The workers showed up early each day as promised and did a wonderful job. I also loved the progress picture updates after each day of work. AAR had the best contract and price after sourcing multiple quotes. We even got the upgraded Solaris shingles by booking by a certain date in October which was awesome because they refract more heat in the summer. We added new gutters on for 4k too. If I had any constructive criticism to offer it would have been to communicate more with the placement on the gutters because we had to have them come back to make a patch and move the gutter to the side because it was better looking on the side of the house rather than a focal point in front. But as promised, they made it right and got the job done with my particular request. Our house looks so much more updated with these Morie Black Landmark shingles, rather than the old terracotta tiles that we had before. I've already referred 3 people to their company and my parents got their roof done by them a month later! It was a bummer they wouldn't honor a referral discount since they said we would have needed a sign out on our lawn to get a discount. I am very…read morehappy that I chose Saber Roofing for plenty of reasons. 1) The owner, Ryan, met with me to discuss the work and was very thorough and helpful in answering all my questions. 2) Important details were covered including adding a rain chain in a location where a downspout would have been unsightly (picture attached). Among the details, the rain chain is made of copper while the gutter is made of aluminum. Having these two metals come in contact could compromise the aluminum over time. So, Saber installed the copper rain chain with a protective barrier. 3) Their client service and sales director, Jake, was super helpful and extremely responsive to all my questions. 4) The crew was very efficient, provided high quality workmanship, and left the site spotless. 5) The gutter guards that were installed provide a really fine barrier to prevent even small debris from entering my gutters, but are easy to rinse so that fine particles can be washed through the gutters. 6) The two downspouts that were installed were matched to the color of our trim. Other companies offer limited colors or simply white downspouts, but Saber offers a wide variety. 7) Their pricing is very competitive. After replacing the boards, the showed us the pictures again and kept us updated. They also helped us replace some of the fascia that was rotten. Overall, their team is efficient and they tried their best to keep us updated throughout the process. There was a lot of debris as they removed the old roof, but they did a very good job cleaning up the areas around the house. One of the electrical circuits blew out during the process, but Apollo sent one of their electricians to ensure that it was fixed. Of course, the roof is one of those things where only time can tell, but we are hopeful that our new roof will last us quite some time!

They did a temporary fix which stopped the leak right away and then followed up to come back and redo the shingles to properly install them as it was not installed correctly by the contractor who installed it initially. MCR were very meticulous and perfectionists ("fineschmakers"). Hank was always pointing me to little things that needs to be taken care of and which they fixed. Examples include fixing some mortar cracks in the chimneys, replacing some roof boards, and dealing with the bay windows decorative roofing that required complex custom work in order to make them look nice. He also lied and said he had his guys go out to recheck the roof area i was concerned about but that was also a lie. No one EVER came back. MY ORIGINAL POST: Issue: Troubleshoot water leak dripping from the ceiling during a rainy day. He said he did the roof inspection and also looked in the attic. Once he was done he immediately asked for his payment of $350 by Zelle. I sent it and then asked him for a paid invoice (to read his written assessment and also to have proof that i paid). He never acknowledged my request for an invoice and I still havent received one a week later. (He could have text me a copy or asked for my email but he never replied to my request for an invoice). WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOES NOT PROVIDE A RECEIPT OR PAID INVOICE??????!! Later my uncle asked me if he actually even looked at the pipe filange seal on the roof as a possible leak source.. So i reached out and asked and he said he would go back to the house to look. HE NEVER SHOWED UP. I had to reach out repetitively and he kept saying he would go out each day and NEVER EVER DID. So after paying $350: He promised to show up to look at the pipe filange and did NOT. He has NOT provided me with a paid invoice or receipt. He did NOT Apologize for flaking each day He did NOT offer any refund. And yes, after a week of him flaking and not providing me with any assessment documentation or proof of payment still, i grew tired of being patient and polite and finally text him "i want a fucking receipt!!!". Still nothing. Poor follow through, unprofessional business operation and no documentation whatsoever. Hi
