Nextdoor to the sushi place so of course I had to stop! Sometimes it takes up to 15 minutes for them to make more soft serve in the machine which seems strange... haven't had that anywhere else. Still, unfortunately, they only have vanilla, but the flavor is really good. A good selection of toppings, but the cone was over $10 which is really expensive, so I'd probably only come back again if I was in that area or we go back again for sushi. I just tried the soft serve with matcha syrup, but would go back to try other flavors. The matcha doesn't taste like matcha - it's more just sugary on top of plain vanilla soft serve - which was still tasty. To add flowers to your soft serve is $1 - and they don't tell you if they are edible or not. So I ate one and they are so so bitter and gross tasting - I wish there was some sort of warning. Cassetta is a unique ice cream and dessert shop in Beverly Hills serving up some artfully crafted items. This is a spot where you want to make sure your phone is charged because you will definitely be taking pictures of whatever you order. Some of the items here are so beautifully presented that it feels like a crime just to eat it and ruin the presentation! Anyway, street parking will be your best bet here and there is a good amount of it in the area. They have 2 tables for seating outside and about 3-4 tables for seating inside. For their menu, they have a wide range of non-dairy soft serve creations along with donuts and innovative drinks too. Wifey and I decided on getting the Biscoff Thai Tea and a Soft Serve with Matcha and Oreos. After like 20 minutes of taking pictures of the masterpieces that were served to us, we tried them and they tasted just as amazing as they looked! Overall, this spot is definitely one of those IG worthy spots that you are going to want to take some friends and/or family too. All of the staff here are also very friendly and welcoming. I ended up getting the Kitcat and Oreo soft serve ice cream and that was very yummy. It was very cute on the inside and aesthetically pleasing. I love the white, gray, and black colors. The people were really nice and they helped me pick out which one to get. I would definitely recommend coming back to this coffee shop because you can get some great Instagram pictures here. i was introduced to this spot through a YELP event and noticed their extensive and unique drink menu and told myself i would be back to try.... so here i am. I was greeted upon entry, went straight to the kiosk and started browsing their drink options. i couldn't find exactly what i was looking for and the girls that were working were nowhere to be found. I think they thought i was just going to quickly order through there and be on my way. after going to the register and standing around for a while, i finally yelled out for help lol. one of the girls came out and assisted me at the kiosk. lots of flavors and add on's but please know that it's pretty pricey. I ordered their dirty taro - ($10) which comes with sea salt cream, expresso, taro milk. beeeeaaaautiful drink, presentation is really everything here. at first sip it was creamy, sweet and the taro had subtle hints of vanilla. after mixing in the expresso it was more bitter and very strong. couldn't taste the taro milk as much and i would have preferred more of that. overall it was a solid drink but nothing i would pay $10 for again. read more

Cassetta Ice Cream was truly the worst food experience I've ever had in my life--misleading, excruciatingly painful, and downright dangerous. As someone with severe dairy allergies, I was excited to check them out after seeing their fun, creative cones on TikTok. When I arrived, I specifically told the staff about my allergy, and they assured me all of their ice cream was dairy-free. Trusting that, I bought a cone and started eating. Halfway through, I began to feel very sick. By the time I reached my car, I was having a full allergic reaction--the worst of my life. I was violently ill for hours, unable to even drive because my body was shutting down. When I called back, the staff admitted that their ice cream still contains small amounts of dairy, but they market it as "dairy-free" because of a legal loophole. That's not just misleading--it's life-threatening. This should never happen. For people like me, ingesting even trace dairy can be fatal. Misrepresenting products in this way puts lives in jeopardy, and frankly, a business operating like this should not be open. I went in expecting a safe and exciting treat, and instead I left fearing for my life. read more

I even heard one of the workers tell a customer "hold it straight up!" about an ice cream cone that was seconds away from toppling over. Also I think the pink powder is supposed to be like.. dried strawberry or something but it didn't taste like anything. I didn't finish. I found this spot through a reel on Instagram for the cutest ice cream spot in LA. My friend and I really wanted to check it out this past Sunday and it really is the cutest! The menu on the wall was a little confusing but they had laminated booklets with some of the popular menu items along with pictures that made it easy to decide. All their ice cream is also vegan and dairy free. Tastes like vanilla soft serve frozen yogurt. Very yummy. We were lucky and found street parking right outside but I can imagine on a weekday it might be difficult, even with the residential street.
