My experience with Casey was fine until it was time to unload at my new house. At that time, Casey said I had to pay an additional $2,000 above the estimate. The reason I had to pay more was that one of Casey's employees quit on the day of my move, and the job took them longer than expected because they had one less person working. I thought that wasn't a good reason to charge me more, but there was no room for negotiation. Casey said my choices were to pay the extra $2,000 or they would drive the truck away without unloading. Casey held me hostage--they had literally everything I owned in the truck--so I had no choice to pay. Afterwards I tried complaining many times, but I had no luck. Casey wouldn't return my calls. I put the $2,000 on my Visa card and tried to contest the charges there, but Casey wouldn't return Visa's calls. I even complained to the state Attorney General's office, but they gave up after Casey wouldn't return their calls. If Casey won't respond to the credit card company, the attorney general, or to me--if they respond to this review, I'll remove it--I see no reason to believe they'll provide good service in the future. read more

Terrible Horrible Predatory Company. .. We own a waterfront condo in Hull Ma, that is currently for sale. We had an offer over the weekend. Terrible people. I paid $7,250 for a move from Boston to NC. I did all the packing. At 11PM the night before they were due to arrive, I got a call saying that they had issues all day and they weren't going to make it till the following day. Despite the lack of communication, I was pretty good about and at my own expense stayed an extra day in a hotel. When it came time for the movers to arrive it was a driver with a massive tractor trailer. He asked, "Do you have anyone to help with this?" I said, I hired you. He explained he was only a contractor driver and he couldn't get the big truck down my driveway. I called Casey movers to find out what was the plan. The lady on the phone said, "Well, what do you expect, that's what we use to haul inter-state". Again piss poor communication. So I ask, what do you have planned? She said a moving crew is on the way. They arrive 45 minutes later and say they need to take the truck somewhere else and move my stuff to a different truck and that this is going to cost me more money. I called Casey. Danielle tells me that I will need to rent the truck for the crew. I tell her that I'm not paying for anything extra that this is their responsibility. She tells me that's just how it's going to be. I tell her she is a shit communicator and she hangs up and no one at Casey answers their phones. I am going to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau Danielle so you can ignore me, you can do you. Moving is stressful enough. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. I had my belongings inventoried by the professional at the company and paid the agreed upon price. On moving day, they left many of the heaviest belongings and said I would have to pay extra to move them. The movers took many smoking breaks in the truck and the company then attempted to charge me overtime. They broke many of the fragile glass items, even though they were bubble wrapped and labeled "fragile". Also, some boxes of valuables never made it to my new house. Worst of all, when both my broker and I tried to speak with them we were both hung up on. I can't understand how they are in business. Avoid them at all costs. read more

NO BOXES??? The movers themselves were quite good. Kenny, Robert, and Isiah. Very kind and gracious and moved quickly throughout the day to get my mother's belongings from the old house to the new house. The problem was with the office. The gentleman who came out and did the estimate apparently decided that we didn't need any boxes. His estimate sheet even listed out the items! She had not moved in 45 years, so counted on him to do his job. there were mirrors, large paintings on the walls, about eight lamps including two floor lamps. And five large closets full of clothing. I don't understand how you can send Movers with no boxes to pack up an entire house. Fortunately we had packed most of the loose items in wine boxes and stored them in the garage or this would have been a disaster. But it was extremely stressful running around trying to pack in the few boxes we had left as well as using garbage bags as wardrobe bags for all of the clothing. I made the trip up from New York to help her, but she had to go back to the house twice after I left to pack up the remaining items for which we had NO boxes. Unacceptable. This caused unnecessary stress for us, as if moving isn't tough enough. We also heard that a woman in the office treated a friend of my mother quite poorly during her move in January, she was very abusive on the phone. When the customer asked to speak to the owner, the girl replied "this is a franchise we don't have owners". She deserves a smack. I've moved many times, and have never experienced movers coming unprepared like these did. I highly recommend Gentle Giant. The estimate was spot on, and they were very helpful, contacting me a few times before the move to ensure everything was OK. If I could rate the Movers separate from the office operation, it would've been a much better rating. But this was just a very rough experience, there are too many good moving companies out there to deal with this type of service. read more

