These guys were great. My wife and I were traveling in an RV towing a jeep when our 7 pin electrical connector broke. We called several places that either wouldn't look at the problem or couldn't because they didn't have the time. D2 ask a couple questions, then stated they didn't normally work on RVs but they would check it out for us. The got us in replaced the plug. Dropped off our trailer Aug 17th to have many repairs. Told them i needed it end of sept. Finally got soeak (sept 23 ) to someone and was told it might be ready had t started anythjng. Long story. Short. Picked it up.late.last fri As we leave mon for rhe trip. Stuoidly never looked at it. Opened trailer and only fixed 2.if the mamy things we jad asked for Have to borrow a trailer now.for the trip. I'm highly disappointed. Horrible communication paid a significant amout . They over sold and under produced, sold me a bed, got overspray all over my new truck during the install, didn't install my gooseneck 7 way plug, backup camera came disconnected, and the bed had damage from Hillsboro. No discount, no sorry, no response. The bed only has a 1 year warranty. No very happy. read more

Fantastic, helpful customer service. I went in for research on horse trailers (in general) and specifically went in to get some feedback on having an older-model horse trailer brakes serviced. I had a super informative discussion with their mechanic and a good (impromptu) lesson in trailer braking mechanisms that helped me for the future. The mechanic as well as the sales person did a great job at being helpful and courteous which goes a long way (in my book) towards creating a loyal customer. read more

These guys have saved my butt a couple of times making emergency repairs on my trailers. The shop guys are great, I can't comment on the sales because I've never purchased a trailer from them. After experiencing an unbelievably horrible experience at The Trailer Specialist dealership in Acampo, CA., we went to D2 Trailer Sales just north on Hwy 99. We were greeted by Kellie Benton who gladly showed us 2 and 3 horse trailers and explained the trailers thoroughly. It was late in the afternoon and she told us that her best lenders were closed for the day. We spent a 1/2 hour (at most) to complete a credit app and went home. She told us she should have an answer by 10AM the next day. She called me the next morning at 9AM and told me she had secured financing that was better than I had expected. Over the phone, she told me what she needed to complete the transaction, including adding the trailer to our insurance policy, and the told me she would have the loan docs ready for me when I arrived. I arrived about an hour later and true to her word, she had EVERYTHING ready for me to sign! They are even associated with DMV, so when I left, I had a license plate and registration in hand!. I probably spent 30 minutes at the dealership getting the paperwork done and getting the trailer hook up completed. I can't stress enough how well we were treated by Kellie and the D2 Trailer Sales staff (Chance and his cohort in parts/service). I wanted to purchase a water tank for the trailer and Chance quickly added me to the waiting list for the back ordered tanks. I totally recommend them for your next horse trailer purchase! read more

Explained all the features and showed us how to hook up. Had a blown fuse in our truck so some of the trailer lights wouldn't work. They very quickly replaced the fuse on our truck at no charge. I was recently traveling thru the area. I had come to purchase a used trailer from a private party. The trailer was not as food as it looked so I passed. Not wanting to make my 5 hour drive a waste I pulled over and started searching. D2 had a trailer that was what I was looking for so I called. When I told the salesman I could be there in 90 minutes he declined and informed me they DID NOT stay past closing! After we hung up I gps's the distance and could make it before closing which I told him I thought I could, but again, he said they shut down before closing. So I did not bother. I had cash in my purse and luckily another private party I had failed to reach called back and I got a beautiful trailer for way less. Thanks D2 for blowing me off! I called today looking to order a new trailer and couldn't get a price on a trailer. I was offered a ball park which isn't a price. A ball park is a range that could be off $1500. My goal today was to order a trailer and pay for it today so a ball park won't work. It's sad when you try to support a local dealer and the service is bad. I took my travel trailer in to get the wheel bearings packed. Turns out there was two washers missing on one side that kept the wheel bearings they replaced the two washers at no additional charge which they did not have to do. I also had a marker reflector missing that I did not realize they replaced until I got home also for no additional charge. I just want to say I appreciate their generosity and professionalism which is hard to find these days very much appreciated and if I have any other issues with my trailer they will be the ones to be working on it thanks again D2 trailers. read more

I wanted to pass along an update. I recently had a load shift in my trailer causing some damage to the latches on the rear door. The timing was horrible as we were 10 days shy of leaving for vacation and the trailer was going to be carrying all the vacation fun. I spoke with Chase Bryant who assured me if they couldn't get a new set of latches prior to leaving they would be able to bend the existing latches I had. They didn't have any open appointments, but asked me to bring the trailer down midday so he could help me on his lunch hour. Sure enough, Chase made quick work of the issue and saved the day for us.
