How cute is this little instagrammable location?! And the ice cream isn't too shabby either! I ordered the vanilla cone with hibiscus powder and mini edible flowers. It was large enough for my husband and I to share - although I was hesitant to! The ice cream was THAT good. They have a few table tops inside and a small outdoor patio if you'd prefer to eat outside. read more

I got the "Strawberry Cream Top" which was recommended by the cashier and it was the besttttt strawberry I've ever had in awhile!!! I'm so glad she recommended that one to me! It was so creamy and refreshing. If I lived closer to the Beverly Hills area, I'd order this drink all the timeee! The service was great and the ambiance is nice. The shop is alittle small so it can feel crowded as more people come into the shop. As for parking, theres street parking only, but it's very easy to park because the street here doesn't seem to get busy as there are neighborhood homes nearby this shop read more

We went to Cassetta and got to try a lot of things off their menu! Their soft serve icecream was very light and refreshing! Though they have limited flavor options, they have a lot of toppings that you can choose from to customize your dessert. The service was good and we got our order fairly quickly despite it being busy. We were not big fans of the drinks that we got. The cheese top was a bit too salty for my liking and the matcha was a little too sweet. However, I would go again to try other things that may fit my taste. Cute little dessert shop in Beverly! We ordered the biscoff soft serve, matcha cream latte, Thai tea and soft serve in a croissant. It's nice that you're able to adjust your sweetness level in your drinks! The soft serve tasted really good. Nice and light and no bad aftertaste! Be careful with the soft serve in the croissant- the soft serve makes the croissant soggy if you leave it inside for a bit. Score: 10/10 Buzzwords: Incredible Soft Serve, Unique Toppings Came here with friends following a successful escape room venture. Girlfriend got the chocolate ice cream soft serve while I got the strawberry. Made to order, these delicious treats were like nothing we've had before as they were soft as gelato but with an ice cream consistency. Add ons for the I e cream included things like Oreos, Kit Kats, chocolate chips, Frosted Flakes, etc.. Our friends ordered boba, one of which came with a real flower as a topper for the drink. The boba, they had explained was also perfectly chewy. Overall, would definitely come by again for the soft serve alone. read more

Cool little spot! I ordered online for pickup. Took about 15 minutes around 4pm on a Friday. However, parking can be a little challenging. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. I got the Thai Iced Tea with Boba...very good! The best part was the boba pearls. These taste like they are made in-house. They break down and melt as you chew them unlike the pre-made squishy boba pearls. I'm definitely going back here. read more

Like most customers, I got sucked into the viral IG Reels and Tiktoks of Cassetta's charming soft serves and drinks. I'm pleased to say it actually lives up to the hype. It was pretty busy at 4:30PM on a Sunday, my boyfriend and I were lucky enough to grab a table inside but be prepared to enjoy your treats outside upon ordering. There are four chairs lined up along the window and a small table for two outside. We ordered the berry soft serve and sea salt cream thai tea, which totaled to about $18, but what else could you expect for a gimmicky cafe in BH? I didn't get a picture but there was also menu book at the register with images of their seasonal drinks and soft serves. The soft serve is vegan (I didn't get to catch what nondairy milk its based with, but definitely not coconut). Ours was dusted with freeze dried berries which added a nice puckery contrast to the creamy vanilla. Legitimately one of the best vegan soft serves I've had to date! The sea salt cream thai tea was adorned with a Biscoff Lotus cookie and its crumbs, which paired very nicely with the cream and drink. Both treats were carefully decorated with chamomile flowers, which are edible, but I'd strongly advise to NOT eat it since they're so bitter. If you really want to maximize the aesthetics of taking pictures/videos of your treats, I'd recommend coming right when they open at 11am so that sunlight shines through the windows so you get better natural lighting. Any time past noon and the sun will be behind the building and your pictures might look flat. Parking was easy, you have the option of doing street or residential parking. Overall, great experience and I wouldn't mind coming back to try other items. read more

