The Wife's 2007 Toyota Highlander Sport turned over 1006,000 miles and was still going strong. Since we've had it we have put tires as necessary on it, replace the battery, timing belt, water pump and alternator. We have driven all over the United States. We have defiantly enjoyed this car. My Wife has always been a Toyota fan since we first owned a Tercel in the 80's. After many miles, I had restored, painted and gave to my Son for College in Fl. The secret to Toyota's longevity is preventative maintenance. We kept up on all the recommended maintenance by the Dealers. I decided after 30 years of her driving demos it was time for her to enjoy luxury, so I surprised her with a new one. I went to Casey Toyoto, in Williamsburg, one for a Toyota, two the Warranty and their excellent service package. I was greeted but Mr. Badrara Sow on the lot. What a pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful man he was. He did not try to pressure me, but work diligently with me to find the perfect car for her. Even though the color was right, the style was not. We returned and she and Mr Sow found the one she loves. Everyone we dealt with from Mr. Sow, the Salesman, Mr. David Lowery, who explained all the ends and outs of all the technical operational parts inside, Mr. Mark Turner, the financial presentative, were beyond reproach. We felt that we were the most important person to them. The General Sales Manager, Mark Shebelski, even came out and introduced himself to us. The entire staff from the outside lot ,front door receptionist (sorry, I didn't get name), and all business personnel we were in contact were professionals. I would highly recommend all these people mentioned to anyone visiting this Dealership. I might add their lounge, lobby and especially the rest room were emaculate. Update: I was contacted and management researched the issue. We were able to move past the initial speed bump and service thereafter was top notch. I ended up buying a vehicle from the dealership because they owned the issue and jumped on it. Mark and Chad were in contact with me throughout the process and we came to a deal in a short period. Based on my secondary contact I would recommend Casey to friends. Customer service was nonexistent. I went in to look at a Tacoma on Saturday . Parked my Jeep, walked over to the row of trucks , and was actively browsing to determine which one would best suit my needs. I could see several sales people chatting away and was never approached. I took pics of the one I liked and sent them to my wife to get her opinion. Still nothing in the form of a sales person.... After about 15 minutes, I realized I was not going to get help. Yes, I could have gone and sought out a sales person (not my responsibility). Here is the kicker. As I am walking back to my truck, I look through the window and the sales people are now sitting around (no customers). I guess it was too warm for them outside or because I was dressed for a Lowe's run they did not think I was a serious buyer. I sent an email directly to Casey describing the situation and was told I would be contacted by a manager. This happened Saturday and it is lunch time Monday.... still no contact. read more

I had an appointment to get my tires replaced, oil change and state inspection. After three hours, I called them to inquire about my car. Brandon then told me they didn't have the the tires in stock. He was sorry. I asked to be transferred to a service manager, and Brandon hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Stephanie, and asked to speak to a manager. She told me that they were on vacation. I then asked to speak with Miles Casey and was told that no he couldn't help. Stephanie then transferred me back to Brandon, who then couldn't tell me what was going on with the car and then hung up with no good bye. I bought my car from Casey Toyota, and that will be the last thing I spend there. read more

