We have used Castleberry's over the years, and it pains me to have to write this horrid, but true, review. I have overlooked their high prices in the past, telling myself 'but I'm supporting small business'. Not this small business. Not any longer. Today was the last straw. Our dishwasher had stopped washing dishes; it ran, but things were not coming out clean. The 'technician' who arrived was not courteous, polite or kind. I won't give his full name but it begins with an E. Still, I figured people have bad days, things happen in their life, OK. He wasn't Sonny Sunshine today, so what? After some time he said it was the motor that wasn't functioning well, so the water wasn't getting full force. "A new motor assembly is $170". As I tried to run through the numbers of whether it made sense to fix this one or buy new, he says "Oh NO, it's $350 FIXED, $170 is just for the part!". His tone was very rude, and I almost declined to have it fixed, but knew I'd pay a scathing service charge. So I decided to fix the dishwasher. He left. I should have heeded my gut warning to never have him or Castleberry's back in my home again. Ah, hindsight is 20/20... In fairness, I will say that the part did arrive quickly, and he returned in 2 days to install it. Which is where things went downhill... As he's getting things set up, he says he needs to turn off the breaker to the dishwasher to fix it. I inform him that the electrician who installed our new breaker panel hadn't labeled it yet. He *lost* it. "Are you kidding me?? Of course they didn't....now I have to go through them all and it will take longer.." He then LITERALLY fell back and laid down on the floor on his back with his arms at his side, complaining all the while. He then hauls himself up angrily and at this point I take a step back as I am physically afraid. My son stood nearby, watching, scared. I screamed at the kids to get out of the room - I almost sent them outside as I did become physically afraid for us. He was acting like a large, violent child. I offered to have him return another day after I could get the panel labeled. He did not hear, or understand, as he just yelled "If I pull this thing out and it's connected to power, I will get electrocuted, the power needs to be shut off!!" No sh#@, Sherlock, I am aware of that. And you clearly did not listen to me. Afraid though I was, he was escalating and I did not feel like being treated like this anymore. As he continued ranting, I informed him (in a loud voice) that I was sorry this situation was so upsetting to him, but it is not my problem, nor should he be yelling at me. I may have screamed back at him, as if he WAS a child, to do his job. (A wave of confidence and bravery had overtaken me and I was going with it). Something got through to him, because he got it together and calmed down after that. He was not nice, or courteous - he never was - but he was no longer yelling at me. The job was finished rather quickly, and we can only hope it works. And if it doesn't, honestly I wouldn't call these people back anyway. I want to call them or go into the store to report this travesty, but with the holiday weeks coming up that may prove difficult. If I get anymore response, I will update. read more

We requested service on our leaky fridge. Unfortunately, the repair guy from Castelberry's was unwilling to go into our crawl space, so I had to go under our house to try and locate the water shutoff valve for the fridge. It took me awhile to find it, as I am not the expert. Interesting fact #1: I called a repair guy so I would not have to do something like search around in my crawlspace. It took me awhile to find what I was looking for, but after becoming filthy, I finally found it. Interesting fact #2: I was charged for the time it took me to locate the shutoff valve. The guy replaced the part that needed fixing (that part was fine), but he broke the actual button you press to get water. He didn't have the replacement with him, so he had to come back later in the day. Interesting fact #3: I had to leave work two times. I just wasn't very impressed with the customer service (lack thereof). I'd definitely call a different repair guy in the future and would not consider purchasing an appliance here. Follow-up on previous review - It's now approaching three years since Castleberry damaged our hardwood floors. I look at it all the time. The fridge has never worked properly and has constant issues since day one. Our Kitchen Aid fridge quit cooling Saturday. Had a tech from Castleberry's come by today. Checked unit and reset the computer and unit is now cooling. He told me to let it cool for 24 hours before using and keep an eye on it for a week or so. These new units are apparently very sensitive to changes in electrical current, such as caused by lightning. Also they don't last like the ones we bought in the 70s or 80s! I've always had great service from Castleberry's and would hope anyone who hasn't would give them the opportunity to make it right. read more

NO! The most important information to know prior to visiting this location is that it is not a showroom. You will not see model kitchens, or a vast selection of appliances and it was difficult to tell what was used and what was new. I was only interested in new appliances and when we walked in, I immediately knew that I was not going to be purchasing anything here. It reminded me of a "broke down" appliance store from the '70s. It is dated and definitely not recommended for those who are looking for kitchen swag and matching appliances. Keep looking! read more

