Wow what a gem in the area! The experience I had coming here with my brother was amazing! Somehow before we got to eating, we were both super excited for the food to come! The interior and ambiance was small but cozy, well-ventilated and with nice calm Spanish music. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and we ordered the birria tacos duo combo and I got the burrito loco wet style with half-green sauce and half-red sauce. The burrito plate astounded me the most, it was huge and the carne asada was tender and delicious. Paired with the salsas, each bite was so good and tempting to want more. I could only get to eating half but it was so good and I wanted to keep eating more. Would love to come back here again because the menu iis vast and looks really good. *Outdoor seating also available *Bathrooms *Good salsas *Friendly staff

Food is great! You can't go wrong with anything- but the Casa Pasilla burrito is one of my favorites. I'm Mexican and my tell of a good Mexican restaurant is if they can do a really good bean and cheese burrito- well this place can and is my go to when I'm craving good Mexican food...also, Sabina is great!!!!

Churros are really good. The Breakfast Burrito Americano was good too!!! Great food and good service!

Good food and service!!! I'm definitely coming back!!! The breakfast burrito and churro were really good.

Boasted the best birria tacos around oh they aren't kidding. Fricking delicious, my friend had never had one and the mmm and oh she was making told the story of deliciousness. Two of us a two taco plate (up for a chili rejeno taco) and two drinks about $42. Highly recommended. Small little place with outdoor seating. Yesenia our cashier/ server was sweet and terrific. Do counter for breakfast lunch or dinner if you live close or are passing through.

This had to be one of the most incredible restaurants I have ever been too! From walking in the door the atmosphere and ambience was amazing! Great service and everyone there was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend anyone to go check them out! I travelled from Vegas and found them in the area and I will definitely be traveling back to try more of their food. I had the Birria Tacos Duos Combo and they had to be the BEST birria tacos I have ever tasted!! Their horchata was amazing too! If you're in the area definitely go check them out and give it a taste!

Amazing! Any dish from the menu will satisfy your appetite. Today I tried Pollo À la Diabla and it was delicious.

Let me just say: these were hands down some of the best chilaquiles we've had in the area. The flavor, texture, and portion sizes were all top notch. I also loved that they have an open salsa bar along with complimentary chips for every order. Little touches like that really make the experience even better. (It did look like they had heaters outside though - not too sure if they were turned on). We were seated around 7:40 and we had two waiters. We asked what the margarita flavors of the day were, and they had hibiscus, jicama cucumber, and a jalapeño pineapple. I opted for the jalapeño pineapple, while my partner got the Sabor. For appetizers we ordered the trio dip and taquitos. For entrees, we ordered the al pastor street tacos, and Enchiladas Sabor. For dessert we ordered the nutella filled churros. I believe our bill was around $135. Pros: everything came out so quickly! Drinks were LARGE. Timing of the food: Drinks were out in five minutes, appetizers in ten mins of ordering, and entrees in fifteen minutes of ordering. The service was also great. Our waiter came in and checked on us, but wasn't overbearing. The quality of the food was also great. I kept saying everything felt very elevated and a great place to go for a nice dinner. I did not do any research before coming here. This was a place that my partner chose, so the two comments that I made (which I later found out was also commonly noted on Yelp) was that the Chips & Salsa were not free, and that my enchiladas did not come with rice and beans. Typically, when I go out for Mexican food, there are certain things I look forward to, so I was a little thrown off that they weren't provided here. The trio dip was a great option because it did have a bean dip as well as salsa, but it was just a bummer that it was an extra charge. All the while, songs from Luis Miguel's catalogue were playing in the background. Everything that was ordered was presented with delicate precision. I was particularly interested in the Crepas Mexicana, and when it was served the folks around me give the dish the proper amount of oohs and ahhs. Layered poblano crepes filled with shredded chicken and avocado on top of a yellow bell pepper sauce base that was both velvety and hearty. Since it was also one of our friend's birthday, the waitstaff brought out a bowl of ice cream with a candle.

The set up looked like a Chipotle, but I quickly learned that you actually order at the cash register first, and there is no need to go down the line where they have the proteins, veggies, and tortillas. We placed our order for three shrimp tacos ($5 each), ceviche salad ($14), and a protein quesadilla ($15). We got our order at 12:43. I do think almost a half an hour is a long wait, but I will say that there was a large group in front of me. We ended up taking our food to go and it was about a six minute drive from El Fuego to where we ate it. I will say, the corn tortillas on my shrimp tacos were breaking really badly. I couldn't even pick it up without the tortilla tearing. It was extremely messy. This was for 2/3 of the tacos. By the time I got to the third taco, it broke significantly less and made it more enjoyable to eat. The ceviche salad was flavorful and I enjoyed the crunchy cucumber in it. Typically, I'm not a fan of lime, but this one was strong and really growing on me (I ate the whole thing in a sitting!). Another thing to note is when we placed the order, we asked if the ceviche salad came with tostadas and we were told yes, two. When we opened the bag, there were no tostadas but it did have two bags of chips. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier and something got lost in translation, or if they were forgotten. Lastly, my partner ate his quesadilla with no complaints, so I'm guessing it was good. Overall: I enjoyed the ceviche, and I would be open to trying other items in the future if I'm in the area. The place appears to be clean, and the staff is friendly.

That table opened the dish and ate some of the rice. Instead of immediately discarding the entire plate and remaking the meal, the server brought the same dish back to me after realizing the mistake. I was told "they didn't touch it," which was completely untrue. Once food has been served to another table and opened, it should NEVER be given to another guest -- especially seafood. This is basic food safety. The fact that this was even debated is alarming. There was no compensation, no manager intervention, and no real accountability -- just a casual apology. Only the rice was replaced, which does not resolve the fact that the rest of the dish had already been handled and served elsewhere. This was not a minor mistake; it was a serious hygiene and professionalism failure. I should not have to question whether my food is safe to eat. Serving food that has already been eaten by another table isn't just careless -- it's unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