I have used Casey Toyota for several different reasons. First-. My Tacoma had a recall for the frame rusting. The recall was to apply an undercoating to prevent major rusting. I had missed the time frame to get this undercoating but the service manager, Lexis, told me mine was so bad that the frame needed to be replaced which would have been covered with the recall. She was amazing and contacted Toyota HQ herself sending pictures of my frame and after some back and forth the agreed to replace the frame. Casey had my truck just under two weeks to do the job and gave me a loaner the whole time. They kept me informed along the way. Overall a great experience. Second- My 4 wheel drive wasn't working so I took it back to see if the frame replacement could have been the issue. They had my truck for a couple of hours and engaged the 4 wheel drive manually then couldn't get it back out. They told me that they would have to replace both the front differential and the transfer case actuators and the quote was very expensive. I ended up going elsewhere for the repairs but it was a correct diagnosis and still quite expensive. No complaint. Third- I purchased a 2018 4runner from Casey after my good experience with the service department. I took the recommendation of Lexis to use Mark Kennedy as the sales rep. Mark was great. Very friendly and didn't pressure me in any way. He wasn't available when I first arrived so I decided to talk to finance first and test drive. I asked to see what interest rate they could get me and instead of doing that, they tried to give me "monthly payment options". I explained that's not what I was looking for. My "knowledge of the Toyota product" was also questioned during the buying process by a manager, which I found disrespectful. I did purchase through them, but financed elsewhere at a better interest rate. Overall I was fine with the buying experience. I wasn't exactly thrilled with the offers at the end for the extended warranties and extra protection options. As others have stated in previous reviews, it felt like I was being pressured it scared into purchasing them by talking about how much parts cost and how easy it is for things to break or become worn. I did not purchase any extras and have been informed by researching that the extras are usually a scam anyway. Overall-. Happy with the service I have received there. The employees are all generally friendly and informative, though some of the sales tactics are just that. Wasn't surprising. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE FOR A RECALL or PAINT JOBS!! We took our Toyota Tacoma Truck here to replace the frame as a result of the recall. The dealership performed the work along with other work including state inspection. We were gave a loaner for the duration of the repair work. We a returned the loaner and picked up the our truck. They did not charge us for the state inspection, how nice we thought (little did we know what the dealership was trying to hide). Upon inspection of our truck we realize that the dealership removed the bumper and (what it looked it) was dragged across the cement floor. The dealership DID NOT mention the damage nor was the dealership surprised when it was brought to their attention. The manager heard us return the truck did not even come over to apologize. As a result of the un-honest return, we further inspected the truck and found NUMEROUS other damages which included scratches to the bull bar and all over the truck. We had to call corporate because the dealership did not want to take responsibility nor did they want to correct their mistake. After numerous calls to corporate the dealership decided to fix the damages. The dealership painted the bumper and tailgate DID NOT FIX the dents created. For the scratches over the truck they touched it up; the touch up is worst then the scratches that were there before (see pictures attached). Micheal Bowen, the CRM, said our truck was better off then it was before it came in. He was correct in the fact the the frame is in better shape but the paint is HORRIBLE. When we asked about the crappy scratch repair by saying: "This is the quality of work that the dealership is going to put their name on?" Micheal replied "This is all we can do." He was rude and did not care about the needs of the customer nor did he have any desire to fix what the dealership messed up. I highly suggest to take your vehicle somewhere else for all recalls and do not take your vehicle here for touch ups or paint jobs. If you do by chance (if you no other options) take your vehicle to the Casey Dealership, document your vehicle's condition by having a walkthrough with a dealership personal and take pictures!! This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with. I picked up a new Venza in October and had a set time to pick up the car. The individual charged with the final paperwork would not even see me for over an hour and a half despite my appointment. Thanks to the intervention of the Sales Manager I was able to complete the half hour pick up in about two hours. I just discovered that the tires are at 47 PSI so obviously in the new car prepartion the sevice department failed to set the tires to the recommended PSI. Finally when the salesmen put the plates on the car he stripped the treads on the bolt and as a result the plate was loose and rattling against the car. So when I was in the market for a new car I wanted to buy local in town & stay with the Casey family plus I was tried of driving so far for service. In the middle of Quarantine I decided to take advantage of Toyota's rebates and interest rates. I did my homework and for 2 weeks dealt with dealerships all around my area. I was let down by a few and others just simply didn't have the color combination I wanted (Tundra Limited in Cement Gray w/ black leather interior). So I expanded my search area and ended up in Virginia. I was dealing with a couple other dealers in VA, which had what I was looking for, but none could beat the deal from Casey Toyota. Howard, the sales manager, gave me an amazing deal for my trade in and the truck I was looking for. I did not have to haggle or go back and forth with this man. We literally got to the number I was looking for in 30 seconds or less, no BS, no tricks, no games. Mechanics**lle and Rocky Mo**t Toyota even said they were lying to me and I was gonna make the trip for nothing. The closest any other dealership got to my out the door number was $2,500 more then what Howard and I worked out over the phone. I made the 3 1/2 hour trip from NC to VA and was in and out in an hour and a half in my brand new truck, exactly how I wanted it! Johnatan was at the door waiting for me, I handed him my paperwork for my trade in and he got to work immediately. Howard came by, we fist pumped and talked while Johnatan took care of business. Out the door price was actually $2 less than agreed, no complaints. My truck had every option Howard and I had agreed on and was clean and ready to go. In December i took my car in for a state inspection and a oil change, Gene was the person to write up the work order, he told me that the passenger, front axle was throwing grease,I took it to my mechanic, he checked it out nothing was leaking. Also i had a coupon for the oil change i still paid 50.00 for it, he also put synthetic oil in without me knowing,i all ways use the regular oil, i spent an addition 18.00 dollars,i found out about it when i got home, something need to be done about the service,he said my car take about 6.5 quarts of oil. read more