I purchased a Speed Queen washer to replace my POS LG front loader. Best experience in purchasing a washer ever. I tried all the big box appliance stores first but I couldn't get the machine I wanted nor could I get one delivered next day. James at Castleberry's understood my predicament, knowing the clothes were piling up and had a washer delivered the next day! I will definitley be buying again. read more

Our microwave started buzzing and stopped heating a few days ago. We found these guys on bestpickreports.com which in the past had routinely pointed us to great local service people. My wife spoke with and set up an appointment to assess and then repair/replace our microwave. The morning of the scheduled visit I was concerned that I hadn't received a confirmation of the appointment, so I called in. Not only was our appointment not on the books, but they insisted that they didn't do appliance repair! I was so shocked and confused I had my wife call back to speak to the person she'd set up the appointment with. After some chatting he finally remembered their conversation (which was only 4 days prior) and said simply that he was sorry the appointment was never put on the books. He also confirmed that in fact they don't do appliance repair; only new installs. It's very rare that a company's service is so bad before using them that you just give up and walk away, but it happened here. I was especially disappointed since they were a top-rated company on the BestPick reports which has historically done well for us. Watch out! UPDATE: So, at the originally scheduled appointment time a different guy from that place calls me and asks why I'm not at home... I am not sure if that made things *better* or *worse* but in the interests of full disclosure I thought I should mention it. read more

Bad service and does not stand behind their work! My washing machine broke on Friday, July 29, 2011, right before school was back in session. I called Castleberry's Appliance Sales, as many people had recommended them on a local website I use. I wish I had looked farther into this company before I hired them but I was desperate because it was a Friday night. They made an appointment for the next day, Saturday - perfect I though! The technician called me in the morning, just as he was supposed to. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot! Fabulous I thought. He pushed the washing machine back into place but did not check all of the connections. I put a load of laundry in the washing machine and went about my day. About an hour later, I went back to put the clothes in the dryer and the hose had disconnected and water had gone everywhere in my laundry room, it was seeping into my family room, and flooded my garage. I tried calling the technician by no answer. I called Castleberry's and they would try to get hold of the technician for me. I had to call back twice to finally get an answer that the technician was on his way back to my house. He immediately fixed the problem but I had to ask him if he was going to clean up the mess. Luckily, I own a wet/dry vac and he used this to suck up the water on my carpet in the laundry room and family room. He did not move the washer and drier, stating that the heat from the machine will dry the carpet under them. He did not move anything from the floor, just vacuumed around it. I was in the garage trying to sweep the water out while he was in the house. I called Castleberry's Appliance Sales to see if someone could come out and help him. I was told by James, the salesman and service manager, that there was no one that could help on a Saturday and that he was a salesman and did not that kind of work. James told me the technician could call a friend if he liked but it was the technician's responsibility. Also, the technician has to pay for the damages, as he created them. Once we were finished cleaning up, the technician made sure the charge on my credit card was reversed. I called the store and spoke to Bob. I suggested they send someone out to look at the damage before it gets worse. He said it was Saturday and someone would call me on Monday. (Lovely, I thought - wet carpet and walls all weekend.) I also asked to have Curtis Castleberry, the owner, call me to discuss the issue. I was told that the employees would discuss the issues with Mr. Castleberry on Monday and someone would call me back. (I have left numerous messages asking for Mr. Castleberry to return my call and I have not heard from him yet.) Monday came and went. I called and spoke to Bob and he said the manager was not in to tell me what was going on but he would call me. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went with me calling each day and getting no answers. Finally on Thursday, I was told that Wazir Maolud, the manager, would come out and look at it. He would call me on Friday. No phone call! On Monday, I called and spoke to Wazir Maolud for the first time. I told him of the bad customer service I have received and that the way I have been treated is not acceptable. While my mother was at the house on Monday, August 8, 2011, Wazir Maolud came out to inspect the damage to the walls in the laundry room, the garage, and the materials that were ruined in the flood. Wazir told my mother he would call me to discuss the issues and resolution. It is now Saturday August 13, 2011 and I have not heard from Wazir or Castleberry's Appliance Sales. I am not surprised. I will be calling them again next week to see what they will be doing to rectify the problem they created. I will also be spreading the word about the bad service I have received so no one else has to go through the problems I am going through. Do not use this company because if something goes wrong, they will not stand behind their employees or their work!! read more

