We had a great experience working with Emilio and his team. Emilio first came out to help repair a GFCI outlet in our garage that had burned out after being overloaded by our EV charger. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained what happened in a way that was easy to understand. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Based on his recommendation, we decided to install a dedicated NEMA 14-50 line along with a whole-house surge protector on our electrical panel so we wouldn't run into the same issue again. Although the visit was for a free estimate, he was able to replace the switch in about 20 minutes. Have to share my experience because everyone must know: I called Emilio on Christmas Day because my Mexican food business was open - however my deep fryers kept tipping off the breaker and we were having delay issues.