I don't know how this dealership has 1 and a 1/2 stars but I hope I do this dealership some justice with my review. For the past month I had been researching and looking at the Toyota 4Runner and Highlander. Years ranging from 2015-2018. Then I finally decided to buy new. So for the past week I went to 6 dealerships in VA, DC, and MD. I also had correspondence going on via email and text negotiating prices on 3 cars out of town. I FINALLY got 2 GREAT deals that fit my budget but one was in MD and the other deal (Chesapeake dealership) was snagged because the dealership tried to nickel and dime me at the signing. I say all of that to explain that by the time I got to Casey Toyota I was discouraged and frustrated with the car buying process and salesmen experience. I was a little concerned at first when I went to Casey, after no one came out to help me while I was browsing their cars on the lot. HOWEVER, when I walked inside the dealerships, the Sales Manager, Ron, greeted me and apologized for no one being available. He explaining that he lost half his sales crew due to illness. Ron said someone would be with me shortly. Then John, a sales associate, approached me. John was already working with another person but excused himself to get keys for the cars I wanted to look at. When I finally figured out what car I want, these two gentlemen stayed after hours to listen to my story of my most recent Toyota dealership experiences. Then they worked with me to get me a better car, and deal, then dealer I was working with in Chesapeake. We made a deal that night and I left with the car of my dreams! The next day there were some discrepancies in the numbers that slightly raised the price of the car but the dealership reviewed everything with me and stood behind their original deal. They made the entire car buy experience feel so comfortable! When I was anxious about something they were saying, they took the time to explain or did what was needed to put my mind at ease, all without me asking! Being in the military, it felt so good to finally see some integrity. Don't get me wrong I know they're in the business of sales, but they were willing to work with me to meet my needs. All without a lot of back and forth or other obnoxious sales techniques associated with car buy. So if you're in the market for a car, shop around of course but make sure to swing by Casey Toyota when you're actually ready to buy. You won't be disappointed! Be very, very cautious here when taking a car for service. I believe this place is ethics challenged. Here's their scam. They send you a card in the mail for a free state inspection. When you arrive, they promptly remove the old state inspection sticker from your window. Then they start finding "issues" with your car that require you to buy their products. When you protest they tell you that without a sticker it's against the law for them to allow you to take your car off their property. They hit me up for new windshield wipers (I said I'd rather drive over to wal mart and buy some replacements there). While I was there I saw them hitting two people up for new tires and others for smallish things like filters. But again, you're stuck, you can't leave so you have to buy their stuff to get your "free inspection sticker". read more

