Burritos Guisos de el Canelo food truck is delicious. Never a disappointment. Flavor of their ranchero burritos reminds me of my childhood. My favorite little spot.

The Ceviche de Camaron amazing! The mix molcajete !! Full of flavor in there house made sauce

Amazing food!!! Flavor beyond words! The environment was top tier ! The service hands down!!!! The best! I felt right at home and the welcomed ! I'll definitely come back! Anyone in the area stop on by!

    Broken plate

I never actually ate inside until today so we were excited to actually sit down and eat. Usually we get tacos from their truck outside which are always pretty good which explains why we don't mind the drive. I was pretty bummed that we came here for the birria tacos and the waiter said they only had goat (we don't eat goat). The food was not good. The best part was the oysters and the beer my husband ordered everything that wasn't cooked. I did like the horchata. Service could have been better they weren't even busy and it took forever to get them to come by or even bring the food. The price for the asada fries is ridiculous considering the serving size (go to Roberto's it's better and price is better too) ... for the price I would think the plates would at least be upgraded when broken.

Aguachiles were so warm not good at all

I almost feel bad for giving this place 2 stars but the food here was not good at all. I like to look for places off the strip when I visit Vegas and found this spot first on tiktok then on Google. The portions were so small I was shocked when I got my plate because all there pics I saw of their food show such large portions. But ok not a big deal if at least the food was the right temperature. I got the breakfast machaca and I'm guessing it was left over from the day before because it all just tasted microwaved and my husband got the aguachiles and they were so warm I almost felt like throwing up. I will say the service was ok the staff was really friendly that's why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 although we never got refills for anything lol. It could've been that I just came on a bad day but I definitely won't come a second time to test the theory.

First time trying this place out will come back for sure the food was really good and the customer service was the best from the greeter to the waitress A1!! Tried ceviche de camaron it was so good the flavor was on point also had empanadas de camaron they were also great they had great music playing with tv screens all over playing music videos as well good for a chill night out not too much just perfect to get some drinks and relax .

Amazing food! This is not my first time visiting this establishment but it is my first time writing a review. Went to El Canelo after work to unwind. We were say immediately and our host Gustavo was very friendly and attentive. Our drinks came fast and the food that we ordered made fresh and hot. The place had Mariachi singers that went to each table to sing to patrons. I ordered the MolCajete and it was so divine. The tortilla that they serve is home made and they serve a lot of it, so no need to order another set and get charged extra like some other places that I have gone to. The place is clean and is buzzing with energy and of course, the voices of the Mariachi men who are serenading patrons. It was a good kind of loud. The service was fast and efficient. Come by and visit, they will not disappoint. Cheers!

    Over priced

Food was cold and over priced the plate the ordered was $30 and it only had 10 shrimps, they never came to ask us if we were good or needed anything else and I had to wait 15 mins or more so they could bring us the bill.

    Tostada Mixta

First time, walked in and the sign said to wait to be seated. Well a person even left because no one really acknowledged you. After a person walked in and told the waitress we were waiting she sat us. Her service was good she even gave suggestions since she realized we were new to the place. Food was not bad, both la torre and the tostada mixta were from the same mix of marisco which is fine. The agua fresca of cucumber was really good. Oh and my daughter loved the cheeseburger

    Mixto Molcajete

The Mixto Molcajete is amazing! Beef, Chicken & different style shrimps with Nopales and grilled onions and queso fresco. The service was also good & attentive. When our family visits Vegas, it's a must!

It's decent traditional Mexican food if you're in a pinch, but nothing to write home about or put on the grid. ‍