I bought a range from them a couple years ago but just remembered to write a review. The owner helped me with the purchase and gave me a good discount. It was much easier to deal with this company than with Best Buy or Brandsmart, both of which messed up appliance orders and made me determined to try someone else. Should have read the reviews on here prior to scheduling a service call with them for my broken dishwasher. The service technician that was sent to my house was extremely unprofessional and when I called the store to tell them what happened. I was yelled at that I was wrong, accused of asking for a free dishwasher which I never did, and was offered a $50 credit. My visit was $135 and that was with the technician getting frustrated and telling me the dishwasher couldn't be repaired. Also, no one at the store could give me the contact information or a way to meet with the owner about this. I will continue to try to speak with the owner since they say on their website that it's a family run business. I expect better customer service if that is the case. Unprofessional guy came out and didn't do much, turned on the dryer and checked the exhaust from the exterior hose. Then said, "everything is fine, it's working". he charged us and left. Well, we placed a load and it did not dry. We called them and told them the dryer was not working, and the guy said "sorry, we aren't coming back out". I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them in the past for appliance repair and was pleased. But I called them to schedule an appointment to repair my washing machine. The man I spoke to on the phone told me that my machine could not be repaired based on my description of the problem. He also tried to sell me on a brand they carry. He said it was a simple machine that laundromats use because I don't need all the bells and whistles. What???? I looked up the machine on their website and for the price, it better have a lot of bells and whistles. Plus, it was as ugly and small as the ones in laundromats. Purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from them 2 years ago and was assured by the sales staff that the newly redesigned SQ washing machine was just as good if not better than the older models that had built the Speed Queen reputation for durability and washability. Have had nothing but problems with the machine- the repair person from Castleberry Appliance has been out to repair various items that have broken and random water leaks 5-6 times. To make matters worse, the SQ repair person is rude and demeaning, to the point where my spouse was not comfortable being alone in the house with him. I've had two experiences with CAstleberry's in the past few years - both excellent. Most recently, a repairman came and actually fixed our wash machine - it needed a clamp tightened to fix a leak - cost was $75 for the house call. Amazingly the repair guy said not to replace the Matag washer/dryer because, "they don't make machines like these today." This was refreshing since our experience has been that other repair people frequently sigh and tell us to get new. (Mr. Plumber came about a month ago to fix a leak under our kitchen sink and told us to replace everything = cost us about $1,000. That was a rip off.) read more

The most incompetent appliance repair service I've ever encountered. Also, very poor communications and nonexistent follow-up. I wish I could give them negative stars for all of my time they wasted with absolutely no value in return. I purchased a GE Profile refrigerator 4 years ago and bought the extended warranty. Several months ago, we started seeing excessive condensation inside the refrigerator that was causing water to pool at the bottom of it. The warranty company assigned the repair to Castleberry's. They sent out Rick to fix it. The first time, my wife was there and he tried to tell her that it was sweating like that because of the heat from our cooktop, about two feet away from it. I knew that was ridiculous, so I called them and asked them to send someone else out. The second time, it was Rick again, telling my wife that "the insulation on the unit was bad" and "it can't be repaired". Mind you, this was after having run zero diagnostics and only doing a cursory examination of it. I called them and scheduled a third visit for a day that I knew I could be there. When he started with the "bad insulation" story, I told him I disagreed so he asked me what I thought it was. I said I wasn't a repair man, but perhaps it was the gaskets or sensors. He said they would order new gaskets and try that. When I didn't hear back from them after a week, I called back to check the status on the repair. I couldn't get through to them, so I checked with the warranty company. They told me that Castleberry's had told them it was the insulation and it couldn't be repaired. By now, almost three months had passed due to lack of follow up from them between appointments, so when I complained, the warranty company agreed to send someone else out. GE Service came out over the weekend. He started by actually connecting his computer to the refrigerator and running diagnostics. What a concept! It told him that my sensors had gone bad. He also saw the rusty water in the bottom of my refrigerator and knew right away that meant my drip pan had been filled and rusted through (the same rusty water that Rick blamed on the "bad" insulation). Sure enough the faulty sensor had caused some drains to freeze closed and the excess moisture built up and rusted through the drain pans. After replacing the faulty and damaged parts, it's running like new again. read more