I will start this off with the fact that I don't normally write bad reviews. It is a waste of my time. I believe that where I spend my money does the speaking for me.This however deserved my attention and written review. The sales department is fortunate to have some good sales people. Anthony P is a good guy. He is a zero pressure individual. I actually like how he handles business (ie not too pushy). I will further comment that they are a USAA service dealership which means that you pick the car, USAA tells you what a fair price is, and the dealership has to match it. It saves the hassle of wasting time. Here is the bad. The service department at this time sucks.....the only guy that was worth his weight in gold there was Chris Dizon. I hear he went to work for someone else......I actually enjoyed going there because I knew he was trying to help me get the best service and deal. I fully expect that Paul is working to correct this for the other employees. I talked to him personally, and he at least appeared to be concerned with my issue. A little over a month ago my wife wanted an oil change. I told her based on my experience, dealerships are more expensive. Going to the dealership is within her comfort zone so we went. I asked the old guy with a desk on the right (I don't remember and also do not care what his name is) if they do price matching. He told me that they only price match other Toyota dealerships. This confused me because I used to go in there all the time and use a printed coupon to get an oil change for 20 dollars. As he stared at me like I had something growing out of my forehead, I decided to not press the issue. I would chalk this up to a 40 dollar lesson in never getting an oil change there again. On to the most recent and troubling issue. My wife is military. She wanted to transfer her car from FL to VA. In order to put the VA plates on, she needed a state inspection. Katie was very cordial with my wife as she came in. The car was inspected and apparently the car failed a light and 2 tires. Katie was very nice when she suggested that since 2 tires were bad, she might as well buy 3 because you get the 4th one free.....to her (who gets commission), it made perfect sense. As Katie went down the checklist my wife said she would like to call me to talk it over. She was then brushed off as Katie walked away saying she would take care of things. My wife stopped her to clarify and stop her from doing the service. This is where things go down hill. Her attitude began to change. She started becoming dismissive. My wife talked to me and I told her to wait, we would shop around. When my wife tells Katie she didn't want the tires, she became completely unprofessional. In front of other customers she began telling her about how her car "failed" and she wouldn't be allowed to drive it on the road. My wife felt humiliated and appalled that someone working there would speak to anyone like that. There are plenty of other details but this review is long enough. She made her wait another 30 minutes (my wife timed it) before she had to go back up and ask for her car. Here's the thing, Katie was quick to slap a reject sticker on the vehicle and harass her about how "she is in the system and if the State Troopers catch you driving, your going to get a ticket".....yes direct quote. It's as though she felt compelled to do this even though my wife still had perfectly valid FL plates. When she finally got it Katie wouldn't even speak to her, she waved her hand at her in a dismissive way because apparently she had no time for her. Because of her moral obligation (again she had valid FL plates) to ensure a reject sticker was on the vehicle, m wife was not able to use the vehicle to drive onto post. Instead I gave her my truck while I made sure the car was fixed at a reputable place (very friendly and reasonable staff I might add...Goodyear place off of Monticello). And on that note, the worn tire appears to be a scam to me. Once inspected, only one tire failed inspection. So rather than get 4 new ones...I really only needed one.....it's borderline extortion through intimidation. Back to a positive note. Whoever the black gentleman is that vacuums out and retrieves cars there.......he is awesome. He was very kind to my wife. He offered to clean out her car even though she didn't have the inspection done. The two times she has been there she has noticed how polite he is to everyone. We don't know his name....but kudos to them. Also, I mentioned before I talked to the Service Manager, Paul. For the record, he seemed genuinely concerned and over all, a nice guy. This review is not about disliking Toyota. It's not about disliking Casey Toyota. However, it is about real, tangible, and flawed fundamental practices and issues in their service department at "Casey Toyota" and how they portray themselves to the public, and how they delivered very poor customer service. I took my 4Runner into the service department for an electrical diagnostic issue and to have it examined. The problem is well known in the Toyota community online which is long-standing, and well known related to an instrument panel "4WD-CDL" flashing icon lights. I