Cin-Cin Brewhouse has to be one of my favorite places in Las Vegas whenever I visit…read more The happy hour Kumamoto oysters from 2pm-6pm is the best deal ever. The Red wine mignonette with the Anchovy chili lime sauce and Habanero sauce combination has to be the perfect trio. (Hidden technique, add a bit of wasabi onto the oyster!) (discovered by my sister) The service was a tad slow at first and other people's orders came out before ours even though we sat first. A few orders were forgotten but I am giving Cin-Cin a 5-star review solely because of Chef V. Chef V approached our table and offered to take our order after noticing our table was the only empty table in the dining room. He greeted us professionally and took our order after we waited for 20 minutes and he did a fantastic job. His hospitality is great and he took accountability for the service being slow, and that is what a restaurant should strive for when it comes to their staff. Ana (Anna)? Also provided fantastic service and kept watch of our table to make sure that we got everything that we needed. I would recommend her as your server if you want a pleasant experience where your server cares about your time at the restaurant. The ambiance is cool! If you ever come dine here, sit at the bar and watch the chefs shuck the oysters! It's definitely relaxing and 100% worth the money. Thank you so much Chef V for recovering our experience. I always talk about how great this place is, and although today ALMOST changed my mind, Chef V saved it. Can't wait to visit again! P.S. : To our server whose name starts with a V, I would highly recommend you work on your level of service and hospitality. 1. When you first greet your table, it's great if you would introduce yourself and ask if it's the customers' first time dining with the restaurant. 2. Please bring your table waters after they order their first appetizers or entrees or ask if the table would like waters to start off. We didn't receive our waters til the end of our meal when we asked. 3. Please ask if your customer is finished with their beverages before you take them away. (I still had beer in my bottle). 4. When your guests order appetizers, I would recommend to ask them if they would also like to order their entrees instead of saying "I'll start you off with your appetizers" or Try to finish our sentences for us when we weren't done ordering. (We had to wait an extra 25 minutes just to have Chef V come take our entree orders for us....) 5. Your prebussing capabilities were great. But I feel like you were trying to rotate your tables too quick when the restaurant wasn't busy and there wasn't a waitlist. If there are no customers waiting to be sat, please allow your guests to enjoy their time dining in by being patient. 6. When I asked you about what type of oysters you had available for happy hour, you told me the quantity instead of the region / type of oyster.

From outside, it looks like an auto shop/warehouse building but once you go inside, it's a fun restaurant with a nice bar with TVs to watch sports. The service was wonderful. Everyone was very nice and caring. They really took care of my gf and I when we sat at the bar. We got 12 oysters with anchovy chili lime. It was incredible. After, we got the crispy rice and a few handrolls (spicy tuna, shrimp tempura). I highly recommend asking for their spicy habanero sauce. It's actually spicy! (Which I love). I can see myself being a regular here. A nice place to stop by for happy hour for some drinks, oysters and a great time.

The menu is pretty straightforward: tacos, ceviche tostadas, soups, chef specials, cocktails, and a kids menu. Since it was the hottest day we've had so far this year, I wasn't in the mood for anything fried or super heavy, so I went with the ceviche sampler trio. It came with the Tsunami Tostada (shrimp, scallops, sashimi style fish, cooked octopus), the Wipeout (shrimp, octopus, bay scallops, pico in a cocktail style mix), and a more traditional fish ceviche with lime, pico, cucumbers, carrots, and avocado. Everything came out fresh and cold which was perfect for the weather. Each ceviche definitely had its own flavor. Nothing was overly spicy or too acidic. The Wipeout had a little more heat, but I think I got a bite of fresh jalapeño. The only thing I wasn't huge on was the bay scallops. They tasted a little fishier than I personally like and the texture can be a little different, so if you're picky with textures you may want to avoid that one. Kids got the bean and cheese burrito which actually tasted homemade and fresh, not canned beans at all. Good portion size for a kids meal too. The little one had chicken tenders and fries and was happy. We also ordered the fish and chips which came with a ton of fries and 3 smaller pieces of fried fish. I just wish it came with a little cabbage slaw, lime, or some type of creamy sauce instead of only ketchup, because I think that would've made the plate better overall. Customer service started off great, but the ending left a bad taste in my mouth. We were charged an automatic 18% gratuity for having 5+ people even though we were split between two tables because there wasn't room for all of us together. Nobody mentioned the gratuity, didn't show us the receipt, and just handed over the card machine. We ended up tipping on top of the automatic gratuity without realizing until later which was frustrating. Overall, the seafood tasted fresh and the portions were decent, but prices are definitely on the higher side for individual items. Between that and the gratuity situation, I'm not sure it's somewhere I'd rush back to.

We had reservations, noted that we were celebrating the kids last day of school, no comments made by the staff to them. No big deal. Sat for 10 minutes before anyone came over to offer water. When we ordered I repeated 3 times, clearly and simple how my daughters meal should be "no cheese, no toppings, no bun, just meat" It came out wrong. I let the guy know who brought it, he took it back to correct it, when it came back out Pedro said "I didn't know you didn't want it on buns". No apology or accountability, ok. It was busy but not packed, other tables seemed to be getting the normal service I'm used to here. Service to our table was slow, my mom was never offered another drink. After our meal I asked Pedro to pack the two slices of pie to go. 15 minutes later he comes back and says "here's your desserts". I asked where the kids sundaes were and he said in the bag, I told him we wanted to eat those there, he said sorry and left. Instead of offering to make the sundaes for us to enjoy we pulled them out of the bag to eat at the table and realized they don't give you ice cream to go.. so we had to ask for that and Pedro still didn't think it would've made sense to have them made properly. He had multiple opportunities to turn our frowns upside down but instead looked irritated to serve us.
