Tried this last night. A strange set up but ok. The food was great but extremely expensive for a plate of delicious pasta. Juliette was the only server. She was wonderful but they need a second person. Overall delicious and nice but I can see that if very busy they won't be able to handle it. We were lucky to be first table of two, then a table of 4, another of 6, and another of 2 Not sure how she can handle it all. Also the kitchen is tiny. Casa Pasta was delicious. The staff, ambience and food were a hit. If you've travelled to Italy or need to be transported to Italy for the evening, this is the place to go! This was our first visit to the restaurant. We sat on the patio for dinner around 5:30pm. Probably a mistake in retrospect because it sits on the corner of the street and the noise of traffic was distracting. Cars drove by playing loud music. Our server was attentive. We both had a pasta dish (we wanted to try the homemade pasta.) Lemon Carbonara w/ chicken ($27) and Pasta Shrimp Scampi ($29) were our choices. The Carbonara was very good, however my husband felt the portion was small, especially for the price. My Pasta Shrimp Scampi was average and again overpriced. The shrimp were bite-size and the dish lacked flavor. We did not have beverages, appetizers or dessert, but the prices for alcoholic drinks were high. I understand restaurants have needed to raise their prices, but we felt it was a bit extreme to pay $70 (including tip for) 2 entrees. Unfortunately, we will not return. read more

The fettucine Alfredo was made with fresh pasta and the sauce was amazing the eggplant rollatini was great too. . Also we shared the pear and Gorgonzola salad, beautiful presentation with a whole poached pear stuffed with whipped Gorgonzola cheese. The lunch menu prices were very reasonable. Such a nice place to come to. We did a family Sunday brunch for girls birthday and everyone (13 of us) was pleased with everything. The ambiance was nice and the music was perfect for the vibe. From the staff to endless Mimosas (I recommend the peach by the way) haha...to the endless buffet of food everything was amazing. The owner was very nice and spent some time talking with us and our waitress Florencia was good always on time with our drinks and needs. My husband and I stopped by for our very first visit at this establishment. We were extremely early having seen a local play at The Pineapple Playhouse. We were greeted by Juliet who was extremely accommodating with our preference for a table. Our cocktails, made by Juliet, were perfect. We started our culinary experience with a mixed green Gorgonzola and Pear salad and happily enjoyed. My hubby chose the pasta with Bolognese and I opted for the Carbonara. My husband's dish was exquisite but I was slightly dissatisfied with my dish. Having made it at home I was looking for more creaminess. I mentioned my concern to both Juliette and Rodrigo, the manager, and offered by both to change my order, however, I opted to keep the dish because while not as creamy as I had expected the flavor was exceptional. Don't get me wrong; the food is amazing and the chef is doing a great job at being creative with a traditional vibe. We were super excited about this meal. It kinda fell apart with the service and the non-stop ringing of the telephone over the Bluetooth speaker. To be fair, they said 2 servers called in sick so we tried to be patient but after our meal plates were collected, we sat for almost half an hour without anyone checking in for coffee or dessert. We finally asked another server for our check and the host to take our credit card. When we had arrived there was music playing but somewhere along the way, a call came in over the speaker, turned off the music and it was never turned back on. At least 5 times we listened to many, many rings while the phone call went unanswered. It started to stress me out and was definitely a buzz kill. I'd recommend this place but not on a Saturday night. read more

Easter Sunday brunch was more than I could home for. The owners and the staff treated us like family. It was all you can rate buffet with more choices that you could hope for. The service was quick to pick up our used plates but offered to deliver food to our table if we were too full to get up. Apparently half of the family are from Italy. What a warm welcome.