am an accomplished self-taught mechanic, so I tried for weeks to find the problem. I had finally came to the end of my expertise and decided it was time to take it to the "professionals". I have an OBD-II car device and targeted the code to narrow the issue. I took photos and videos of the work I performed and showed them to the young service manager assistant: he never gave them a second thought, or passed the information on the the mechanic. He wrote down one sentence. When I took my 4Runner into the Toyota Casey service department, the 4Runner was functioning like it did when it first came off the lot: no transmission issues, no four-wheel drive engagement issues... really nothing, but it had the - "flashing icon lights". So, the short of the long story: they kept my 4Runner at the dealership for over a month. I was now to think, I was most likely not on their most cherished and imperative customer service list - to get the job done in an appropriate and timely manner. By the way, my 2001 4Runner SR5 has been very well maintained and operates and functions (except my service issue of blinking lights) well. After the second week, or so, I was told by the service manager that they had other "state inspections" vehicles they had to work on. I always had problems getting a hold of the service manager; he was always at lunch per the clerk. On one occasion after calling him to check on my vehicle (I called once at the end of each week to touch base), I drove there, as once again the service clerk told me, for the um-teeth time, he was either very busy, or at lunch, and he'll call you back. He never did. ( Only after I called Toyota Corporate did he start calling back.) I arrived 10 minutes later and no customers or vehicles were in the service bay. The service manager never called me on his own. I always had to call the service manager, and by the way, most of the time, I would be informed, "we can't yet find the problem, but we are still working on it". I finally drove across town (close to a month now) to do a face-to-face; and his face was pretty "red" when I showed up. I kept a calm demeanor and gave him the benefit of the doubt. They told me I had metal shaving's in my transfer case. Okay. (I'll never know!). I agreed to have them replace it. As all good mechanics do, they got the service manual out (like I did) and worked down the algorithm. So, by now, I am quietly thinking at this time, "...don't think that they are taking advantage of you...". I just thought they would be able to fix my blinking lights. After a month of very poor service management and being close to no sleep, I finally told them I wanted to collect my truck. I did. To this day, I am running the problem down myself. The lead mechanic spoke with me the last day. He told me he could keep trying to narrow down the problem but it would be "very expensive". [They just wanted me to be gone - you see, I had called Toyota Corporate. It's better to cut bait. And, I didn't want my vehicle vandalized. ] Oh, he did say he had some good news for me, "the 2-4 wheel drive now engages". I knew of this problem and it was just one of a simple fix that I had worked on at home. The ADD sensor switch and wiring. The blinking lights were the main issue. Still not fixed. My wife took my car in for an inspection and an oil change. Upon completion, she was informed that it passed inspection but needed $1200 in repairs. According to the service department my car needed an oil valve cover ($900), an air filter, a cabin air filter, and spark plugs because it's almost at 100,000 miles (it has 70,000). I called a shop that I trust and they said all of the work could be done for $300 MAX. We took it to them and the oil valve cover "leak" was that the mechanic from Casey never put the oil cap back in place after the oil change!! Total cost of "repairs": $30. Inspection done last October and I was told I needed rotors and brakes on my Lexus. I agreed to have them done there at Casey. From day 1 after the work my brakes squeak obnoxiously. I took it back and they supposedly swapped rotors. It still squeaked. I took it in a few more times and nothing Casey did resolved the problem. Figured I would try once more so I took it back in to Casey last week. Service technician told me the reason my brakes squeal is 'your front struts are bad.' So I take it to 2 other shops - 1 a Lexus dealer- and they tell me my struts are perfect and well with in collapse specs. One asked me why I thought squeaky brakes at 5 Mph was being caused by struts? Great question. I give it 2 stars as they 'tried' and they do give free coffee while you wait. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. We are new to the area so when we found the headlights on our 2007 Prius did not work, we assumed our best shot at getting them repaired would be the local Toyota dealer. So wrong on that! Nearly a week later and they still have the car. They tried new light bulbs, then claimed the ballasts were bad, then the switch and now they're trying a new computer? Do they even have a mechanic who knows anything about a Prius? This is the worst experience we've ever had with ANY car servicing. read more

