed the interaction and sprung into action. He let me keep the pork chop and brought out the mojo pork. I was later told he was the owner. When our check arrived later he comped both the pork chop and mojo. Excellent service will make me a repeat customer over and over again. Now to the pork mojo.