Unfortunately, this establishment has some issues when it comes to cleanliness during the process of creating a soft serve cone. I have visited more than 3 times, and look forward to getting a vanilla soft serve waffle cone, with rainbow sprinkles. What I do not look forward to, is the inevitability of a staff member wearing a long sleeved hoodie (is this their uniform?) getting the tip of their sleeve in my ice cream. Every time, the staff members make the cone by 1)putting on gloves 2)pulling the soft serve 3)using their hands to manually press the sprinkles onto the cone. This process is flawed. They, inevitably, (and to my dismay, as it greatly reduces my satisfaction when I am handed the ice cream), *get their sweater sleeve to touch the ice cream as they struggle to press the sprinkles onto the ice cream.* Needless to say, this is disgusting to me. Unfortunately, I enjoy the ice cream so much I still eat it. But, I eat it actively trying to forget what I just witnessed. The place also has a restroom, which has on one occasion smelled so foul that it permeated through the small establishment. Thanks for the ice cream. Please work on this! P.s. One of the best dessert places I've tried in SoCal in a hot minute! I found this place by the viral TikTok and I'm so happy it came across my page. Everything here was delicious, especially the croissant! The croissant was perfectly made, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. When you do order the croissant and soft serve, just a warning it does get messy lol but overall I give it 5/5 for taste and would def recommend trying this place out! The girl who helped us was super nice and the place itself is so esthetic and cute! The price isn't anything too crazy as well :) definitely coming back here when I'm in the area again! read more

We (2 of us) tried four drinks and they were all nottttt it... The Marron tasted like milk only. The Matcha tasted like seaweed. The Thai milk tea taste was just not a tasty combo w Biscoff (couldn't even taste it.) Pricey and drinks don't taste good, doesn't make sense. After having dinner I looked around the area to see if there was desserts or boba and ended landing on this place. The place itself is fairly small with minimal seating indoors and some tables outside. The interior was cute and minimalistic. The cashier was patient with us while we looked through the menu picture book. We ordered the Thai Tea Biscoff and Matcha (don't remember the name) it was similar to an einspanner. Both drinks were pretty mid for the price. Two drinks came out to be $17-18. On the bright side, the cups and drinks were aesthetically pleasing. read more

We have been here before and had a great experience with great customer service. We were very excited to come back, only to be met with poor service. We came in around 2pm on a Saturday with no line and one other customer who had already ordered. We were waiting to place our order but the worker made us use the kiosk which was extremely confusing and not user friendly. We also politely asked for a customization because it was not on the kiosk and the worker was completely unfriendly and unwilling to help us at all. Even after all that, she completely just left to go in the back with no sense of urgency and made us wait for 20 mins with nobody else in the store all for the ice cream. read more

Nice little ice cream shop that i went to since I was in the area. I got the cassetta ice cream which had pink on it and looked really nice! Overall it was a nice experience and also dog friendly as well. We didn't have any dogs but it was nice to see dogs come in and go. They have lots of other options too like boba and donuts. The staff was really nice in explaining all the different menu items! The parking isn't too bad and we found it on the street. A nice place to go if you're in the area and want ice cream! read more

This place is a wonderfully unique idea of soft serve and sweet treats. Located in a beautiful location and the decor is so cute with white cassette tapes covering the walls and a play of that for their seating decor as well. They have a book of toppings and they carefully hand place each topping on your soft serve for you, which I appreciate from the staff for how quickly they perform this task. read more

non-dairy ice cream yum! This place has pretty good non-dairy ice cream. I unfortunately got a pretty bad topping for it though. I definitely wouldn't recommend the strawberry syrup as it was pretty artificial. The price point was also pretty steep but ig we are in beverly hills. Not sure if i'd come back but they do make very pretty cones. read more

Cute place in Beverly hills! Ambiance is very nice and staff is friendly. I got the Rosie Rose soft serve and the hazelnut latte. The ice cream was pretty good for being non-dairy! Probably one of the better ones I've had. I wasn't the biggest fan of the plain flavor, but it tasted really good with the toppings. The latte on the other hand was very underwhelming. Tasted a bit watered down and not like hazelnut at all. But overall, I'd return if I want a non-dairy treat. read more