Just tried to get help with wiper fluid issue on 2016 Tacoma we bought here. The dealership has been responsible for routine maintenance, so we thought they could check to see if wiper fluid froze (really really cold). Needed something because need to travel for work and roads are still sloppy (safety issue). Service was not offered or provided. Basically we were told it's probably frozen because there is water in the fluid (they fill the wiper fluids) and they could not help. We asked them to look anyway, the motor was not running and as it turns out the fluid in the reservoir was not frozen. So, they told us they could not help, too busy, and the lines were probably frozen. Several other people had come in for the same thing. No effort was made to try to schedule anything. Had no idea how to help. We are going to try googling it. read more

Buying experience was great! I really liked the sales manager and our sales guy. The finance guy was nice, as well, and didn't give us the cold shoulder when we didn't purchase any packages. One star because two nice, informed sales people, John and Eric, and clean wait area. Otherwise, lowest rating (comparing also to five other dealerships where I've purchased new cars over 30 years) for: -service, concierge's - not checking that service done (car cleaned, correct tires installed) and attitude, only eye contact after check in is on her smart phone, refused to check on part not delivered.(Gene is good though.) -sales managers- not honest about car availability so selling only their available inventory and did not honor 3 day money back guarantee on my new car purchase. Refused to set up full instructions with my new car purchase. Stated only one man knew the mechanical and Entune features who was out. I was told he would call me back the next day, he did not. With my last two Toyota purchases in different states, my salesmen scheduled 90 minutes to have sufficient time for training and questions. Parts, did not advise status of missing part from my new car purchase. Status not correctly communicated to other departments (service advised I did receive the part according to print out. Refused to call Parts to investigate.) When called back two days later, left me on hold for four minutes. They did not call back. -customer service- casey Toyota called four times about needing service for 30,000 mile check up. Each time I told the person (and I had to give a reference number) I had gone somewhere else. Because of the above, I went to a very reputable service station - they are the ones who discovered that Toyota had sold me an incorrect replacement tire and Casey, in two scheduled tire rotations, did not advise me of this. The tire was incorrect for all wheel drive. Also, they call repeatedly to survey my experience. When I reported issues in the past, no manager called to state how it would be corrected. Corporate customer service also not supportive. The office refused to give me the person's fax or email to highlight my issues. Convenience of location doesn't trump honest, experienced, thoughtful service. Fortunately, we have a choice. I'm going to PEARSON'S TOYOTA for scheduled service even though 1/2 hour further drive. 7/22 It's been eight weeks since I purchased my car. I still have not received the valet key, despite 3 calls to Parts and have not received the money promised for seat covers. read more

Recently went to Casey Toyota for VA State Inspection and oil change. I was sold on $500 in additional service that in retrospect was not necessary or even recommended by the manufacturer. This became evident later after having the opportunity to review the recommended maintenance schedule published by Toyota. Most disappointing resulting in my complete distrust of the service department. read more

At first I was a concerned about going back due the wave of bad reviews all over social media, but i noticed there are more related to other departments than the one i was dealing with (service). I´ve been their customer for about 4 years, and I always left with a similar feeling than a lot of these customers that left bad reviews. However I don´t really trust other shops with the quality of the parts, guarantees and kind of work they do, so I always end up going to my nearest Toyota location which is this one. I had to take care of a mayor problem on my vehicle and after I talked to the Service representative I was sure it was going to be a big hit for my pocket. They checked the problem and effectively it as i thought, but i had made some research to estimate what could be the cost of it and they came back with a much higher price about $1000 more, obviously it got me quite shocked. Ones again I was not completely satisfied with the honesty in the pricing so I wanted them to find a better price or a better option but ended up running into an issue with the service rep which probably wasn´t having a good day (he was very good when i talked face to face to him but on the phone wasn´t the same experience). I felt out of options and decided to give it another chance so I contacted the service manager who contacted me pretty soon, He was extremely helpful and explained me something quite important, there had been some recent changes within the location and they are working in getting better, starting from his position (he's fairly new in that location too). He personally handled my issue with the service rep and got back to me with all the information I was requiring presenting it in a very professional way, converting a crappy customer service experience into a very good one. Its sad that i had to talk to the manager to get a better solution to the problem but I can also testify that they are definitely doing things much better than before. On top of all the good communication between the manager and I they allowed me to have a rental car with no charge and the end up cost of the total fix was a lot closer to what I was expecting at first and a lot closer to what they promised. This could be a 5 star review if this was taken care properly from the beginning. If you had a crappy service experience before, things may be a lot better now. read more

We bought a used truck here in February and it was a somewhat positive experience. We traded in two vehicles and we found Dave, the used car sales manager, to be mostly up front and easy to deal with. Our sales man, Ron, was also easy to work with, but the process seemed lengthy and he disappeared several times without telling us what was going on. Our main problem came when we spoke with the finance person, Ernie. Ernie was not forthcoming and attempted to sell us an aftermarket warranty we were not sure we were interested in, based mostly on the price. He outright refused to tell us the actual cost of the warranty, even when we directly asked for it. He kept, despite telling him not to, giving us the price in it's monthly cost. When he ultimately did give us the full price, he lied and put it around $1900-2000 instead of the actual cost of around $3200! When I challenged his math, he argued with me. When he finally showed us the final price, it proved to be the higher amount and Ernie claimed that he didn't know what was wrong and didn't know why the numbers weren't adding up correctly. He had attempted to scare us into purchasing the warranty by telling us how expensive common problems were. This didn't do much to increase our confidence in the reliability of the Tacoma we were buying, but we were fed up and we ultimately told him to take the warranty off of the bill of sale. Then, he hem hawed with his (really cool) digital desktop saying he never had to delete it before and wasn't sure how to do it. This was really disconcerting that he has probably used this underhanded tactic on other people and gotten them to purchase the warranty based on it's apparently low monthly amount, his poor math and his horror stories of car repair expenses. This extensive interaction with him spoiled a relatively smooth, albeit lengthy, car buying experience and make it hard for us to recommend the dealership to anyone who may want to finance their vehicle. read more