Absolutely awful customer service. Buyer beware. Managers are no help. Guys take 15 min breaks, ever half an hour and smoke in your house and carry your stuff with a smoke In hand. Oh and let's take 39 min on parking the truck? Then charge you for an hour overage, holding your stuff hostage until you pay them for the overtime which wouldn't have occurred had they known how to park a truck, or read an estimate prepared by their own company. The drivers drove their truck into our fence so it works open. Our realtor recommended them and we for sure will be telling everyone we know to stay the hell away. What a horrible move. My two movers Jeff and Dan had very simple items to move. 3 dresses, 2 beds, and some smaller items like end tables and a rocking chair. This move was 2 towns over. Firstly, unprofessional is an understatement when describing the topic of small talk brought up by one of the individuals. Ranging from jail time, police entanglements, and domestic violence. All being just blurted out, in a one way conversation with my mother. Secondly, we were initially told by both the company and then the movers prior to arriving at our destination that all drawers were to be left in the dressers, and that's how it was to be moved and hence how I arranged my items. Upon arrival at our destination they immediately started removing all our drawers before informing us of their actions. On top of loosing the handles to two of out dressers they also stole 2 high valued pair of sunglasses. Both of which were with several other pairs but the only 2 taken were these. They of course left the empty boxes. Also missing was a brand new tshirt that was also name brand from my dresser. Upon informing the company they responded that their employees deny any wrong doing and there is nothing they can do to rectify the situation. I'm just out of luck. So basically this poor excuse of a company has felons that can and will just take your stuff and there is no recourse other than filing a police report, which I have. If star ratings could be in the negative, this company would be found there! We agreed upon a price to move me and my belongings 5 miles. On the day of the move, I am informed that the two movers were dispatched out of Rockland, instead of the local office ~ so I was being charged an additional 2 hours for travel time to and from my home. After it was all said and done, I was charged $340 on top of the agreed upon fee. I ended up sending the two movers on their way and put together the majority of my furniture myself!! When I called to the following Monday to speak with the owner, Mr. Casey, I was told that he does not speak to customers. The office manager did tell me that I shouldn't be surprised with an additional charge. Afterall, it is just an estimate and I should expect the actual bill to be higher than the estimate! He did promise to refund my credit card for one hour of travel time, however this credit has never been made. I am so happy that I chose Casey Movers to help me move to Rockland. I am originally from New York. I got a new job in this wonderful town and everything is going great in my life. My family loves it here, even my dog. The move went smoothly and all thanks to this friendly and helpful team. They arrived early in the morning and in no time they had my stuff all packed up safely in the truck; they didn't stop at all. Experienced two different work crews, one for loading and another for unloading due to different moving days as well as time of day. Both crews arrived within scheduled time frame. Some workers were more experienced than others but the experienced movers were assisting and teaching the others throughout the move well. Our items were handled with care, and we did not have any damages. there are a few key components to qualify a mover 1. prompt they arrived 2.5 hours late, no phone call 2. courteous & polite they were polite 3. qualified and competent They were able to move things but they did not secure things very well and so minor damage to some of the items - more on this later 4. deliver as promised Here they had a total failure - see below. ----------------------------------- They showed up 2.5 hours late. Started to unload our POD and move it 2 hours away. The contract was for 6 hours @ $150/hour. I was there to unload the POD - it took 45 minutes. They left promptly at 9:30, i told my wife on the other end to expect them at 11:30, and they showed up promptly at 11:30. When they arrived the entire time had now been on the clock for 3 hours (max) The unload time at the house was scheduled to be less than 1 hour and then pay the 2 hour return to the home base. However they confronted my wife when they arrived and told her that they would not be unloading unless she paid 100% upfront more than $1000. Bringing our total to more than $1500. My wife called and asked me what to do. In the meantime the movers told her that she was being charged while she decided what to do. They said that in a few minutes they would take the materials and move then to their warehouse and start charging a daily fee. The movers wanted to be paid for the time in the am when the truck did not start and they demanded we pay up front. Also when they left they made us sign a form that stated we would not cancel our check or refuse payment on the charge or additional charges would apply. In the end we paid them and they moved the items in - it took them 45 minutes. They were gone by 1pm - including the time negotiating for the unreal and unapproved charges. They are an unscrupulous lot, and they are not worth working with as they cannot be trusted. The move took Place in December and i waited to write a revew until i had time to calm down. I am writing this review because by the time the movers are at your door its too late. The contract they made us sign and the changes in the middle of the move to the price were all very unscrupulous. I'd really have second thoughts about using this firm. Although they told me they were a "family" business, and vetted their employees very carefully, the move supervisor stole over $6000 in jewelry from us. When I pressed charges, police investigations revealed that several of the Casey movers that showed up to move us that day had police records. 