    Carne Asada y Mas

We came here late one night craving Mexican food and decided to try something different. This place did not disappoint. The atmosphere was very authentic and colorful with different artwork on the walls. When we came there was barely anyone in there so we got seated right away and ordered our food pretty quickly after looking over the menu. The menu had some amazing choices and it wasn't too overwhelming. My daughter ordered the quesadillas and said they were super moist and flavorful. My husband ordered the carne asada plate and said the same thing, he's not a huge fan of refried beans but he said these ones weren't bad. I got the burrito plate and it was huge! Very good! We also got some virgin pina coladas that were delicious. The only gripe and complaint that I had was it took a while for us to get the food even though we were the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered the food except for one other family that already had their food and by the time we got our food our plates were SUPER hot which tells me they were sitting under the heat lamps for a while. Other than that the food was pretty good. Will come back again possibly in the future if we are in the area.

We were shopping in the area and craved Mexican food so here we came for lunch on a Saturday. It is located near Mikuni and next to a Cheese steak place. We walk in and were seated right away. It was not busy and only saw two other tables with people. I read the reviews that often said they were expensive. The regular stuff like tacos were comparable but what wasn't is the platters. My go-to is either steak fajitas or a carne asada and they were $27.99 and $29.99! Couldn't believe it. That is the MOST expensive I have ever seen it anywhere. Instead I got the two item combo with a chicken enchilada and a crunchy shredded beef taco. Hubs ordered the shredded beef Taquitos with rice and beans. You get free chips n salsa when you dine in. The salsa was a little chunky although reminded me of Pace Picante sauce. The food was borderline okay to good. They use a LOT of iceberg lettuce to fill up your plate to make it look like a lot. Didn't care for the rice as I felt it was dry and not flavorful but at least they make real guacamole with bits of avocado, not green goo filler. The flautas were nice and crispy. Service was almost non-existent. We waited awhile to get our order taken. Waited too long for drink refills and had to flag her down to get our check. Understandable if they were busy but they were not. Went to the bathroom and it was out of toilet paper in one stall. Solid 3 stars. Glad we tried a new place but not in a hurry to go back.

Food is excellent. Notably Chile Verde, tortilla soup and Pozole. Large facility is great for large groups. Salsa is fantastic. Service was very good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that some menu items might be slightly above average in price (burritos) but nothing outrageous. For local Mexican overall we thought the food was excellent.

Located near an old shuttered movie theater, this Casa Ramos is very similar to the other locations. Not quite as good as others I've been to, but pretty close. As you walk in they've got a beautiful day of the dead mural on the wall. It's a smaller location than others we've been to as well. A tad on the expensive side, great wait staff though. Our waitress Arlene was great, stopped by the check on us frequently but not so much as to be annoying. I ordered the Macho Chile Verde burrito, and other than it being about 8 bucks more than I'm used to spending at our local shop, it was pretty solid. Would definitely have it again. Wife had a chicken taquito, which was massive compared to what was was expecting to see. Looked almost like a chimichanga it was so large. If in the area I'd definitely come back.

I'm not sure if they up-charge phone orders, but 18$ for this amount of food is crazy. The item is listed as an appetizer and I was a little skeptical looking at the menu that didn't list any prices. There are other Mexican restaurants that are at a much reasonable price.

We've eaten at Casa Ramos in Red Bluff, Ca, many times and love it, but it's 96 miles from us. We didn't know there were others until we stumbled upon them in Roseville, Ca. , only 46 miles away. It's beautiful inside, the service is excellent and the food is just as delicious as it is in Red Bluff. The servings are amazingly large. My sister is a real fanatic about Mexican cuisine and she gave it 5 .

We stopped for lunch at Casa Ramos in Roseville yesterday. While we frequent their location in Lincoln, this was our first visit here. They offer plenty of comfortable seating, pleasant atmosphere and .... the service was "fantastic". We ordered Iced Teas, Guacamole for the complimentary Chips ... along with our main courses - Steak Fajitas and a Combo #3 Lunch (my choice - Beef Taco and a Cheese Enchilada with Rice and Beans). The food was very good. I will return. Very competitively priced,

It's located in the same parking lot as Bennett's. The decor is nice and simple. The staff greeted us immediately when we walked in. Service was great. Our waiter was very nice, upbeat, and attentive. Chips and salsa was served as soon as we were seated. Both were good and appeared to be fresh. We ordered Palomas and Margaritas. Both were ok, nothing too fancy. The presentation was great but the drinks were a bit diluted. The Carnitas Plate with the Cilantro Rice was tasty. The Cilantro Rice is where it's at. The Carnitas was good but not the best I've had. The portion size was great. Overall, the experience was good but the food and drinks are a bit pricey for what we got. PARKING: large parking lot that's shared with other businesses. The parking lot is usually pretty full but you shouldn't have an issue finding a spot.

Enchiladas were tasty, it's a busy place. A little noisy when they are busy. They are definitely worth a return trip.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and incredibly customer-focused. They made everything easy, allowing us to focus on hosting a meaningful event. And the food was truly outstanding. We hosted a breakfast buffet for our C-suite and senior leadership team, and every item was exceptional: the quiche, cinnamon rolls, breakfast enchiladas, bacon, and French toast were all absolutely delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend Randy Peters Catering. They not only delivered amazing food, but they also helped set a warm, positive tone for the day and enhanced the overall experience for everyone in attendance

The second was a beautiful grilled vegetable platter with asparagus, peppers, zucchini, squash, carrots and bread and crackers accompanied with hummus and ranch dip. The table was constantly replenished by Joseph, who also picked up plates and cups and kept the reception area nice and clean. He was an excellent server and very nice. Alan and Lindsay did an excellent job serving our drinks from the bar. The service was great and so was their food.