When I was considering trading my vehicle in for a Toyota SUV, I stopped in Casey to browse. Carlos Santi greeted me and made an excellent first impression. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about vehicle performance and ratings for all the different makes and models I was asking about. He never tried to convince me or pressure me, which helped me relax and trust him. I told him I wanted to go home and think about it and he didn't try to pull the "my manager will only okay this for today" routine. He made the entire process very positive and actually enjoyable. The finance manager, Ernie Hensel, was amazing also. No shell game, no gimmicks, just helpful information and full disclosure (which didn't happen in my previous purchase at another dealer in town.) They both listened to my concerns and needs and helped me come to a great decision in the end. So I am now a happy and proud owner of a new Prius V that I am certain will serve me well for many years! read more

I bought my Rav4 within the last year and had been using Casey Toyota for the free maintenance and oil changes that are covered under warranty. On my way to my last warranty covered maintenance my low tire light came on. While I was already at the dealership I asked them if they could put more air in it. Once they were done they came to me and said the sidewall of my tire had a puncture and that I needed to replace the whole tire. They were going to charge me $256 to get it done. I wanted a second opinion before signing off so I took my car home. My husband and I looked all through the tire and couldn't find any puncture. My low tire light did come back on, so I took my car to Howard Motors who I constantly used before having my new Toyota. All Howard's found was a nail in my tire (not in the sidewall) that only cost $30 for them to fix. I haven't had a problem with the tire since. I can't believe Casey was going to scam me out of $256! I'm sure it was because I was on my last warranty free service. I think it would be pretty hard to confuse a nail in my tire with a puncture in the sidewall. Now that my warranty is up I will not be going to Casey Toyota for any further maintenance. read more

I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-Road from this dealership. The salesman that helped me to complete this purchase was Chris Kim. I had been to 4 other area dealerships before coming to Casey as I had previously had a bad experience there. At this point I am glad I choose this dealership as my salesmen was outstanding. As mentioned, I had tried out multiple other dealerships in the area to get a feel for the numbers and as a result meet several sales people but none were as good as Chris. He made this experience very enjoyable and almost stress free. I did not feel that he used high pressure sales tactics to complete the transaction. Originally our prices did not line up but, Chris and his manager Ron Smith were able to provide the best deal out of the 5 total dealerships visited. I would highly recommend going to see Chris and Ron and give them a chance to earn your business. Now as for the truck it seems to have a slight camber issue with the passenger side front tire, I spoke with Chris today (5 days after sale) and he advised that I could bring it to the dealership and that would make sure it was aligned as best as possible. As soon as I go to the dealership and have this service performed and have an opportunity to see how the service department does, I will complete this review. I'm hoping to be able to change this to a 5 star review after they align the truck as it only has 280 miles on it. read more

Save your time, don't waste it here at Casey. Drive 30 minutes and go to another Toyota dealership that appreciates their customers. I approached Casey Toyota to purchase a Land Cruiser. We agreed on the price, which was signed off by New Car Sales Manager, Miles Casey, himself. After I finalize a loan through my bank, they refused to honor the deal. If you can't hold the Sales Manager accountable at Casey, how can you trust the regular sales man/woman. I wasted time by test driving their car, and then taking time out of my schedule to finalize the loan and pickup a check. Don't make the same mistake I made. read more

The service manager at Carey Toyota in Williamsburg(Bruce) is by far best service manager I have ever met at any dealership. For years we had issues with our van and when it was in for warranty work he had asked about issues and asked me if he could looked into it for me and a long story short he got things done and was a great guy to deal with.
