I just came here for the first time and got the super happy feet pedicure and it was worth every penny!!! He did an excellent job and there were a few times i was so relaxed I almost fell asleep!! I totally plan to come back here and highly recommend it!!!

Manicure. Chipped paint in five days

horrible experience. my sister and I went here on a girls day out. we both chose the deluxe pedi and a basic mani. The service I received was horrible. my Technician finished both my pedi and my mani before my sister was even done with her pedi alone. I feel she barely gave my feet the attention she should have. then for the mani she was done in about ten minutes. I had to ask her to put something on my hands and massage them. Once she was completed, I looked at my feet and the heels still looked a bit rough. I consulted with the on-site manager who told me I just have dry skin and should put Vaseline on them at night. what kind of foolery is that!!! noone tried to make the situation right. And that pedi job was horrible. Polish peeled off in about five days.

I've had some iffy nail experiences in the past but this tops them all. Usually I travel to Lakeland to get my nails done but since it's about a 30-40 min drive I decided to go somewhere close to my home. First they didn't allow my to pick a color for my mani/pedi. Odd, then I asked for a light-baby pink color. They said they didn't have that? Odd because I just saw them doing nAils with the same color I asked for. So I settled with a different color. Upon getting my manicure, idk if it was the first day on the job but my child could've done a better job. Sloppy, waited 40 min for them to dry and they still didn't bc if how thick they were. Everything is clumpy. Smudged immediately, they wouldn't fix it either. for a basic mani/pedi is $40 somehow I was charged $50?! I was so irritated for already being there well over 2 hours that I just wanted to leave. Do not go there if you are expecting your nails to turn out nice. I shouldn't have paid for this, I was debating if I should go back today to have them re done but with the quality of the place it's not worth it. Mental note- stick with the 40 min drive to Lakeland.

I can't say enough good things about Ritzy Nail Lounge. After my old nail salon went downhill, I…read moretried a couple of other places around, but none were places I'd want to go again. I saw a few good reviews about Ritzy and figured I'd give it a try. Oh my goodness, what a night and day difference compared to their competitors. Really, there's no competition. Ryan did an incredibly thorough and detailed acrylic fill. When I scheduled, I asked for someone who could do nail art, and was reassured that wouldn't be a problem. After showing him a picture of what I wanted, he replicated it EXACTLY. What's more is he took the time to give a hand and arm massage at the end, something that other salons haven't offered. The pricing was incredibly fair, and for what I got, I think I was actually under charged. I can't wait to go back for a pedicure but judging by tonight, I'm sure it'll be amazing.

Went with my daughter. She got a full set and I got a pedicure. Her nails look great, so the…read moreproduct is good. Price reasonable, $50. She is 13 so maybe they should do a lower price for kids? Again, nails good. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Atmosphere great. Here is the issue. Add ons. They charged $5 for "shape". Umm, you have to shape acrylic!! You can't just leave it! Charges of $15 and $10 for color and design! So the $50 set was $80. Yes, you should pay for the design, I have never paid more than $10 more - ever. And they didn't tell us, until we rang out. Pedicure was mediocre at best. Lots of products and bells and whistles - stones, towels etc.... But very little nail work done and the "massage" part of the pedicure was like she was petting a cat. Relaxing, but nothing resembling a massage. Staff friendly. Super clean. Nails came out good. Pricey with hidden add ons and be clear to tell them exactly what you want with your pedicure or they go through the motions.