2 were prosecuted. Not really a reliable company. Also, trying to resolve this issue proved very unpleasant and time consuming. No "family member" ever contacted us. They also held our furniture hostage until they reluctantly agreed to reduce the cost of the move to compensate us for SOME of our loss. Unbelievable. I got a knock on my door from a young man claiming to have seen the for sale sign. I got a free box YEAH but I asked him if they had pods or pod like things and he actually had no idea what they were so I told hom we couldn't use them. I have gotten at least 6 calls from Casey movers. No matter who I tell not to call...we can't use them even if we wanted to, they still call. Stay far away. Moved less than 10 miles, and had them keep stuff in storage 3 days. Low quote, then price actually charged is substantially higher...then threatened to call police if I didn't pay them the overage charges on the spot either in cash, bank check, or with an incremental fee to use credit card. Bank check needed to be made out to an individuals name, not Casey Movers. Broke furniture, and never responded to claim form. TV stand broken during move, and two filled boxed completely soaked somehow. Another box never arrived. Workers arguing with each other and blaming things on the other crew of movers. Only 2 stars as the first crew we had move us out of old place seemed great, and were very friendly and helpful. Then a complete sheetshow for the move in, and payment process. From reading other reviews, definitely waited nearly a year before posting the negative review. Apparently there have been "intimidation tactics" taken on others who post negative reviews. They know where you live....With these guys, you really don't want that. *****Edit After Reading Response from Casey Movers: As noted in the review, I waited a year to write the review intentionally. There are other reviewers who noted "intimidation tactics" related to bad reviews. As others recommended, wait long enough to post a negative review; no one wants to explain to their children why that truck keeps driving by the house slowly. As for using the 15 days to submit a damage claim, I did submit a claim and never heard a word from Casey Movers. It would be great if your staff responded to claims as quickly as you respond to negative reviews. As for payment of bank check or money order, you tell the customer how much the Overage is above the estimate, in my case ~20%, after the move is complete, and banks are closed. You give a second option to pay by credit card....with an additional 5% fee. Customer has no option but to be further ripped off by your unprofessional moving company. As for a "small staff of drivers and movers", 3 people moved me out, and 2 different people moved me in. The 2 people who moved me in complained the whole day about only having 2 people, and every time an issue came up, they blamed it on the other crew. No feedback forms. You say they are paid well, but they complained to me about how little they were paid, and told me that if they didn't collect the Overage charges, the company policy was that they would need to eat the overage, and to call the police on the customer. You're a classy bunch. Since the company clearly has administrative staff to be able to monitor reviews, it makes it further unacceptable that there was never any response to my damage claim. I've held off on writing this review about my move in Oct, 2018 hoping that I would get some resolution to the significant damage done to some of my items during my move and/or while the items were in their storage -- but, Casey Movers continue to ignore many of my calls & emails and are clearly not willing to meet me half way in paying for some of the damage. Most significant was the mold on the box spring of my adjustable bed that was worth at least $2000 and the tears and crumpling of two large oil paintings that have been in my family for decades. The cost to repair both will be approx $1,000. The bed must have been sitting in water while in their storage for about 4 months -- that we paid dearly for. The paintings were triple wrapped in bubble wrap & blankets and packed in boxes specifically for such paintings and were clearly market "fragile". How in the world they sustained such damage is a mystery to me. The movers must have thrown them around and pushed other heavy/sharp objects up against them - repeatedly. Bottom line, if you value your belongings at all, DO NOT USE CASEY MOVERS! I wish I had read more of their reviews online and I wish I had gone with another mover whose price was higher but would have been well worth it given all the damage I sustained. Broken ceramic platters, legs broken off of two chests, scratches on another chest.. Not to mention that I received somebody else's box and Casey Movers told me they weren't able to get in touch with that person to see if they received one of mine. What?? I also wish I could have given this company zero stars. Not only did they show up late, they came unprepared to move an entire house. Two movers is not enough for a couch, two beds, multiple TVs, boxes, a pool table, 4 dressers and a nightstand. This