Soft serve with mango and strawberry
    Kristy H.

I was really excited to try the soft serve at Cassetta because it's lactose free, but I was a little disappointed. The soft serve is very sweet and doesn't have a very distinguishable flavor. Pairing the mango jam with it also didn't really help, since the mango jam kind of tasted like an artificial syrup. The strawberries did help though. Service was very good, but parking was also hard to find, even later in the evening/at night. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Maybe come try it and get the cute aesthetic pics, but not sure if I'd be a regular here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

What a wonderful shop! This is our second time stopping in and it's just as good as the first time! The lady that owns it and runs it is simply amazing she is constantly changing things making it a new experience each time. The ice cream is simply Devine and she creates an atmosphere that is fun and exciting!

Tried their cheese bread and butter bread. Very cheesy and buttery. Takes 15 mins to make. Ice cream was delish. Street Parking. Promo with Pool Bar until May 8th

I don't understand the hype of this place. The quality of the ice cream was mediocre and very highly priced. We understand the artistic aspect of it is when drives the people to come here, but if the quality does not match the hype or the price, then I don't see the point other than people just doing it for social media. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside felt a little cramped and I hated the seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The one thing though is that the staff is very friendly and was very smiley. But overall, just not worth my money.

Food is as pretty as the place! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's a maze room nearby and some tables and cool Instagram props outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The woman working there is so smiley even at 10pm at night and super helpful in explaining to us what the different flavors are. Would def go back here again. The ice cream is really creamy - I like the taro over the rose, but they're both unique flavors.

Special collabs are my favorite! Not only you get a freebie with purchase but you get to try special drinks. Enjoyed this yuzu float and was filled to the brim. Service was nice and fast.

Everything here is nice at first glance. Good coffee, pleasant service, and a cozy atmosphere. The only thing that really surprised me was the tables. They are so light and wobbly that leaning on one or even setting down your drink feels risky. It almost feels like a reflection of real life: everything looks beautiful, but there is nothing you can truly lean on. Replace the tables, and this place would be so much more enjoyable.

Was craving a late night sweet treat before a long drive and came across Cassetta! Upon looking at their reviews and pictures, the way they presented their items definitely brought me in. I got the Cassetta Taronie, Salty Sweet Dough Latte w/ Cornflakes, and Cloud Nine. All were super delicious. I was exceptionally amazed at how smooth and light the ice cream was! The drinks were also made quick and tasted really good! I'm pretty sure their promotion is over by now but over Christmas season, they had a promotion of getting a free ornament if you spend over $10 or buy a drink which convinced us to get even more than planned! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Such a cute little spot to hangout in and grab a quick sweet treat![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]First and foremost, this place is very aesthetically pleasing. You walk in and automatically see such a clean and polished shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We decided to order the Rosie Rose (I got a lotus cookie with mine). Yes, this dessert spot is a bit more expensive but it's because of the presentation and non dairy soft serve they provide. If you want a little treat you can post in your Instagram this is the perfect spot. All desserts are beautiful and carefully made. I do see myself coming back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute ambience + fast service![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered the cassetta original which is basically milk ice cream with powder. A little on the pricier side, but the aesthetics are nice! :)

Food: I got a soft serve ice cream, I did not want to eat it as it was too pretty to eat. The ice cream was very soft and creamy. Cassetta is a hidden gem, I did not know about this place until I went to a pop up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the aesthetic of the place, perfect to take some cute pictures.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is very friendly.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cassetta has a very pink and stylish atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside, they also sell clothing and other small products, which makes the space feel more like a boutique dessert shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The ice cream was creamy, light, and not too heavy, and it tasted pretty good. One of my daughters really liked it, while the other one wasn't a big fan. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they were always smiling, which made the experience even better. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Still a cute place to stop by if you're nearby.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cute little cafe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My friend had the butterfly pea honey lemon drink which was nice and I tried some soft serve with rose petals. We both enjoyed this snack and would recommend!

The ice cream looks so pretty, but tastes like what you'd get at a buffet. Too pricey for the quality.

Do the milk teas use non dairy creamer? Asking because I'm allergic to milk and milk alternatives (oat, soy, almond, cashew, macadamia, lentil).

Yes, we use non dairy creamer but for the sweetness it’s might contain milk please let the server know about your allergies to make sure no milk at all. Thank you

Though I've been here just once (for lunch), I am already plotting my return. I arrived a bit earlier than my friends and in so doing, accidentally avoided the start of the lunch rush. As there are not many tables here, I feel I lucked out snagging a table for us. As I took at the cozy, classy splendor of a still very new establishment, the relaxed but polished decor was both inspiring and low-key. I had an excellent espresso while I got my wish: extended time to take in the menus. The drink menu, and the food menu. It's my favorite when that part of the cafe/restaurant experience delivers tons of time to get really acquainted with a place. Our friendly, helpful server asked the questions I had about the menu, and the time he didn't know he went and found out. Breakfast is served all day, by the way. My friend started with the sausage rolls (accompanied by the freshly made ketchup). Delicious and great for a table starter or a fairly light entree. Good crunch, and moist inside with plenty of seasoning. My entree was the black forest ham quiche. It was indicative of everything else here: the right size, the right mix of produce, protein, fluffy, cheesy egg inside, and anchored by a subtle but first-rate crust. It's served with a fennel based salad, a crisp and a great complement. We were happy and satisfied sooner than expected (alas, Le Moules must wait). Still, I could not resist a little dessert and ordered the Pain Aux Apricot. It was fantastic, something out of a cafe in Paris. Crisp and light and just sweet enough. Appreciated the friendly service. A steady diet of 70's soft-rock quietly served as the soundtrack at this one lunch. There is easily accessible parking on the street or mostly-free city lot.

Was craving some sweets and it just so happened I came in to the right spot. This place has a variety of individual pies perfect for one person. Ordered the mixed berry pie (blackberries, raspberries, and one other which I can't recall). Sooooo incredibly delicious. Thought it would be overwhelmingly sweet but it really wasn't. Had it with a cappuccino which was perfect. They also had cherry, apple, and banoffe cream, and I believe a few other seasonal options. But have to say I didn't regret my choice. They also have savory pies including chicken and leek, and beer pies. Was a bit full from lunch but would love to try these at some point. Additionally, they also had some lunch and dinner entrees. Overall super cute and cozy place to sit and enjoy some tea/coffee with a pie. Love the vibe. And the service was also exceptional. Definitely coming back soon.

They are located upstairs but they had a popup stand downstairs near the big TV screen. I got their popular Hokey Pokey flavor which is a vanilla soft serve with toffee blended into it on topped on top. You can get their soft serve dairy or for a little more non dairy. I got it in their waffle cone which was pretty large. The toffee bits on top were good and melts in your mouth. It went well with the toffee blended ice cream. My only complaint was it was too sweet and on the melted side. I had to eat it quickly and it was runny and messy. They made my cone pretty quickly and I didn't have to wait long. Besides their most popular Hokey Pokey flavor their second most popular is their strawberry and cream one that comes with strawberry bits and whipped cream. But they have many other flavors including seasonal ones. They usually have about 10 different creations. I want to come back and try their hazelnut one.