We moved to Georgia late last year & bought a home that needed a new stovetop among other things. The home inspector had noted that the microwave was too close to the stovetop. We decided that we wanted an induction cooktop a few months ago. James at Castleberry's stayed late to make sure we knew which cooktops would fit the opening & be best for us. James identified a microwave that would fit the space, be powerful enough, & be higher above the cooktop. He gave us time to be sure that we were choosing what would work for us. Thomas, the installer, called ahead & arrived early with his assistant to install the cooktop & microwave. Thomas also brought the frame kit that we purchased to adjust the size of the cooktop opening, which was no easy task. They worked on it until they were satisfied that it was correct. They also remained very cheerful despite the difficulty of the job. We were very glad that we had not attempted to install it by ourselves. Our experience with Castleberry's was very positive. We are pleased with both appliances & would not hesitate to buy from them again. read more

It started off great but went sour pretty quick with the delivery. Got a decent deal on a new washer and dryer. Set up my delivery and couldn't wait to get my new washer and dryer that I spend over 2k on. The morning of the delivery came and I couldn't wait to get my new washer and dryer delivered at the time we discussed when I purchased everything. So I waited by the window for my 9 am delivery. And waited. And waited. And waited. Finally 1 pm came around and they finally showed up. Ridiculous. On top of all this the "delivery drivers" were very unprofessional. They never said who they were after sitting in my driveway for 10 minutes texting on their phones. Plus they showed up in a random pick up truck. What business doesn't have a truck with their logo on it now. After the delivery drivers left I noticed a bunch of trash they left in my driveway. Thanks guys. Never going back here again. Any big box store would of had this delivered next day and would of been closer to the scheduled time. read more

I have never written a yelp review but was so annoyed with James the customer service rep I felt compelled. I called to find out why I had a charge from Castleberry on my bank statement 7 weeks after the technician came out. Rather then apologize he told me that it sometimes takes him more than a week to enter credit cards in. When I asked him if he had been sitting with my credit card number on his desk for 7 weeks he was rude and unapologetic. Within 2-ish years I remodeled my kitchen and got all new appliances. Of course as Murphy's law goes, once the warranty is gone, they start breaking. I called a few appliance repairs. With all but Castleberry, I felt like I was getting mis-information and "taken". I felt after talking with Castleberry, they were up front and honest about everything. So they came out and fixed my dishwasher. The tech was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. Oh and at a reasonable price :) Not long after that the Ice maker in the fridge went out. Since Castleberry did a great job with the dishwasher I contacted them again. Once again a great, professional and honest job. Back to the dishwasher, just over a month later the part replaced appeared to have gone bad. I called the manufacturer who insisted I schedule TWO visits with the appliance shop, one to confirm the part is bad (at which point they will ship me a new part) then another to have it replaced. I don't know about you, but I can't keep taking time off from work to do all this not to mention the cost for all the trip charges. Castleberry worked with me very much to make it very much less painful, which I appreciate (unlike the manufacturer). So I'm a happy Castleberry Appliance customer !!!! read more

