You can tell right away that a lot of love went into creating it. The food was incredible--I had the American and a giant cinnamon roll that tasted like they came straight out of a home kitchen (in the best way). The latte was one of the best I've had on the road--smooth, flavorful, and made just right. They also had Lotus energy drinks and other unique options for non-coffee drinkers. Service was top-notch. The woman working the counter was so kind and welcoming. You could tell she genuinely cared about every guest's experience, and it really made the visit feel personal. Whether you're camping nearby, headed to Elephant Butte Lake, or just passing through, this place is 100% worth the stop. I'll be back next time I'm in New Mexico!
