A childhood memory that delivered! One of my favorite things was the Dayton style pizza of Cassano's. Not as numerous as it once was but the thin salty crust continues to satisfy. So, I like Cassano's--the pizza, the subs, the atmosphere. I hope the company will exist forever, so that they can make pizza in the afterlife! This location is hidden in a small strip mall with Great Clips. It's not that far from Cincinnati Premium Outlets but it might as well be far away because you wouldn't know that it's there. I used GPS navigation to find it and I still almost missed it. Anyway, as I entered the store, I could see at least 3 people in the back, and apparently they were having an important conversation because no one came to the front or said "we'll be right there" quickly. As the shift manager arrived at the register, she was friendly and asked what I wanted. I ordered a 9 inch deluxe pizza and a Mountain Dew. $9.66 really doesn't seem a bad deal, especially when the pizza is good. She said "it'll be" and paused and said "15 minutes", which seemed odd. I expected 10-15 minutes, having worked for Cassano's for 2 years, but I didn't expect the pause and long thought. The pizza was delivered by a friendly employee and we talked a bit about all the good food. If it took more than 15 minutes, I didn't notice. As I gobbled the pizza (and forgot to photograph it), I noticed that there were bits of burnt crust on the bottom. Now, Cassano's has replaced their old ovens with conveyor-type ovens which shouldn't retain any old pizza and shouldn't burn the new pizza. It tasted okay, but occasionally, I could taste the burnt bits. I enjoyed it regardless. As I went to refill my drink, I noticed how messy the drink area was. You'd think the conversations would come last and taking care of work would come first. I was surprised at the steady stream of carry out customers, since they had almost no dining room customers. read more

We love Cassanos and i drive from Cincinnati because the pizza is so good. This location just isn't like the other ones. I got there and waited 5-10 minutes for service. The employees saw me, I was the only customer there, and this went on until the lady pretended to just notice me when I looked at her. The food was hard like it'd been under a heat lamp. The crust was burnt on both pizzas. I ordered extra salt for the crust but got literally no salt on half the pizza. read more

I have grown up with Cassano's and love it. However each time we come to this location we sorely regret. We have been here several times over the last couple years and service and quality is always very poor. Sad to see, and would hope that someone would step in to help. My last order was over $150 for family coming out of town and it was twice as long and was incorrect, one was burnt, overall too salty. Staff was swearing behind the counter (hiding behind a piece of cardboard the put up in front of the window to hide the kitchen). Pathetic read more

We usually LOVE Cassano's Pizza, have eaten it for 50 years. But, tonight, we were sorely disappointed with this location. We did not have good customer service from the get go. We sat to wait for our order, and waited and waited! 40 minutes later, we heard our order being mentioned, , but we didn't get called to the counter, so my husband went up to see. 5 minutes after we heard our order, he brought it back to our table, it had been put on top of the oven, supposedly staying warm. Well, it wasn't. We weren't offered napkins or plates, he had to ask for napkins with our boxed pizza. By the middle of the pizza, we found warmer pieces of pizza,not hot, just warmer. read more

One star is too generous. We have eaten many pizzas from here with no complaints until today. We ordered an extra large deluxe and it was so salty we couldn't eat it and I love salt. My boyfriend called and the best they could do was offer a $6 credit. Terrible pizza and worse customer service. read more

Upon delivery pizza was missing a piece! Pizza itself was the worst pizza I've ever had! Pizza was overly greasy, there was barely any sauce and it was just completely disgusting. Would really rate a 3 but that would be selfish. There used to be one where i lived at in Cincinnati and it was so good. I had my expectations up to high when i found this one close to the house i live in now. It is not this one was bad. Just the other was different. The food was ok. I have always loved Cassano's pizza since I was a child, but the Cassano's in Bellbrook is truly deserving of recognition. They always go above and beyond to make their customers feel welcome. Literally, all of them. They have a really awesome day-shift team. I go in there once or twice a week for lunch and it is truly a pleasure. I look forward to the pleasantries and they treat you as if you are an old friend. I am always more than happy with my orders but today was one of those days where I wanted to give them a huge shout-out. Not good, at all. Wait. And wait. Then you can wait some more, because your pizza isn't ready yet! Picture yourself at Cassano's, a line 5 deep for pickup and no one talking to the customers, then stand there for 20 minutes - on top of the 20 minutes quoted for pickup, that's what you'll experience. Love to support local & love me a good thin crust pizza. Pizza had a delish thin, somewhat salty crust. My kids loved the toasted ravioli. The garlic cheese bread was wrong for all the right reasons. They serve beer which is a nice plus for an evening visit. This is a hometown joint that serves good food. Only complaint is no one checked on us the whole visit which ended up being ok Bc we liked the food so much but extra customer service would've been appreciated. Will go again read more

I work at Kohl's Warehouse in Monroe every pizza place in Monroe knows it's timed for our breaks know theI time this order they showed up 25 minutes late after my break I called four different times now for a refund still no refund for over $21 in food I am calling their corporate office do not order from this place they will not refund your money they are rude disrespectful and do not care about when you get your food there's been so many complaints about the people from my employment Kohl's that they can t understand how they still have a franchise don't order from Monroe. No one time delivering. Dry shriveled pizza mixed up orders and refuse refunds even if food never received. read more

When I called the "1-800" number and found out it was going to be over 1 hour to deliver, I told the operator to cancel. A little while later the pizza showed up. Unknowingly the wife paid for the pizza with a competitors coupon and driver said nothing. Customer service "STINKS". Will never order again. Vic is rolling over in his grave. read more

If you eat at restaurant the place is dirty and the kitchen is a mess. Was looking to forward to having a pizza since I do not have a Cassanos location where I live. Pizza was not cooked through in the middle and the topping were all in the middle and not on the edges. Very disappointing read more

I am new to the area so I figured I would try Cassano's for the first time. I ordered the 7 inch Italian sub. Which according to the menu comes with ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, Italian dressing an oregano. After waiting about 20 mins (no exaggeration), the guy who took my order asks what I am waiting on. He then notices that it is sitting on the counter behind him. I get home hoping the long wait was worth it. I open the sub and immediately notice the sub is missing all of the veggies and dressing. Just meat and cheese. Funny, I don't remember telling them to hold EVERYTHING. If you have lots of time and don't mind getting your order screwed up, then this is the place for you. read more

Two times in my life I have ordered food that when delivered was inedible. Both times were a salad ordered from this Cassano's location. There weren't even little bits of it that were edible. They both went straight to the trash. My family has avoided ordering from here because of the first salad we got that was horribly spoiled. We finally decided to give it another chance. While the pizza was very good, the fact that I paid almost $6 for an item that went straight to the trash a second time will make me rethink my decision if I decide to try again. Ordered from the Monroe, Ohio location. We asked for three pizza's and one of them was suppose to be their bar- b- q chicken pizza. Picked it up and it was a regular pizza with chicken and franks red hot poured on the top, obviously not a bar b- q- chicken pizza. We called them and told them about it, they said we will make you another one, great! Went back to pick up the pizza and it was the exact same pizza. The woman behind the counter said, "I dunno, I don't make the pizza." Maybe a third time would have been the charm, but I had no desire to find out. Rude staff and obviously have know idea how to make their own bar-b-q chicken pizza. read more