It had mechanical problems of extremely noisy fan the first week. It was an extreme annoyance of noisy fan blowing with shrill sound like a slightly opened car window on expressway. You told me to let it get working regularly and the noise will quit. I called the second week and after two technician visits during warranty period with no solution then y'all quit even trying. I also saw where the water filter was never changed out despite you claiming it was completely refurbished. You defended yourself saying that was not part of refurbish. When someone buys a dealer certified used car the oil is changed with new filter but you do not even change the water filter? You don't even warn people so I told you that is a serious health liability issue for you. So I am calling weekly complaining of noise that both technicians acknowledged on visits during warranty period was wrong. Then when 30 days warranty expired you claimed it was out of warranty and lied saying the high efficiency units are noisy. Are you insane? I asked you to take it back and give me credit for the purchase of another refrigerator and you refused so you must know you sold me a bad unit and are glad to have it off your hands. I expect $600 refund when I bring the refrigerator back on my trailer next week so have a check ready as you did for washer and dryer. If you refuse I will park it daily in parking lot facing Chamblee Dunwoody with sign warning not to buy from Castleberry as lying rip offs. It will stay there daily since I am doing business with you until you take it back and give me the $600. I will post this on websites and Google search if you do not take back refrigerator and give me full refund of my money. I have had more than six months of psychological extreme annoyance of noisy fan blowing with shrill sound like open car window on expressway. I talked with James, who impressed with his professional, but personal also believable, manner. I ended up buying a beautiful refurb dryer c/ free 90 day warranty, convertible to 12 mos. within those 90 days at $35. They delivered, as promised, machine works flawlessly and I am a happy camper. Oh my. I really had such high hopes for a great transaction at this small appliance store because it seemed like a service-oriented, family business. I ordered a high end washer, dryer and a chest freezer over $2,000. I was told the washer and dryer would be available for delivery within just s few days. However, the first problem started when I was told the dryer was backordered...the day before it was supposed to be delivered. They should not have told me it was available and then a couple of days later realize that it wasn't. It was going to be 3 weeks without being able to do laundry! We finally worked out a deal where they would loan me a dryer to use in the interim. Boy was I surprised at what a worn out, dirty piece of crap they sent me (the paint was totaly worn off the inside and the lint trap still had dirty, smelly lint in it)! But hey...I was gonna be okay with that because at least I had a dryer to use. Of course, I wouldn't have gotten rid of my old set so soon had they not assured me that my new equipment would be there in a matter of days. Anyway, I was willing to overlook that one small issue. When they delivered my washer and loaner dryer, the delivery guys scuffed my walls and door badly enough to require me to repaint...long black marks because they wanted to try to force the dryer through the doorway without taking a minute or two to take the door off its hinges to make enough room. LAZY! Even that was something I could overlook since I had been thinking about repainting anyway. However, when they returned today, 3 weeks later, to deliver my new dryer and freezer, they scuffed up my freshly painted walls and even let the door slam into the wall making 2 large HOLES through my drywall...even after I took the time to explain that my walls were freshly painted after the last bit of damage they caused and to please be extra careful!! I explained that the door must not be allowed to slam into the wall, but that bit of warning fell on deaf ears. Okay...so I'm very frustrated at this point but still hoping for the best in the end. Silly me! They couldn't get the hoses hooked up properly and had to switch them back and forth several times to figure out which was hot and which was cold water...even though its STANDARD configuration. In the process of detaching, reattaching, wrenching and more wrenching. they sprayed and dripped water all over the walls and floor further damaging my new paint job. I've disconnected and reconnected many washers in my time, and never have I had anything like that happen...and I am by no means a pro with that type of thing. Then they couldn't get the hoses to stop leaking and dripping! What?! So now I still don't have my machines hooked up properly, and the worst experience of all was trying to contact the store to let them know what a fiasco this delivery had turned out to be. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, owner and/or my sales person. None of them were available. Hmmm. So I explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone. He immediately started saying that he couldn't say anything since he didn't "know the whole story". Huh? Wasn't that what I was calling to tell him? The story?! Well...there are 2 silver-dollar-sized holes straight through my wall, dents in my brand new linoleum floor, scuffs and water damage to my new paint job in the laundry room and the delivery guys couldn't even get the machines hooked up without leaking. Yet he acted as though he would rather believe the delivery guys (who acted and appeared very amateur) over a customer who has patiently waited for 3 weeks to be able to enjoy the over $2,000 worth of new appliances he ordered. My god I was floored at the manner in which he kept saying "well I don't know what happened and I don't know the whole story". I expected someone to at least say they were sorry this happened and they would be sure to send someone out on Monday to properly hook up my stuff and arrange to repair the holes in my wall. Nope. Not at Castleberry's. My impression is they hire amateur delivery guys who don't really know much about how to properly maneuver appliances without causing damage (3 other sets of washer/dryer have been through that same hallway without ever causing any damage). They hire delivery guys and employees who want to make excuses instead of apologies. I am so disappointed because I thought I was making such a smart move by choosing to do business with "the little guy" as opposed to Home Depot, Sears, etc etc. So much for that. You may have bad experiences like this with any of the big box stores, but at least they are trained and required to listen to the customer's problems and actively work to make it right. read more

