First things first the salsa was super watery and the onions were half inch chunks (not diced so I was eating chunks of onion), the chips were cold, I asked for a modelo (my birthday was 2 weeks ago) which I was declined because it was not horizontal which he could clearly see my birthdate on it or have scanned it but he just said no it's not horizontal? I asked how the chicken mole was, was told that it was very good and said "never had a complaint, you might be the first to complain" which I'm not by the looks of these reviews, Side note wasn't given an option for tortillas (flour or corn) I was just automatically given flour which is not what you usually eat mole with? Wow this was really bad. My husband and 4 grandchildren went here from great wolf. My granddaughter ordered taquitos and tacos she got something resembling funditos not what we expected. never received her taco, everyone else got their food. Ended up here after a day of outlet mall shopping, so you can imagine I was famished. I had the Cameron Monterro which was shrimp wrapped in bacon and served with fajita vegetables and rice and beans. Now I like shrimp and I love bacon, but not together. It somewhat looked and tastes like maybe they deep fried the bacon wrapped shrimp. The shrimp was missing flavor except for the bacon. The fajita veggies consisted of carrots, onions and green peppers. I was expecting a bit more I guess. It didn't taste horrible and if you are a huge bacon lover, this would be the dish for you. This is a decent place to get some Mexican food. The service was top notch and the waitress and waiters are very friendly. The chips and salsa were pretty tasty. I got the ground beef enchiladas for $12.50 and it was not too bad. I could see meat ooozing out of the enchiladas and it looked kind of like my taco meat from my taco at Taco Bell last week. We went here for the first time because our planned destination was closed. We were pleasantly surprised. I was happy to see options for alternate sides to rice and beans. It is part of the Azteca chain, so it's nice to know it's the same at other locations. I ordered shrimp fajitas with seasoned vegetables as my side. I added them to the shrimp and other veggies on the fajita plate when it came. It was delicious and made two meals for me. I also really enjoyed the coconut and cucumber margarita. It might be a new favorite. My husband ordered a blackberry and then a blueberry margarita, and loved the blueberry. He also ordered the dos amigos burritos, which is one each of a chili colorado and chile verde. He liked it, but had filled up on chips, salsa and beans, so brought most of it home. Service was good and food came quickly. There is better Mexican food just up the road, but we would come again for drinks and decent food. read more

Horrible management.. we are from out of state and left my ID at our hotel. We really only came in for a margarita and were told they wouldn't serve us even with the DMV app with your ID Downloaded. So we drove all the way 20 miles back to get my ID with 2 kids and had to wait an additional 45 minutes once we were sat for the second time for my margarita to come after our food had already been on the table. We were done eating by the time it came and it was the wrong drink I ordered. How 3 entrees are ready on the table and ate quicker than 1 margarita is made is beyond me. Did not get good food. My sister had tacos that the pork was bad. My quesadilla had chicken that the liquid was not drained from so was really runny. My other sister did not get her full order. When we asked about it the girl could not understand what we were wanting. When we let the person at front know pork was bad that did not offer any solutions. I feel like the food used to be a lot better. On the other hand, service isn't that bad depending on who you get. The last time we went, it was busy and I got the ground beef macha burrito, the beef was kind of red and I lost my appetite. There was also this lady selling desserts that weren't even on the menu and my son ended up getting sick. They shouldn't be selling things that aren't on the menu! Solid choice for (American style) Mexican food in Centralia. This place gets very busy, so eating in the bar is a good choice. They have a great happy hour and great service. It's an Azteca. I'm not sure why the name on the sign wouldn't reflect that. It's the exact same menu. Feeling a bit deceived after we sat down and realized it. Staff was friendly enough but food was very mediocre. I'm one to look at the menu and go with the chicken enchiladas en mole every time. This was hands down the blandest I have ever had. Chicken was watery, flavorless, and seemed from a can. The mole sauce was weak, lacking flavor and also watery. My son got a mondo burrito and it was decent. With the increased expense of dining out these days I've become much more sensitive to paying good money for mediocre meals. read more

We ate a late lunch here after a long day at Great Wolf Lodge. My husband and I split the fajitas sampler; it came with steak, shrimp and chicken and was plenty of food for the two of us. My 13-yo ordered carnitas tacos, a huge plate of three tacos full of tender pork. My little guy got cheese pizza. (Yes, he's related to me, not sure how since he doesn't like Mexican food!) wouldn't recommend that, it was more like an open-faced quesadilla. The Cadillac Margarita was delicious. For 16 dollars this was a huge case of buyers remorse. ended up picking out and eating the bland chicken, throwing away 2 and half fajitas cause the peppers and onions were far too oily. We love coming to Casa, the staff is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. 99% of the time we sit in the bar, it's always busy and festive in there. Drinks are good, good selection of happy hour items. Highly recommend the molcajete, steak fajitas, chicken taquitos, macho burrito, pollo Blanco, enchiladas, or a good old fashioned crunchy beef taco to name a few favd. I'm not into 5-star ratings for the most part, because so many things have to come together to create a restaurant experience worthy. In spite of being part of a restaurant chain (Azteca), Casa Ramos has so consistently provided a top-notch dinner that I give those stars without reservation. The restaurant itself is clean, nicely decorated, has a bar (queso+Seahawks football!), and has been recently revamped inside and out. The dining room is spacious, and pretty well laid out. They are definitely willing and able to accommodate groups and parties. We've been here when they had a mariachi wandering around, too. Great atmosphere. The staff is top-to-bottom first rate. Servers are really courteous and knowledgeable regarding the menus, both food and drink. The most consistently excellent service I've ever had at a restaurant. I can't say enough good things about this crew! On to the food. The menu is easy to read, well laid-out and offers a wide variety of Mexican-style food, as well as a smattering of American fare. Everything we've tried has been great. The food is so great every time that we aren't afraid to try new things. Among the finest food of it's kind I've ever eaten. We arrived before noon on a Saturday. Not busy at all. Took an extra long time just to get drinks and throughout the meal never offered to refill our drinks. After the waiter was done hitting on the group of girls behind us, we finally got him to stop at our table. The food, well it was on the poor side. Taco shell was so stale it hurt to chew it. Probably won't be back Drove an hour to come eat and meet my son's siblings for lunch. We got seated at separate tables due to Covid and only having 5 per table. No problem, we would alternate Well, we sat for a minimum of 20 minutes, without water. Someone had brought chips as soon as we were seated, but after that , we were forgotten about!! I got up to ask why our server had not been around and within a minute a host came out to take out drink and food orders. After another 12 minutes, we got our food, but still didn't have utensils!!!
