They then asked me, loudly and in front of this angry and intoxicated man, if I wanted him kicked out. This put me in a situation that felt unsafe. Putting a customer in that position was incredibly unprofessional, especially when I had already made it clear that I felt uncomfortable. The bartender even said, "It's OK, he's here all the time." The fact that the response was essentially that his behavior was okay because he was a regular made the situation even more disappointing. After years of genuinely loving this place, I'm disappointed to say that between the decline in food quality and how this situation was handled, I won't be returning.

As an extra service I was given some of their house rub. I seasoned the steaks with the rub and dry aged them for only 3 hours. I put them on my charcoal grilled, and cooked them medium rare. They were the best steaks I have ever had in my life. They seared perfectly and I will only buy my high end steak from this place in Kansas City from now on!
