This is not the restaurant you want to come to if you're looking for great tasty Mexican food/or drinks.... Nothing of their flavors was authentic! I couldn't even say it was mediocre. It was definitely below that!!! I hate to leave these kinds of reviews... but I have to inform you that I was sooo hyped to go to this place to be absolutely disappointed because of how dry, salty and tasteless our food and drinks were. Service was overall good. The decor, environment, and presentation of food was great, however food and drinks flavoring, were disappointing. Our group had a little bit of everything. For starters they don't offer like chips and salsa like other Mexicans restaurants, we had the guacamole, ( $14 for prepackaged guacamole) WOW, were we disappointed to see that it was the prepackaged guacamole, it was salty and tasted like they just dumped lime juice to make seem like they had made it in the back. The chorizo beans also tasted like the beans came from the can and just added chorizo in top which was also tasteless. We had micheladas, oh boy, like how do you mess that up! They tasted like a whole bunch of bottled lime juice with beer, couldn't even taste the tomato juice. Gosh at that point we should have just left the restaurant. But still gave it the benefit of doubt... I had the menudo, it was very bland, even with the seasonings and fresh lime juice I added, it still was very tasteless. Someone else had the agua chiles shrimp platter and he said it was salty and tasteless. The meat of al pastor for the tortas were drier than our desert. The kids had chicken nugget and cheeseburger platters, those were also dry. At this point we didn't even tell them we were celebrating a birthday to order a dessert. We paid our bill and went somewhere else for dessert. we will not be coming back nor recommending it! read more

2 stars because the server was so kind. Do not come here if you like authentic mexican food my husband ordered pozolé and it was gray liquid and full of pata. It tasted very perfumey and nothing like pozolé. We have gone to maybe 10 restaurants in the Valley that sell pozolé never tasted anything like this. We asked to change it for chiles rellenos and they gave us a tiny chile poblano and the server apologized about the pozolé and admitted to us that the lady in the back making the pozolé messed up the taste. read more

I've never done this before. But I had to leave this restaurant that's how bad it is. The food tasted disgusting and you tell this was canned food and just badly made. The service was horrible as well. I would never recommended this place to my enemies that's how bad it is. And my friend who came with me says his dogs wouldn't try this food. Worst service ever. This was my second visit, and I decided to give the place another chance after being disappointed the first time. Unfortunately, I was disappointed again. It took 18 minutes just to get a glass of water, and when my fish arrived, it was extremely salty. I politely told the server, but she didn't apologize or offer to fix it. We dropped our dog off at the groomer near this place and we were hungry for lunch. I found this place on yelp of course going based off reviews. Walking inside, the decor is awesome, there were only 2 servers and we were also the only 2 people in there which scared me at first not going to lie. I ordered 2 carne asada tacos and 2 quesabirria tacos (traditionally made with goat) which were not too bad. The carne asada tacos were the best item i tried there. My wife got carne asada plate with bean and rice. What was weird though was there was literally, what we thought was the basic lettuce on a mexican dish, turns out its a salad with italian dressing so yeah think of that how you want it lol. The chips and salsa at the start wasnt all too great either, bland and no spice. The chips tasted like cardboard or was around a lot of boxes and what not. Who knows if ill end up trying here again, maybe give it another go next time we bring our dog to get groomed nearby. read more

Originally was trying to order delivery from post mates but a lot of the dishes were showing not available. Thankfully I called and asked and the kind man informed me that door dash had all the dishes available so I was happy to actually be able to order. I absolutely loved the variety they have to offer and I was definitely not disappointed. Being pregnant I crave many things at once so I ordered choriqueso which was amazing , birria tacos that were so flavorful, carne en su jugo! The flavor was so delicious. Chilaquiles and a cocktail of shrimp and octopus with strawberry horchata. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Considering that the food wasn't as fresh as eating at the actual restaurant this was still close to perfection. Next time I will definitely be coming in person to try other dishes. read more

Just about the right place to bring friends and family and have some authentic Mexican Food... not only that but also feel like you are in the heart of a true Mexican Cocina. The decor is amazing, give you lots to look at. The service is pleasant and attentive. The enchiladas are really good! and they're drink are awesome! Check out the bar they have! My family and I have been coming here for about 18 years now and we will not be going back after today. We ordered menudo and it was bland, and tasted old. I told the server I didn't like it and he told me I still had to pay for it, which I agreed and ordered pozole. Probably worse than the menudo. It was full of ear, and pata. The pork was still pink. It was bubbly like it had been heated up many times. I didn't eat it either. The server was extremely quiet and not knowledgeable about the menu. Paid for 3 plates my family and I didn't even eat. Mind you, they weren't busy at all. Probably had 2 other tables there and 6 guests in total. The salsa was not spicy, and tasted very acidic. Terrible experience, and very pricey as well. Ordered the birria de chivo and it was good in flavor however consume thick which made me have 2nd thoughts of this dish being freshly made. Handmade tortillas made up for this however. Our first time here and we were pretty impressed, especially with the attentiveness and friendliness of the server and staff!! We were seated upon arrival and given the option to sit wherever we would like. Our server was so nice and so helpful. Unfortunately, he was not wearing a name tag but everyone we interacted with was so nice! They offer $5 blended margaritas (daily) and we got the coconut one which was so deliciously dangerous lol. Please make sure to try it! I ordered the Carne En Su Jugo and it was pretty tasty and filling. It comes with handmade tortillas. Husband got the Guadalajara special with the torta ahogada and tacos. This place may be a bit out of the way but let me tell you, it is worth the drive! Was recommended to me so went there with some friends to try it out and everything was awesomeeeee! The menu is massive so we got some things to share not realizing the portions are yuuuuge! The soups come in MASSIVE bowls, the birria lamb plate was like a full foot long and delish - the birria tacos were phenomenal and came with a legit BOWL of consume. The place was one of the cleanest restaurants I ever seen in my life!!! Wow wow wow!!!! Staff very nice , sweet and I don't even know what other words to come with just amazing!!! The only thing is wrong with this place is really the location because this restaurant should be somewhere in Summerlin, The Strip etc but please don't let that stop you from trying this place out, I promise you won't regret it!!! I wish I could've eat more at once lol cause literally everything on the menu looked good. I had the lamb with rice and beans, a guacamole as appetizers and the lamb broth on the side. Very disappointed. Waiter did not speak any English knowing I spoke no Spanish. Margaritas the worse I have ever had. We paid cash and asked for change with a $20 and he brought the change for the bill in .25c and 2 $10 bills. Asked him to break down the $10 for tip money said he has no change. Brought some family members from out of state here. They loved it! It was clean, ambience was friendly and felt homey. The music was a little loud, but then again it was also busy, so we had to kind of speak loud to hear each other. Food was very delicious, savory and portions were decent. I ordered the meatballs soup HORRIBLE the soup tasted like shrimp soup, the meatballs didn't look like meatballs they were black, I let my friends try them.. NASTY so I went ahead and ordered a plate of carne asada, it looked good but, the beans had no flavor, the meat was paled and it didn't have any flavor either. My friend ordered pozole, when they brought the plate it had no color and it was supposed to be "red" cause they have red and green. She didn't like it either, maybe it was the cook person but, yeah very much disappointed, the only good things were the margaritas. WILL NOT RETURN NOR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. read more
