Loft is not a store I frequent, in fact, I only made the online purchase because a button up denim midi dress kept stalking me on Instagram. Not knowing my Loft size, I bought two to try on, and had to return one. The denim dress is gorgeous, fits perfectly, and is a classic, timeless style that I can wear for years. The employees are also always wearing Loft clothing so they do a great job representing the brand and giving clients ideas on how to wear certain pieces (even helping them out of their comfort zones!) Even if it's extremely busy (like it was today) I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and given updates on what is new. They're pricey but worth it when you find a brand that works for you. My husband likes their style and how functional it is. Good quality with unique graphic tees. He loves their Ridge pant. Fits him well, durable, lots of pockets, and comes in great colors. Every time we've shopped here, each staff member has been super helpful and friendly. They always ask if we need a different color or size and they check in the back. They have so much inventory that we usually end up being able to get what we need from the back when they look.
