I reeeeeally want to give them another star.... but the floppy crust (while very tasty) was decorated SO meagerly that a fourth of the pizza had the barest smear of sauce and no toppings. Seriously. We could tell from the weight of the box compared to a large 2- topping pizza from Papa Johns or Frankie's. Half the weight. We tried a custom 3 topping and the prosciutto tasted wonderfully sweet and salty. I understand when a Margarita pizza has patches of cheese, but that's not ok on a regular pizza at this price point. The big slices of mushrooms were sparce. In short, the flavors were there but not the quantity. I expect more for a $25 large pizza. The outdoor seating along the Cedar River is fantastic and the overflow parking at the car repair place is handy on a weekend night. Hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and that's saying A LOT coming from me! I drove all the back here from Burien for my second visit, that's how good it is, especially with that delicious wood fired smell, taste, and texture. Super fresh quality dough and ingredients. Amazing outside grassy seating area with lights, heaters etc. Bonus there's an awesome walking/biking trail and river bank area to explore right behind it. What really gives this place 5 stars though is the staff and customer service. Lilly who took my order both times is one of the nicest, sweetest, and most down to earth person I've met in a long time. My order was slightly complicated and she handled it with grace and happiness. The manager also gave me a FREE small pizza because he simply wanted me to try it with their spicy BBQ sauce, how amazing is that?! This is definitely my new #1 pizza spot, just too bad I'm far away. read more

I really liked this place when it was the Testy Chef. And then it was sold, and became something called Seven, and that was the end of that for me. Lo and behold, Cascadia has now taken over the old Testy Chef building in Maple Valley, and turned it into a very pretty outdoor/indoor/to go pizza restaurant. I've been driving to Enumclaw for my pizza fix, because Cascadia Pizza is the tastiest pizza I've eaten since moving to Washington. Wood-fired, awesome toppings like apples, bacon and gorgonzola, and there is something about their crust that is just perfect. Their Enumclaw location is a converted gas station and not big on ambiance, but the pizza is so good and the staff so friendly it's worth the drive. This location though, right on the Cedar River, is lovely. A cold beer, a wood-fired pizza, and a view of the river, with staff as pleasant as those running the Enumclaw location, it's just about perfect on a warm summer afternoon. I wished I had a photo of my pizza. We ordered by the window and picked up the most expensive pizza around. It's not your mamma's for sure. One bite and it will transcend you to another place. The crust is crispy and the most freshest toppings will give your mouth a sensation. I've passed this place many times but stopped on a whim. This was worth every red cent. Had higher expectations for this place...looks like a spot that would have a good vibe...it's also by the river, so I could imagine it would have a good feel on a nice day if sitting outside with the river gurgling along and a bicycle trail within walking distance...we only ordered pickup at night...so none of that "outdoor ambiance" for us, but I did take a walk over to the bike trail and a couple of (dark-ish) photos of the bridge over the river... Back to the food...while the pizzas and their names and descriptions sounded appetizing, the pizza seemed very mediocre...also, some of the flavors in the menu descriptions really didn't come through at all, as we expected...perhaps I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up too high...even the wood fire for the pizza ovens smelled good outside...but honestly, all that coupled with the prices (not ridiculous, but not inexpensive enough for us to consider this a regular "go-to")...just don't make the cut...I feel like this could be so much more, especially with what I feel is a very unique location...if you do go, hopefully your experience is better than the end result for us...wish I could say more good things...and, again, was excited to supporta local, non-major chain business... read more

Love this place! We eat a lot of pizza and, specifically, woodfired/Neapolitan style pizza, and there are only a couple of pizzas that leave a positive and lasting impression on us. Cascadia is at the top of that list. The ingredients are fresh and the crust and sauce are perfect. We typically get the Margherita because we like to let the simplicity of the quality ingredients shine - sometimes we'll go crazy and get the Cascadia Margherita LOL. Next time we've promised ourselves that we'll try their wings and a dessert pizza! It's not just the pizza that's special here; The location is fantastic! It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's super cute and has cozy covered seating areas along with a spacious lawn that's great when the weather is nice. It's right on the Cedar River which adds just another awesome layer to the experience. The Cedar River Trail runs right behind the restaurant so you could totally make a day of it. And to top it all off, they allow pups! It was a favorite place of our recently departed little guy, Oliver. We've also eaten at the Enumclaw & North Bend locations. Looking forward to future visits with friends and their pups. Cascadia Pizza is the best!! Keep adding new locations please! read more

Cascadia pizza company make amazing pizza, I stop in at least once a week to grab a pie and tasty beverage after work. The pies are wood fired with thin crust and loads of toppings. So glad we finally went here. Great fresh thin crust pizza and the best wings without a long wait time. Ask for the naked wings because the flavor is light and delicious. The location of this establishment is phenomenal. Being right near a trail and river makes this eating experience quaint and fun. The staff are friendly, but do come in expecting longer wait times. Alright... talk about one of the best surprises of my life. Saw this on small shop on the side of the road and would have never guessed that not only did they have a good pizza but the atmosphere of being on the water was a win beyond what I could imagine. We just moved to the area and one of my top priorities is always to find a great pizza place (obviously). We tried one other place before this one, but Cascadia is clearly the winner. I'm so so thrilled that they are only about a 15 minute drive from our house because it will be a FREQUENT stop for our family. We had several pies we wanted so opted for the small size so we could try as many as possible. Now that we've gone several times I can say all of them have been delicious! The toppings are fresh and flavorful, the cheese is amazing, and the dough is the perfect texture. We also tried the wings and my husband said they're the best he's had in years. Next on the list of menu items I want to try is the apple pie! Beyond the great pizza and wings, all employees we've had an interaction with have been extremely kind and helpful. Cashier is not very friendly. Seemed annoyed with questions and dismissive when I asked about the price discrepancy. Small Lombardi listed price at $11 but charged $13. Two dollars is not a significant amount but charging more than advertised knowingly and brushing it off the way she did felt wrong. Once I notified them that I was going to review them they offered to reimbursed me the pizza charge. I think they completely missed the point. All I wanted them to do is to acknowledge the extra $2 charge, charge me the $11 as listed. On principal I won't be returning here. -Charges above advertised price. -Pizza is ok. I asked for input on this from hubby. We LOVE this pizza and it's delicious and convenient. However We've now ordered pizza probably ten times. Maybe more. Probably five times the crust was visually cooked but when you picked up the Pizza it wouldn't hold itself up If that makes sense. It felt undercooked When we've asked it to be cooked extra it's a hit and miss. We live a two minute drive and it's still soggy. Ugh The owner has given us a free pizza in the past so I know he is responsive - just maybe they don't know how frequently it happens.
