Ace single handedly changed my opinion that Fascinations was better than Castle. Castle has always been a great store, I just used to frequent the other more. But my and my BF's last visit, Ace was SOO helpful. She answered every question we had, made tons of suggestions, and helped us find exactly what we wanted. She also pointed out tons of other toys I want to buy in the future. Castle has the largest and most extensive inventory of any of the adult shops in the valley. The only thing you guys could do better? Start a rewards program like Fascinations. THEN you would be better in every SINGLE way :) read more

Looks uninviting from the outside, but once you walk in, you are impressed! Store is super clean, staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They offer assistance, but are not in-your-face & hounding you! The products are reasonably priced & the selection is fantastic! They test your devices for you & the recommendations they offer to go along with your device are on-point! Was very surprised at how nice of a store this was. Outside looks a little creepy and hard to find the location, let alone the door to get in but inside is very clean and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Tosha was great!!! My girlfriend and I went in for just a basic strap on but Tosha explained the pros and cons on everything from the harnesses to the attachments, care of products, gels that enhance, and even a lube that feels natural without the sticky feeling or build-up that we all hate. This store is the reason i decided to join yelp. I have been coming in to this store for a couple months now and out of all of them in phoenix THIS is my favorite. I am always greeted and the people are always so friendly. They may not always have what i am looking for. (in fact that last 2 time i went in looking for a pump and the wall was almost empty.) The movie selection is good but could be better but i think the store overall is very clean an organized and well lit. We don't have many adult store back home but this one makes me wish we did. Clean, organized and friendly helpful staff who make you feel comfortable. Talking to a perfect stranger about lube preference and toys to spice things up at home isn't something I do every day. Especially with someone who is of the opposite gender. But the staff here are personable and very knowledgable about the products. They can help you find what you need without judgement or blushing and giggling every time the word lube is said. Ha. I have been to the Phoenix/Deer Valley location as well BUT this location is far more organized and shopper-friendly. As well, I'd never felt compelled at the other location to write a review. Wasn't sure if the store was open, buut wwe found the door and got in. I went down to Phoenix and stopped in this Castle. The staff was great! I had a girl, I think her name was summer, help me and my wife. We started out jus looking around, and she set us up with all kinds of stuff for the bedroom!