I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I called Castleberry's Appliances to repair my Whirlpool washer that does not spin. When I called the store and asked what the problem might be , the person who made the appointment said the problem is definitely a switch that needs to be replaced and estimated cost would be $75 for service call plus the part. When the repairman came we found out the switch is not the problem at all and estimated cost went up to $300 for parts plus labor which would be more than what I paid for the washer when I bought it brand new from Lowe's. So, decided not to repair and pay the service call of $75 for actually doing nothing. I will never call these folks again. it seems like the other reviewers are right. I wouldn't even render them one star but I have to in order to write a review. My process started with this company through a warranty company that recommended them come out and repair a refrigerator. Let me tell you, it's been absolutely a nightmare. They sent a technician out last Friday to repair my refrigerator and he replaced some motherboards. Nevertheless, after he left I noticed that my refrigerator was not cooling any longer. Then I called the company to come back out they sent the same technician on Tuesday and my fridge is still not repaired. My fridge is under warranty but this company refuses to tell my warranty company that the refrigerator cannot be restored. I have talked to the technicians this evening and he proclaims I'm not "God, I can't fix it" so my response to him was why didn't you tell your company! Because they have no integrity. Please buyers, please don't allow them to fix anything....... Stay away from this company they have absolutely no and I mean zero integrity. read more

We have used Castleberry appliance repair several times, with good results. Most recently (11/2016) they repaired our Maytag clothes Dryer for $120.00, to my great relief. (Remember when household appliances were built to last?) In the past five years, we've had them out for a gas range, dishwasher, and the Maytag dryer twice. Each of these appliances were just barely out of warranty. Each time Castleberry arrived as scheduled and repaired the appliance promptly, at a reasonable cost. This company has been around a long time with a good reputation, so I was surprised and disappointed to read bad Reviews on Yelp. I hope the owners read these reviews and correct the problems. Customers want to support small local businesses, but we expect good value and service. I would use them again. read more

WOW! I Finally found a great appliance company to do a delivery of a washer and dryer.I ordered a SpeedQueen washer and dryer which the knowledgeable staff at Castleberrys' recommended and delivered the next day.I was given a call before they came to deliver and when they came they un-installed my old washer and dryer and allowed me to cleanup and then installed my new washer and dryer.I must say it was a very pleasant experience and i have recommended Castleberrys'Appliance to my friends if they ever need appliances. read more

Their service man was prompt and courteous with his appearance to repair my ice maker. However, here I am 12 days later, still with no arm for my ice maker, which means it will not stop making ice. Two trips to their store resulted in no help at all. Phone call today (day 12) : they were "too busy with in-store customers to talk right now", "we are here to serve", and "I am not getting upset about this, why should you?". The audacity of this arrogant good ole boy is like none I've ever seen. My husband and I have always made an effort to give business to smaller, locally owned businesses, but Castleberry's is NOT WORTH IT. Is the part part on order, I don't know,. Question coming back to me was "what part is it that you needed?". For the love of God, how they have maintained a profitable business is beyond me. If you have a long time to wait, with no one calling you back, and Jimmy John-Bob or Country Calvin being on vacation but don't worry little lady, we'll get back to you when we damn well please...then this is the business for you. However, if you are living in the 21st century and want service and or a response within a reasonable amount of time - go elsewhere. read more

We have purchased several appliances from Castleberry's over the last 25 years; some used, some new. It has been a great experience every time. When our new glass cooktop broke because a family member accidentally dropped a heavy pan of food on it, my husband called to inquire about the cost of replacing it. Well, my husband couldn't even finish getting his question out because the woman who answered the phone kept interrupting him, assuming he wanted it repaired and rudely said no one was around to help him and he had to call back later. She had a really bad attitude and tone of voice throughout the conversation. After going round and round with this woman, my husband asked to speak with the manager and was rudely told that he couldn't speak with the manager because the manager was on the phone. My husband said he would wait and the woman said goodbye in a smart-aleck way and hung up on him. Unbelievable! When my husband called back, the manager answered and acted like it was no big deal and my husband shouldn't worry about it. When my husband could not locate the model number of our cooktop, the manager then began to get rude. This makes no sense. My husband gave up. We are done with Castleberry's. They are no longer the nice, family owned and operated business they used to be. Castleberry's has gone into the wrong hands. Low class and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. read more