is nothing against the movers themselves. They did a fantastic job with what they were given. It is now 8pm and we have been moving for almost 12 hours. We are only moving 30 minutes away. To sum it up-- loss of multiple sentimental items, damage in both houses, furniture and items broken. They lost my son's baby box! The office staff are rude and quite frankly, just plain stupid. I wish we could add photos because I took pictures of the damage after it occurred. It is so utterly ridiculous. How this company stays in business is beyond me. I hope it goes under. I moved 5 years ago and look at all the bad reviews they have received since then. They haven't changed all. How are they still in business? It's baffling. STAY AWAY - My experience was the exact same as Ariel M. and wished I had read through her review before signing a contract with them. I was also given an estimate from Dennis for $1,050 and I also confirmed by calling the office and was assured that the estimate would be honored and that they do a decent job and the numbers were "right on target". I was told that a large truck and (3) men would be on hand for the move as we had a piano and a treadmill that needed moving. When they arrived, only 2 men and a smaller truck. Was informed that the truck would not accommodate all our things and that the price that was quoted was "way off". If we were not up against a deadline, I would have called off the move and went with another company. The men were 1/2 hour late and did not start the job until well after I spoke to the main office with Danielle and negotiated an additional $450 to get the move going which started an hour AFTER our designated start time At the end of the day: 1) Washer and Dryer stackable was damaged in the move 2) Gave specific instructions on where the piano and treadmill was to be placed but the guys threw it in the basement instead. (Which caused me to hire another company to move it upstairs to the living space for an additional $350. 3) When it came to settling up the difference in the negotiated price, I was asked for an additional $700 instead of the $450 that was agreed which I refused (possible retaliation for leaving our items in the basement instead of the living space ???) 4) Called to complain and was told to document in an email which I did - received a letter from them through snail mail, "We cannot assist in your complaint of the placement of goods at the destination as the movers reported 20 minutes after arriving at the destination that you left them alone" which is inaccurate. Both my husband and I as well as the contractors were there the whole time except, 1) to pick up pizza to feed the crew (YES, I actually fed them as well !!) 2) the last 20 minutes when the only 2 pieces left to be moved were the piano and treadmill with VERY clear instruction on placement of the items. 3) They did not even address the damaged Washer and Dryer. 4) I had to use ANOTHER company for the remaining items that were left that they "could not fit into their truck" since they sent one of the smaller trucks. Customer service is non-existent. Left a few phone messages for S. Casey and had not heard back and wondered whether he even got them. read more

Hired them for packing, and the packing was atrocious. Eg. 4 pieces of paper for a box of toothpicks, half empty boxes with loads of packing paper folded up, mislabeled boxes, paid for garment boxes with 6 garments and miscellaneous items thrown in the bottom. Packers had the audacity to ask for a tip of $400. I finally got through my boxes, and I am missing a PlayStation and all of my Bose equipment. Unfortunately, I will have to file suit. I knew there was a problem with the packers while they were there, and management was defensive and less than responsive. Adding: additionally, many items were damaged. These items were mostly important family heirlooms. Much of the glass was broken as a result of being packed inappropriately. My desire was to give my business to a local company. The guys doing the move lacked experience to know how to lift a chest down the stairs without damage. They just tried to jam it down. As a result there were two holes in the wall, one hole in ceiling, stairs gauged, railing gauged. It was a mess, and the chest never got moved. In addition the bed frame was damaged, not sure how that happened The most disappointing part is Casey Movers would not take any responsibility. The movers worked hard. However a watercolor painting that was very important to me was lost during the move. It was quite large, 36 inches wide by 40 inches long. I believe it must've been left outside near the truck while they were inside and it was taken by a passerby. What happened to it? The moving company was insistent they couldn't have lost it. I am heartbroken to have lost a picture that was important for sentimental reasons. The company wasn't even apologetic. I can't recommend them because they did not deliver this item to me. I am totally baffled. Things should never be left unattended by the truck while the movers go back in to gather more items. Something like a picture would be easy for someone going by to take. I regret hiring them. Do NOT believe their estimate will be even close, or that you can rely on them to get everything moved in a day. Why come to the house and give the illusion the estimate is even close? Our house was 90% packed. Closets nearly empty. Boxes arranged neatly in the basement. You could clearly see what there was - couldn't have been easier to estimate! The estimate was $1400. Yes, an ESTIMATE, but it cost more than twice that. The guys