Great company highly recommend them. They were fast did everything in a timely manner always took calls.

I just moved into a new condo 2 weeks ago. CASE Restoration is here doing construction work. The other day I walked outside and realized my car wasn't where I parked it. It had been moved 10 parking spots down and had yellow scratches on the front bumper. Bob Armstrong, Site Supervisor, left his card on my window. I noticed a CASE truck sitting idle, taking up 3 parking spaces, with a man in it so I asked him if he moved my car he said yes, and that it shouldn't have been in their way. There were no signs or anything else saying I couldn't park in that spot. He told me Cason Hayes was his boss and to call and talk to him. When I called CASE, Dalia Chadwick, Operations Manager, answered. I explained to her what happened and she denied that her employee moved or damaged my car although Bob is on video saying he moved my car. Dalia wouldn't let me speak with a supervisor but allowed me to leave a message. I spoke with Bob a 2nd time in the parking lot about the damages to my vehicle and asked why his supervisor hasn't returned my call and he denied fault and brushed me off. An older white female resident then approached us and said she was going to get her gun for me. She then proceeded to go to the trunk of her car. I had 5 of my nieces with me, ages 4, 4, 5, 5, and 8, they were terrified. Bob seemed happy that the woman threatened me with a gun. We then left to go to the store and bank. When we came back, an hour or so later, my front door was open and there were 2 men who work for CASE Restoration inside of my home. Once again, my nieces were terrified and I was furious. I immediately called the police and contacted my Realator. I told my Relator what I experienced and that 1 hour after I spoke with Bob about the damage to my car he sent 2 men into my home without my knowledge. The realator was shocked. She told me that if a CASE employee needed to access to my unit for some reason, they are supposed to contact her and she would notify me. Bob nor anyone else employed by Case contacted my Realtor to get access to the unit. I believe Bob sent those 2 men into my house in an attempt to intimidate me further. I called CASE Restoration back when no one returned my call and Dalia hung up in my face each time. I called back, back to back, and each time she hung up in my face. I even called and left a voice mail. No one ever responded. After days of trying to resolve this issue I went to their location on Polk Ave. When Dalia realized I was the woman who called attempting to speak with a supervisor to resolve the matter she said, "We didn't move your car, we didn't damage your car, and I'm not filling out the form that has to be submitted to the state." She also did not care that there was 2 CASE employees in my home without my consent or knowledge. She then proceeded to put me out of their office. She told me she would not be providing me with their insurance info to cover the damages and I could do whatever I wanted to do. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life, and especially not by a business. The fact that they moved my car, damaged it, sent 2 men in my home without my knowledge, and then told me they weren't going to do anything to resolve these issues, while attempting to intimidate and harass a tenant is enough for this business to be shut down. With business practices like this, none of us are safe. I live here, they work here, yet they have made my home uncomfortable, unsafe, and caused property damage that they refuse to cover. I'm a very patient person and give people a lot of second chances, but this company just can't get it together. Worst communication I've ever seen in my life! I feel like a babysitter and project manager. If anyone by the name of Tom comes to your house you better run. -5 stars. This company should just throw in the towel! It's been 2 months already with this project of a new floor, little drywall repair and a cabinet to be replaced. I've been living in dust for a little over a week waiting for someone to come clean it like they promised. The worst. I've owned 5 personal homes and multiple rental properties in my lifetime. I've never had a worse experience with any contractor. Turned into a multi-year nightmare. I have had my own companies for most of my working career and have been involved in countless insurance claims. This company wins the prize; THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.We never requested their service and never authorized them to do any work for us. Their representative showed up in response to a claim we made, with USAA, involving a leaky roof. He was on site for about 15 minutes, replaced a shingle and left. A day or so later I received a call from Case informing me that they were sending someone over to my house, that I need to sign an authorization and that it was urgent. I told them that I wanted them to Email the document for review before sending someone over. They agreed but did not follow through. Several months later I got the same call; you need to sign, urgent, etc. Again, I requested the document and again they did not follow-up. I couple months later I get an Email with a statement attached saying that I owed them $953.14 and that it was 60-90 days overdue. I had suspected all along that the urgency and lack of explanation was an attempt to hide an inflated invoice; and as I expected, the charge was ridiculous. When I finally received the invoice, I called USSA to complain about Case's poor communications, poor follow-up, ridiculous charge, etc. USSA informed me that they had sent a check to Case months before in the amount Case was trying to collect from me. It was a two-party check that both Case and I, as the policy holder, needed to endorse. It would have made sense for them to tell have told me that from the beginning. Maybe they didn't want me to see the inflated bogus amount of their charge to USSA. I can understand, I would have been embarrassed as well. So instead they send us a bill for something covered by insurance and ask us to "please remit payment at your earliest convenience". Again, this is the worst insurance related experience I have ever had. I asked USAA to make a note on our account that, should we ever have another claim that required to kind of services Case provides, DO NOT SENT CASE. I would suggest you do the same. read more

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. We were referred to them by our insurance carrier after a water loss to repair drywall and paint. They estimated and scheduled our job. The repairs would take two days. On our scheduled date, the estimator arrived with one guy. He told us that the crew scheduled to do our work did not show up, but he found someone else to get it started. He left the guy in my bathroom to begin patching the drywall. The worker spent an hour in my bathroom talking on the phone. Then came out and announced that Case was not paying him enough money to do the repair and he was going home. I called the estimator and he said he would get someone else out- no call back and no one showed up. Today my husband called them and they said that they could not find anyone to do the work. They also said that the guy that they left in our bathroom did not actually work for them. What?!? Terrible business. They came in with a great salesman and sold the job over other reputable companies. They swooped in tore my house apart and set their machines everywhere and let them run for days. They got their big demolition check from the insurance company but when it came time to put the house back together they won't return my calls and for over a month I have been living in hell and had to get someone else to come finish the job and it's going to cost me more due to the damage done to my stuff that's going back in due to carelessness.
