MCI has taken a bold move to improve food service by incorporating a local flair. However, this is a poor representation of what KC has to offer. You order at the bar and there was only one menu available to view. We all felt rushed to pick our food and drink. The server was not that helpful or friendly. We all left the bar feeling like we didn't know what we got, just ordered to get something quickly. The beer was average, my son enjoyed his soda. When the pizza arrived, it was rather small and it was just average. It was like eating a frozen pizza. Overall, we left unsatisfied and underwhelmed by the experience. There are lots of other places I would visit when returning to KC.