arrived and the truck was obviously WAY too small. The lead-guy said it would be at least $2k and 2 trips. We were moving an hour away, there was no time for 2 trips with one truck. Plus we'd have to pay for the extra round-trip. After much complaining, they got another truck and 2 more guys. But one was in SANDALS and had had BACK SURGERY! He could barely lift anything! Literally spent half the time chatting. They reduced rate for him, still not worth it. They filled the 2nd truck but STILL couldn't fit everything! Got them to rearrange stuff in trucks, and we stuffed our 2 vehicles to get everything out of the house (good thing we own a pickup truck). My husband and I ended up moving many boxes ourselves to get the trucks unpacked. Without our efforts, the final bill would have been higher. I forget what time the trucks left, but very late afternoon. There would have been no time to have gotten it done with the 1 truck and multiple trips. To be fair - other than the back-surgery guy, the moving guys were good. Very strong and polite and they didn't damage our furniture. They weren't very smart about how to arrange things in the trucks to get them to fit though. read more

Be very leery of quotes you receive from Casey Movers. The quote does not clearly specify that you are responsible for travel time to and from their facility; Also be sure to note in the contract that additional hours are at $100 per hour for EACH person! They charged me an additional $400 for 4.5 hours of travel time - because they said it took their two guys 2 hours to travel to Duxbury from their facility in Rockland (It's a 15 min. drive) and 2.5 hours back to Rockland after the move was completed. They said it was due to weather, which I have a hard time believing but no way to prove it. My final bill was nearly 2x what I was quoted even though the actual time to move was within the allocated quote time of 5 hours. Such expensive details are in the small print that was emailed to me after I had secured the move with a 250.00 deposit. I feel their method of communication is deceiving and is used as a way to bill their clients for more money. BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT USE I used Casey Movers of Rockland for a move on the South Shore. I figured a small business, family owned local company...great they rely on reputation so it will go smooth....total RIP OFF. So many items were damaged. The crew charged for additional hours they didn't work as well as took a ton of breaks...on my dime of $150 per hour. Our brand new treadmill was broken and placed to look fine so that when we used it, it fell apart. It came from a basement with double doors to another basement, my nephew could have handled it better. When I addressed the issue, I had to practically harass the office staff and sales rep Matt Overstreet for an answer to which I was eventually told they could not reimburse as I was outside the 15 day window. Well maybe if the movers were honest or it wasn't placed like it was not broken we would have known immediately. This company is a total sham and I have reported them to the better business bureau because honestly people they will take your money, rip you off and damage your items. You pay movers to relieve yourself of additional stress and this was the exact opposite. They don't even deserve a 1 star. Where do I begin, it starts off with Casey Movers representative James, came to our house and gave us a quote for our move. The quote was a move from our current location to storage and some things to be brought to my in-laws. Second move to our new house when we found one. The quote was for 1800 dollars for our moves. The day of our first move the bill was over 1800 double what was quoted. Matt, sales manage for Casey Movers stated we had only two options either pick up the stuff out of storage ourselves or have them do it and pay the price. We had no choice but to use this company because they had our stuff in storage. The day of the move into our new house was a nightmare. The agreement was to go to my in-laws house first to retrieve the items, crib and bureaus, that they had delivered on first move to this location. But there truck was full and were supposed to go after they were done unloading truck. This never happened. I had to give them a certified check for the total amount before they would unload the truck. George one of the movers was a complete jerk and was yelling at my mother-in-law and husband the other movers were perfectly nice. When they were done unloading the truck they said they were going to go to my in-laws to pick up the items. Instead they took off. They left they didn't get the stuff, mind you we have an 11 month old baby and they knew this.They left our bed, our bureau, our dining room set unassembled. They left part of our sectional couch outside. We started unpacking our stuff we had tons of dishes broken, we were missing things, and we have rips on our couches. The day of th move they gave us a chair that wasn't even ours. We tried to cancel the certified check but because it's certified we can't unless it was lost or stolen. I'm aggravated, as one of Casey's trucks came down our cul de sac--took out a huge tree limb from our tree, and tore up my neighbor's lawn and the lawn on the cul de sac circle. The driver and his assistant ignored me, and when I addressed the assistant he gave me a very rude response. That's enough to tell me they stink. An apology, at the very least, would have gone a long way. I feel certain they would not appreciate any damage done to their property, and they have no business damaging the property of others. read more

