Came today and we had an issue with our order, then another issue immediately after and Andy came over and not only did he used us $10 OFF for next time...he just waived meal. I didn't ask for this or expect it. We were laughing, as things happen as we get it, but Andy was genuine and the customer service here is top! This isn't the only time they've gone above and beyond! One time a year or so ago, my 5 year old accidentally spilt salt all over his pizza and it would have tasted horrible. This place is my favorite place to go for pizza. Great place for the whole family. When you go in you order at the register then the waitress brings it to you. The reason for 2 stars......we went to the Platte County location, we ordered, I asked for a beer, got the pizza and beer then the waiter asked if we needed anything, I asked for another beer and was told I need to go to the counter and order it, always was able to order a beer at the table. I went to the counter and to another employee what happen and he replied "you have to pay for the beer"....my reply was that I could alway order a second beer and I gave them a card at the table. Finally a person in a red cap heard me and got the beer and insisted to deliver it to the table and apologized. Not sure if these guys were new but not impressed with the customer service. If I were at any other restaurant and ordered a second drink,I am sure the server would accommodate my request and I would gladly leave a generous tip. I love Spin for when I want pizza but I don't want to feel weighed down and heavy. I get my pizza fix while still feeling a little healthy. I love to get the mini mia. It's basically a pick two with smaller portions of your choice of pizza paired with a salad or a soup. The portions are still anything but small. For the picture, I couldn't even fit the fourth slice on the plate! They have great salads. They're always fresh and are unique. My favorite is the Sonoma. It has grapes, golden raisins, apple, goat cheese, and candied pecans. It comes with a blood orange vinaigrette. I get the dressing on the side so that I can save half for the salads I make at home. All of the ingredients are fresh and they give generous amounts of each. For pizza, my go to is the Pesto Chicken. It has an herbed olive oil glaze, roasted chicken, and three cheeses-fresh mozzarella, provolone, and fontina! It's so light and flavorful. We stopped by spin pizza for dinner on a Monday. I love the set up of spin- casual-ish- order at the counter, but still have a server bring your stuff to your table. Unfortunately, this night, we waited about 30-45 minutes for our food. I'm not sure what was going on, but it wasn't busy and everyone seemed very upset about how long their food was taking. Once we got our food, it was fine. Nothing to complain about. The low star count was definitely about the amount of time it took to get our food. But it did arrive before my pint of beer so it had that going for it. There were probably at least 10 employees to serve the maybe 4-5 sat tables, so while we dined on our cold food they basically stared at us while we ate. I had the mini mia margherita pizza with a greek salad and he had the mini mia carni pizza with a sonoma salad. I enjoyed my food but I was a little thrown off that the tomatoes in the salad were the same cooked tomatoes (but cold) that were on the margherita pizza.