Food: 4/5 My friend got the marshy matcha and I ordered the dirty strawberry cream top. We thought the drinks tasted good but were nothing super impressive as I personally thought the matcha flavor wasn't strong enough and neither was the strawberry! They were very beautiful though! The sandwiches however, the garlica one specifically was amazing !! One of the best cheesy, warm, and savory sandwiches I've had. The texture was perfect and I'd definitely order again. Today, my friend and I went to Cassetta. We ordered four ice creams and five drinks, and tipped five dollars when paying. While waiting, they served our order in a very disorganized manner: one ice cream, three drinks, another ice cream, one drink, two more ice creams, one drink, and finally, we were still waiting for the last ice cream. Up to this point, we didn't complain, but the wait for the last ice cream was so long that our previous ones began to melt. One of the croissant ice creams even fell onto the table. My friend asked if they could remake it, but they said it would take twenty minutes. We mentioned that by then, all our other ice creams would have melted. We decided to leave, but since the ice creams were already dripping everywhere, I hurried back to get some napkins and a box. As soon as I entered, a female employee told me, "Next time, don't tip, cutting in line is wrong." I was confused if she was talking to me, but her attitude made it clear. I responded, "I'm not cutting in line, you're just giving out orders in a strange way." She continued lecturing me about not cutting in line. Due to our melting ice creams, I didn't catch everything she said, but her attitude was really rude. I told her, "You should make the drinks first anyway." She replied, "You didn't tell me that." I thought it was common sense since we ordered to-go and there were only two of us. She kept asking, "Do you want the tip back?" I didn't respond and just left. I wanted to reflect on the extremely mean attitude of the staff. Although the products are cute, I don't think I will return. *Didn't get a chance to take photos of everything we bought because the situation was too urgent. read more

We tried the regular vanilla soft serve and it was so underwhelming :( tasted like the soft serve they used to have at Sweet tomatoes/souplantation buffet, but even more watery and less flavorful. Newest & prettiest in town! Such a breath of fresh air in Beverly Hills, Cassetta has picture-perfect innovative desserts & drinks great for a spring afternoon. I loved the clean white aesthetic and soft jazz music made the experience very relaxing. Very impressed by the aesthetic and quality of the drinks, they were served fairly quickly too! Marshy Matcha has marshmallows on top of a refreshing matcha latte while Thai Tea Biscoff has a fabulous cream top. Is it worth paying a premium for ice cream just to have it adorned with flowers? I believe ice cream shouldn't come with a luxury price tag. But nowadays, every new presentation idea costs money, and if you add in rent (like in Beverly Hills) and branding, you can expect the price to be inflated. This isn't the place where I'd come with my family (5 people) to eat ice cream on a hot day. It's a bit too upscale for that. But coming with my wife to enjoy some time with ice cream sitting by the café? Sure, why not? After all, it's all about the experience, and this charming establishment and the presentation of the ice cream deliver just that. The taste is good. I still prefer gelato or "Maraş dondurma" --and don't bother telling me it's not ice cream. read more

The worst business ever! Don't even bother making the drive. I literally went two nights in a row and both nights we have left empty handed after making a 30 min drive, unacceptable! The first night they had no more soft serve 1 hr before closing and the second night we called to make sure they had it and got there 20 mins after calling only to walk in to another night of disappointment and frustration. We walked into the girl cleaning out the soft serve machine and told us they had no more for the night even though it was 15 mins before closing time. What a waste of my time driving there and if I could give them a 0 I would! Don't tell people one thing and then we get there and see something else! Not cool! That's not how you run a business! read more

To put in perspective how much i love this place, i've been here 3-4 times in a week Isabella and Joy are awesome and have been so hospitable and personable every time i've went in. Cassetta has been open for about a month and is already my favorite boba tea shop I ordered the taro with boba and sea salt cream thai tea boba, and also the butterfly pea honey lemon and tried the influencers choice soft serve All of which i'll be reordering when i come back. There was no way to know that there was going to be an hour wait to get two ice cream servings with only eight people ahead of us in line. There should either be some type of warning of the actual wait time or they need to add more workers. The two servers who were there were very nice and were certainly doing their best, but it's just not set up well. I would never have chosen to stay if I had known the actual number of orders that were ahead of us in line (it was a lot more than 8). Maybe that's why there is no warning. But as a result, I would never go back to Holy Roly nor would I recommend anyone else go there (unless they have a lot of time on their hands). I appreciate when businesses care about customer experience. That does not seem to be the case here.

When it was my turn, I simply asked whether the packaged cookies were the same as the cookies displayed on the tray. I then asked about the size of the layered ice cream "build-your-own" bucket because I was trying to visualize how large it was. She responded, "A pint," in a very dismissive manner. When I asked for clarification, she repeatedly said things along the lines of, "You don't know what a pint is?" The way it was said felt condescending and unnecessarily rude. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I found myself saying, "I didn't mean to offend you or ask a dumb question." At that point, my blood sugar was low and I just wanted something quick, so I ended up purchasing only the packaged cookie and leaving. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but customers should be able to ask basic questions about products without being made to feel unintelligent. It was a surprisingly unpleasant interaction, especially in an otherwise empty store, and unfortunately it's enough to keep me from coming back.