Avoid this company. If we could give them a 0, we would. They are quick to provide a quote, but when damage occurs or items are "lost" in storage, then Casey Movers' staff ... Danielle, Melissa, Matthew etc do not respond to emails, faxes or phone calls. They will state the person you need to speak with is "out". Where the truth lies, is a vast unknown. The 0.60 per lb to cover damage is worthless, Frank, one of their movers called it "crap"..... Jen and other staff members state they will fix damage. Do not believe this! When asked for the inventory list from storage, Casey Movers claimed it was "misplaced". How very convenient! No one in the organization takes responsibility for ANYTHING. Buyer beware. If it looks and smells like a skunk, then it is a skunk. George and Mark of Casey Movers moved me to Cape Cod this week. I had been packing for 19 days and was exhausted and dreading moving day. They made it a joy. I have moved over a dozen times and I have never had movers that were so careful, fast, professional, and friendly. They moved all my clothes and there wasn't even one wrinkle. They disassembled and assembled my bed with lightning speed. The price was very affordable as they worked very fast unlike other movers I have had in the past. Their initial quote bore very little relationship to the actual charges even though there was nothing different about the actual move from the quoted move. They also promised me a full accounting of the revised much higher prices. A promise they never fulfilled. The workers were fine although they did stiff arm us about tipping them. I cannot recommend using them. read more

I wish I had seen the below before I booked these scam artists. I just spent $935 more than my original quote. You have one big scam. Cindy the estimator sets you up, Matthew O. offers no help, and Steve Casey only exists to cash your check Hey....when you book 2 guys at a certain price and 3 show up, and your quoted rate is not good anymore you have no choice cause the closing is tomorrow....let Casey Movers scam you out of your money. Casey Movers will try to call you the day before to say they made an "error", but by then it too late to book other moving companies who had the same quote. Even if I had been called in advance, it would not have made me feel any better about the bait and switch that took place. read more

These people are beyond incompetent. F- no stars They should be called Casey Wrecking and Salvage We also moved from Massachusetts to North Carolina. When there was a problem with the truck one of the employees shouted at me that she didn't know why I wanted them to do an interstate move for me since they don't do them. if only the sales person had told me that BEFORE they took my deposit. They also hired unknowns to unload our truck, but at least the local people were honest and held to their commitments. Casey's movers not only didn't wrap everything in blankets, they also did not tie things down in the truck! When the trailer was loaded, everything was in the front 1/4 of the trailer. When they showed up, it was all against the back door of the trailer. A lot of it just fell over onto the other stuff. We packed our own boxes and nothing we packed was broken except for a box of wine glasses that arrived with a bureau through it. Almost everything they packed arrived damaged, smashed, or broken--that means all of our furniture. The doors on cupboards and dressers were broken off and the tops gouged. We had a glass tabletop that was not only broken; the glass was folded up in the blanket in a corner of the trailer. We guessed they broke that one before they left. Arms broken off chairs and legs beyond repair. If you are still reading, there's a second bite from the apple: they make you wait for months to give you a credit, pay you about a third of what the Federal Law says they have to pay (30 cents a pound) and act like you are the problem. They insist that you have a cashier's check waiting for them when they arrive. If you don't hand it to the driver, they won't open the door, so you cannot even see if any damage occurred before you given them your money. read more

I don't even know where to start. We had an walkthrough to get an estimate, and we showed him everything in the move including a piano. When the movers got there, they almost immediately said there was no way they could do it for that amount, and ended up charging us almost double the estimate. They provided three guys to move a 4800 sq foot house, and they could not figure out how to move the piano! Let me restate, they knew about the piano at the time of the estimate, months before the move. They finally got it done, but the house was not completely cleared, and my wife and I had to go back and work all night to clear it out ourselves (the closing was the next day). Plus they did a lot of noob mistakes - not packing power cables with electronics/TV's etc, screws with dismantled furniture pieces, etc. The moving guys were nice, but you could tell they were frustrated as well, as not enough resources were allocated by Casey. It turned into an 18 hour debacle for a short distance local move. We have had to move quite a few times over the past decade, and it was never this bad, not even close. We gave these guys a try because the sales person was really aggressive and insisted they would do a great job. I really wish we would have checked this site and other review sites first - bad mistake not doing due diligence. This is the worst moving company I have ever worked with, in 40 years of moving around the country. read more
